This Royal Farms is a disappointment compared to others in the area. The store is filthy, there is never any chicken ready, the last time we got chicken, it was terrible. No mashed potatoes, no potato wedges, and the Mac and cheese was watered down. Although the staff is friendly, this store needs a new manager. Maybe undercover boss should visit here!

Some of the freshest fried chicken I have had in a while sitting across from the court house Rt 13 N bound side give it a shot. Let me know if it was just a one time thing. The only other thing is don't exspect to go to the bathroom they dont have one for customers. I was told by management. On the other hand the chicken and wedges were crispy and fresh that day.

I ordered a buscuit bowl with extra gravy...I paid two dollars more for extra gravy.When I got home and realized I didn't get the extra gravy I paid for the lady on the phone informed me she couldn't do anything.She informed me that I'd have to wait till tomorrow and talk to a manager.I have to ask you.....what good is that gonna do me?!?!

this rating is for the new location in fruitland.their chicken gave my girlfriend terrible stomach pain, i will never go there. only reason you get a star is because they wont let me give you zero.

This store always has people begging outside/ trying to sell stuff. It’s dangerous for women to be at this store alone at night. Royal Farms needs to hire security.
