I just want to shout out one of your over night employees ( I think her name is Michelle?). I've been stopping in there for years and she always greets me with a smile and a warm hello. I was there Saturday night and although it was super busy , she took the time to help me with the kiosk and show me how to use my rewards card. Awesome customer service thanks for having a great employee

Its always so dirty. I go to all the royal farms across the eastern shore and all the stores are dirty. Do you guys not clean ? Your locations clearly don't follow cleanliness. Y'all can't even replace the receipt paper at the pumps. ROYAL FARMS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

The bathrooms are always disgusting, the women's bathroom's toilet paper dispenser has been broken for over a year. Food is ok if you don't have high standards.

We ordered 3 sandwiches today and the girl who is making the sandwiches was on her cell phone the entire time (which wouldn’t have bothered me if she still did her job correctly). All 3 of our sandwiches were wrong, including multiple things we added and were up charged for not being added. We received 3 plain chicken biscuits, we ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese (received no cheese), and two egg, cheese and chicken biscuits (there was no egg or cheese on these).

The staff here is completely incompetent. DO NOT CONNECT THE ROFO REWARDS CARD TO YOUR BANKING INFORMATION. I was double charged for an item which I disputed with my bank. Then a few days later another charge posted to my account when I was not even there! I tried to call the store and no one answered. I went down there to ask about how to contact someone about this and there was no excuse for the staff to not answer the phones because it was not busy. The staff did not know anything about contact information and told me to call the next day to speak with a manager, which surprise....no one answered then either!I get a collections notice about the charge I disputed through my bank and was told I had to file a police report for the additional charge on a day I never went to the store because there is no way this mistake could happen without physical use of the card. They are not willing to accept responsibility for mistakes on their end and want customers to jump through hoops to get things done instead of doing the right thing. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Excellent convenience store. Many options for whatever your stomach is craving, including health(ier) options! They have plenty of nuts, cheese sticks/string cheese, grab and go foods. Bathrooms are both pretty and clean! The biggest stall also contains koala care for changing babies/toddlers AND (my favorite part) a "jump seat" so parents traveling alone can strap their toddler to a safe chair while they pee in peace! I'd heard about these but had never seen one until Royal Farms! Excellent (but salty) fried chicken and potato wedges! Friendly staff.An excellent choice to stop for a single adult traveling with a child/children! Thank you!

Would give -5 stars if I could. It is my opinion that I got ripped off of my gas. Had a 1/4 tank of gas and Paid $15.00 for gas which only gave me 1/2 tank. Went to Wawa with 1/4 tank next day and paid for $15.00 in gas which was exact same price as Royal Farms and got exact same gallons but got almost full tank. When at RF's pay attention to when the gas first starts pumping. The numbers turn but no gas comes out. I know a RF's employee personally who said she will never buy from them for this very reason.

Royal Farms in awesome. And this location is no different! A great selection of coffee and drinks as well as yummy fried chicken. Don't forget to get their APP for lots of FREE STUFF! :)

I do not understand the sign that says no more than 2 children. What if you have more than 2 kids? What if other people brought kids? Do you have to leave yours in the car? Otherwise. Nice, new and large.

Melody at the store behind the courthouse parking lots for no apparent reason thought it was here business to tell my girlfriend she saw me with another. Didn't realize that was part of you guys job descpiction. Then told cops more lies. I'm a 61 yo vet and I'm sure some local news wants to hear the full story
