Why this store got a hand written sign on the door that says its closed until 3:30am? Not sure how long they had that up there, but we were by around 1:45am. Id be more understanding if someone was in the restroom or something. But there's always at least two employees. So that's no excuse.

Most of the pumps don’t work, only three were working today. Floor is sticky and staff is rude. Chicken is good tho. Also, the air pump has never worked once in the three years I’ve lived here.

I gave it a 3 instead of a 1 or 2 because the team working was so sweet and they do a great job. The fact the car wash is broken and it’s known by employees and they aren’t allowed to put signs up to notify customers although customers can still pay for a car wash while getting gas and then not get a refund is poor business.

This one of the most filthy locations I've went in. The entrance way at backside is DISGUSTING, I assume front is too. There is NO WAY they spend any time cleaning. I assume they're slopping around a dirty mop and the bathroom certainly isn't being cleaned. There's literally blood on the walls in the bathroom. No soap. I couldn't eat from their kitchen even if I was paid to.

The lady behind the register really needs to fix her disgusting attitude. Yeah we get it. You hate your job. Stop taking it out on the customers and do your job like you’re being paid to do without disrespecting customers before someone who isn’t as nice goes to corporate to let them know how much you’re tanking their image. I’ve been on the receiving end of her completely unnecessary attitude outbursts over the most trivial things one too many times now. There’s literally 2 gas stations right across the street who will provide you 300x better service. I highly suggest you go to one of them instead.

Used the car wash here. It was nice. A couple different tiers, includes the undercarriage wash too. Has a timer for how long the dryer will stay on so you can the most use of it.

The A.M. young man at the register on mon. 06/13/2022, over charged me by 2$ on buy two for 3.50$ he was rude an told me they changed the price I insisted the sign said 3.50$ he then said it’s to late to give me a refund after I pointed out he overcharged me. Then he got on the phone with his manager and still didn’t understand how to apply the promo price. 25 min stop I make almost ever morning to be turned away and over charge and argued with over 2$

I was here Friday 9/27/19 and while waiting on my chicken tenders I had to listen to 3 girls at the register talk and giggle about how black I was. It set me back a bit as they were black as well, maybe not as dark. I’m proud of my complexion so it didn’t bother me, however I should not of had to hear this. One of the females had what looked to be really short dreads, the other had blonde over black weave , and I don’t remember what the other looked like. But the 3 of them were in no position to even think about talking about anyone.

Ordered 2 chicken meals, one was a thigh and leg, the other two thighs. There was no leg in either boxes. I paid for chicken gravy for my fries. They did not have the gravy and refused me a refund. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The employees floundered around and made excuses that their drawer would come up short. Well I am short my gravy!! Give me my dollar back. I had A CUSTOMER give me a refund from their own pocket. I will never go to that store again.

Super busy store does a very high volume it's a shame they rely on the cashiers to clean the bathrooms because they never get to it. The bathrooms are filthy here.

I specifically came in to get some wings and thighs but they didn’t have no dark meat at all; I’m highly disappointed that they didn’t have any chicken dropped down. That is very unacceptable when running a business that is worldwide local.

I just purchased a large coffee. Drank half of it and found a bug in my throat. And all they can say is "oh I'm sorry, would you like a replace coffee". Real funny, never again will I drink their coffee. I'm really traumatized right now.

Visited here in the late evening, craving some Western Fries. Ordered them with the intention to add Old Bay. However, the cook tells me they don't have any, while it's sitting in the window. Then tells me he can't let me add it, it's not the same thing. Yet, it's the same Chesapeake seasoning I've added before. Will not be visiting this RoFo again! Peace!

Have a doctors card from the ADA and was told by ine employee I had to have a mask on. I held up my exemption card I was given by doctors and she said ok. The other girl refused to wait on me and rolled her eyes. So I went to other and she waited on me and apologized.I'm sorry but people have medical issues and cant wear mask so leave us alone.

Worse store Ive ever been in. They now have self check out. So no one will help you check out. The girl that should have done the check out was running her mouth to some guy. Never going back to this store. Employees to lazy and rude.

Can be very busy! And sometimes you have to wait a while in line. But overall, it's a pretty good gas station. Also, fairly easy to get in and out of, even though it's on the corner of two moderately busy streets.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwhiches. 1 sausage egg and cheese on bagel, 1 scrapple, egg ans cheese on a bagel. They were given to me on multigrain rolls. Amd the scrapple is a mushy, uncookee piece of scrapple that is just a paste on the bun. Already home and not driving all the way back tonight. Ill pass on this location from now on.

The customer service if aweful here. The place usually has garbage around the enterence. Apparently they don't receive shipments often as they have been out of the only product I need for over a week now.
