First, the appointment scheduling was incredibly helpful and friendly. The technician, David is very thorough. He couldn’t do a full treatment yet due to not having full access under the home, but we rescheduled for a return visit. I have full confidence that our issue will be resolved, based on my experience so far.

Ah Orkin. What a mess.There is a phone number to call. I have probably tried this number 25 times… Left tons of voicemails. Not one call back.We had a service scheduled, but we were not going to be home. Left a voicemail to let them know not to come. No response. No callback. Of course the technician shows up and has to leave because I told him that we were not home.The next week, a technician shows up and does the outside perimeter. Does not do anything in the garage or inside of the house like they usually do. I have Called Orkin 10 times to try to get somebody to come back to properly complete the treatment. No answer. No callback. I hate to leave bad reviews. I’m leaving this review in the hopes that maybe this will prompt them to give me a call back.Will be canceling my service due to the lack of communication.

They always come in the morning when I am not home. I have tried to have them come in the afternoon but that doesn’t happen. Good product—better than Home Paramount—but terrible customer service.They send a text reminder but you can’t reply, you have to look up the phone number and call.Service: Ant extermination

They were fantastic at first work with me on issues I had. But then when it came to the retreatment scheduling the office wont return my phone calls and they keep rescheduling the retreat without asking me my availability. My roommate works from home and we have animals in house and I've told them this multiple time. I've now had to reschedule 3 different time, and I'm now at the point of just canceling.

I’ll tell you what I didn’t have anything good to say about this company until today, the technician that came out to my house was professional, courteous. He actually did his job and was very clear about everything he was doing. He was also very friendly and I feel like that matters especially when they are good at their job. If you go through this location I would highly recommend Gabriel, he’s the tech that did our home and I don’t have not one complaint, he was even really knowledgeable about everything. Big thanks to him because all the techs I got before him barley did their job bc they didn’t really do anything, sad part is it’s their job to do it, why else would I pay them?!?! Again, thank you.

The chemicals that orkin uses for the cockroach is this fine but I have been trying to get hold of them for a full week. phoning them every day and have been unable to get in touch with them or recieve a call back to find out why I missed my appointment on a week ago

Inspection and treatment went fine until we decided to cancel the contract. They keep sending guys out to refill the bait stations and I keep telling them to cancel. The last guy was very polite and pulled the stations but didn’t back fill the holes in the yard.Services: Termite inspection, Termite extermination

The only reason you got 4 stars is because the tech who came to my house was extremely nice and very professional.My complaint is because I asked for a 2-4 window because I get up everyday at 345am to go to work and I would have to take my animals out of the house for 4 hours so I figured at the latest 4:00 would put me back in the house at 8:00 which is my bedtime. They called me the next day and told me they could give me a four to six because they had many appointments. 4 to 6:00 would not work for me. The lady put me on hold. Got back on the line and told me that she could do it 2:00 to 4:00. The tech showed up about 5: 30- 6:00. Again, the tech was great. He helped me get my animals in the car and was very nice and explained everything to me that I needed to know. But if you're having a schedule and problem, then tell the customer you're having a scheduling problem. Do not tell them what they want to hear and then do the complete opposite. Orkin was not my first choice but they gave me a good deal so I figured I'd give it a try.

Failed to show up on several occasions, very unreliable. Their service includes “in-between” service visits as needed, but, when I called to make the “in-between” visit due to pest problems, they told me that were scheduled to come in the next few weeks anyways so, an extra service was not needed. Very disappointed in their service.
