I really love shopping @ Roses. I find real bargains from snacks. Food, clothing to furniture. It is truly a place you should include in your shopping experience. If you like gardening like me; this is a real find for things you like to use or add. I love Roses.

So let me get started on this review judging by my seen experiences shopping at the local roses store in salisbury. First thing everyday as I visit. Floors are absolutely abysmal! It's soo gross, and this is first impressions. Do I need to go into the professionalism of the place? I don't think I do.

This store is seriously missing management and cashiers. I went on a Wednesday morning and it was supposed to open at 9 but it was 9:35befoer the doors open and then had to wait another twenty minutes before the manager came to front to do my return. Terrible service.

Was accused of stealing, because the cashier wasn’t smart enough on how to do a return. I Insisted that they check the cameras to prove my innocence. The cashier continued to yell and argue with me. She was very rude and ignorant. I will never step foot in that store again! If I could give zero stars I would. The manager on duty was nice and was able to handle the issue.

Always a great deal here! I've only been here a few times but each time there's a deal that I can't refuse. This time I spent $28 on an argyle sweater for my husband, a pair of sweat pants with extra pockets that closed, a cute assymetrical heavy winter sweater for myself, broiler pans, and a couple bags of candy. My sweater alone was worth that much.My only issue with the store is the look and feel of it being low class. Just because you're getting a great deal doesn't mean that the store should be subpar. Staff doesn't smile and they're not friendly. Both my husband and I had to go to the bathroom and they said that they had to close the bathroom because of covid-19. That's just sheer laziness. Further, they were quite rude about it and even after I explain my medical condition and that we were walking having taken an Uber to get there, their only suggestion was the gas station about a mile down the street. It isn't just that either which makes it feel low class. When we left the store, outside there was a Spanish or Mexican speaking man soliciting, trash around in the parking lot, the whole atmosphere is poor.I do recommend shopping here but don't expect any service, and I would suggest that you don't go alone.

I love Roses i shop there often. Everyone is so friendly but tonight i encountered a very rude and nasty cashier i guess she's new but i really didn't appreciate the way i was treated. I don't usual cause seens but tonight i really almost did.

The place is not in the best if shape. When I was there the refrigerator that the energy drinks were kept in sounded like it was about to die, but it is a good place to find discounts and deals on various things

They took part of my lay a way from the back and resold it and then going to tell me they have a truck coming in soon and we will replace it and the truck came in they sold the one that was on the truck

Cheap department store. Lots of good bargains though, many of the same items at other stores at lower prices. Wide variety of merchandise to look through.
