This place actually sucks. My cesar wrap had frost bite on it and i coudnt eat it. I specifically asked for a sprite and all they had was starry. There was a duck and hair in my chicken. Where’s the koolaid man. I’m never going back again.

This location has gotten way better especially with staffing. The night-time shift learned Deniece was exceptional dropped us fresh food and allowed us to have drinks on the house for the wait.

Poor Food Service: Employees intentionally keep chicken counter low/empty. This way, they can easily deter customers who want to order chicken by claiming there will be a 35-45 wait time. It's a clever way to avoid working.

The worst bathrooms I've ever seen! Every single time my husband and I go to the restrooms they are nasty. Clogged sinks, nasty floors ashes on baby changer, baby changer is just terribly nasty! Wow and they sell food. I can't imagine what the kitchen area looks like! Please help

I just left this store and I can’t believe how I was treated by the Store Leader. I stopped by to add a little air to my tires, because the cold weather causes them to lose a little pressure. My truck sensors were reading 30psi and all I wanted to do was put 2 more pounds to get to the correct psi. I hooked up machine and it started running like I was getting air. After a couple minutes without a beep I look down and see my tire is now flat. I went in to the store and got the manager in which he gave me a can of fix a flat. I explained that I can’t use that because it will ruin my sensor gauge and possibly void my warranty, and his direct quote was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it then”. He spoke as if I was trying to rip him off in some way, and all I wanted was air in my tire. I could not drive my truck any longer, and was stranded at the store. guess what their solution was? The cashier decided upon himself to give me .75 cents to use the Thirsty convient stores air compressors next door. I was flabbergasted that this was the resolution and Store Manager wasn’t even the one to offer it. So here I am 1.5 hours later exhausted after using my little crank jack to remove my tire, walk it over to their competitor, get air, and come back to install. It’s crazy how I was completely disregarded. Worst part is I walked back in and asked if they were going to put an “out of order” sign on the machine, and once again I was dismissed as if it was another inconvenience. Fortunately for other potential customers I wrote a sign myself and put it on the machine. I just can’t believe that it was handled like this. I spoke to their DM Candace and she was nice enough, but it doesn’t change the fact my Saturday was ruined, without any care from the store. They could have at least offered me some water after seeing me walk by the front door wheeling my tire over to their competitor.

Ran out of chicken on July 4th. Only 2 people working in the entire store. Self checkout failed every other customer. The district manager should get a pink slip for setting up this schedule. Sad state!

We stopped here on our way home from Ocean City ordered chicken ($12 special) and got a coffee. Chicken was DRY AND GREASY 😒 so disappointed bc Royal Farm is suppose to have the BEST! maybe it depends on which one your at idk ...we also got western ff (also not good) Wasted $20 😠 The coffee was okay👍 Weve been going to the beach a couple times a month and WON'T stop @ this Farmstore again.

Worst royal farms I have ever been too. It was not busy and I still took an absurdly amount of time to get my food. I spent at least 25 minutes in this horrific establishment they dare to call “fast” food. Never going back!
