A fine store but the elderly cashier at the pharmacy is extremely slow and incompetent. She works most hours and is terrible at her job. I have been very patient with her but she needs to switched to another position because she is single handed responsibility for 30 plus minute wait times just to pick up a prescription. The other employees all know she is incompetent. She also knows the tension with her coworkers and is quick to comment on it in front of customers. “I would never talk to customers like that” “ I guess I’m always in the way” for non issues. I’m going to change my prescription to another Rite Aid that is farther away just to avoid her. Today I came to pick up script and waited 25 minutes in line. The cashier then told me they would fill after another 5 minutes of her talking to the pharmacist. She said return in 90 minutes. I came back 2 hours later and waited 30 minutes in line and saw her have terrible experiences with 2 customers. When I get to the front of line she takes another 5 minutes to look up my script. Then she tells me it won’t be able to be filled for 2 days. So over an hour of standing in line and nothing. It’s just terrible here. I honestly fear that she will see this review and purposely ruin my script in some way. Going to stand in line for 30 plus minutes 2 days from now hoping to get my script.

I have had a problem with medication being out of stock. I have been waiting for over a week, calling or stopping in to inquire. The girl said it would be there the next day. It was not. That happened 3 times. I asked if any other local rite aids have it. She shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. Terrible. This is my health. They should care.d Sai she didn't know if they did or not. They just don't care.

My experience with this particular store isn’t very good. They are slow by all means. Just today alone I tried calling the pharmacy 15 times and not once did anyone pick up the phone. I live across town and didn’t want to ride over if My Brothers medicine wasn’t ready. I finally gave up. That doesn’t count how many times I have called in the past week or two. I went into the store earlier today and saw at least two pharmacist and the cashier and at least 3 other people. So at least one of those people could have answered even if it was to put me on hold.That’s just poor customer service. That’s why I left Rite Aid pharmacy in general a long time ago.

LITERALLY ONLY ASKED FOR MY ASTHMA PUMP . Ma’am said ok (..$). I asked again JUST FOR THE ASTMA PUMP. Doctor said I no long needed the others. She continued to charge me for all the medications that was in the itinerary. I’m in drive through) so when I pulled off I noticed the bag was heavy. Looked in and seen it. CALLLLEDDD back cause I just picked my daughter up and I couldn’t get a REFUND.The other medications literally took the food out of my daughters mouth cause I don’t get paid til Thursdays this happened on a Monday . SO THANK YOU FOR HAVING AN ATTITUDE IN THE DRIVE THROUGh. NEXT TIME LISTEN CLOSELY. We live in DE not Salisbury for THIS SPECIFIC REASON. Can’t even travel back home till Thursday . THANK YOU

I have always been pleased with the customer service at this store. The pharmacy is always quick to fill my prescription and even though they are often short staffed, everyone is always pleasant and helpful. 😊

Went in for second shingle shot, new covid-19 as well as RSV shot. From the time I walked in I was greeted by very friendly customer service and then awesome pharmacy staff as well as the pharmacists. They all rock!

The only complaint we have is the erratic pharmacy hours and the "informational" recording. In January I went on Sunday to get my prescription but was told the pharmacy is closed on Sundays now. Then last week I went I to the store to pick up something and saw the pharmacy open. I asked about it and was told they recently changed hours again. The recording when I call is I correct 98% of the time. Understanding that there is a shortage of employees, they can at least update the recording so we don't drive 30 minutes and find it closed and we have no medication.

I see why they have bad reviews!!!!!!! I called to check on my prescription today. Manager claimed my prescription could not be dispensed because I had no ID on file??????? Well how did I pick up my prescription last saturday?????? Last saturday I asked the woman if I could sign up for the text notifications when my prescription was ready. She asked me 3 times what was it that I was asking????? Like this is your job and something so simple as a text notification you act like you don't understand. They turned me off from all rite aids because I laid that manager out! They are terrible here. Save yourself the high blood pressure. Irritating. PUTTING A 800 NUMBER FOR PEOPLE TO CALL ISN'T GOING TO HELP. GET NEW STAFF!!!!!!!!

Their pharmacy techs are so nasty on the phone. They cut you off and the one lady today kept getting mean and clearly I was inconveniencing her with calling in for a refill. Switching to apple drugs.

Clean store, employees are nice and store is usually well stocked. I don't fill my prescriptions here so I can't comment on the actual pharmacy. The prices at Rite Aid though are so expensive. Even their store brands. They need to start offering more sales and specials like Walgreens. I go to Rite Aid when I need something last minute because it's closer to the house, but I definitely prefer Walgreens.

We showed up Saturday at 5:10pm at Pharmacy window. We even rang bell twice. Then waited at least 5 minutes and nothing or no one came. Went around front and went in and asked if it was opened. She said no, it closed early. Well that didn't help me get my medicine.Very dissatisfied. It's bad enough when I have to wait a long time when they are there.

Pharmacy seems to always be understaffed. Waited 10 minutes at drop off window before being assisted. Pharmicist assistant mumbled something about being short on help and that they would send me a “text or something”’ when my order was ready . I received a voicemail 2 days later and when I went to pick up I was not informed that one of the medications had to be ordered until Inquired about it. But, she really pushed the flu shot on me. When I said I wasn’t interested, she asked if I would be getting one in October and when I said No, never her response was “ you are really stressing out your immune system “ I replied I had a very good immune system. She continued to push it on me, although I couldn’t understand much of what she was saying. Eventually I just walked away.

They lie about ordering your prescription and when you call the next day they inform you it’ll be another day because it wasn’t ordered when they said. They don’t answer the phone and it takes you back to the main menu. Horrible customer service.

Either the employee is incompetent or the system is faulty as the employee claims. Either way, if you're going to offer a discount by having the rewards plan, get your customer signed up. I chose to pay the extra few dollars so they would not waste my time.

I really needed my medication and they advertised pharmacy hours until 6 and when I got there at 5:05, they were closed! I now have to wait another day in misery because of thie false advertisement!

Very unhelpful I was there for Western Union stood around at the Western Union area an the 2 cashiers just stood there doing nothing while I stood there when I asked where I need to take my slip because they never offered help while I stood there the one guy doing nothing tells me to take it to the other an he walks away.... Go to foodlion I had no issues

The service is really bad, I don’t know if they change the staff or the manager but they never answer the phone in the pharmacy, so to request a refill you need to come to the drive through and wait an hour to get your refill, I ask the lady if the phone is not working and she was very rude and disrespectful to answer, with actitudes like I was begging for a favor
