Michaels is a wonderful Arts and Crafts store! But I didn’t buy anything out of there. We just went in here to look at what Madison ( my sister) wants to get in here for her art project. But I did purchase a frame for my certificates and awards and it was pretty good. This store sales the best items for us to create for arts and crafts.

Tons of cool craft things. We went fpr some pieces of slate to put in a fish tank. Good prices. Very happy. Found baskets on sale as well. Couldn't resist.

Clean store. Very friendly staff most are willing to help. Bathrooms not so clean. Floor and shelves are stock not with a lot but are stocked. Prices are really high in my opinion.

This door has everything. Flowers to picture frames even astronaut ice cream. You know when a store has freeze dried ice cream you just have to go there. I love it and they have wonderful coupons to get 40% off. If you can't find it in here you just find it anywhere.

First time in & had a return after due to measuring the issue for frames needed. The original visit was ok (no balloon parade), but the return was absolutely unique & not in a good way.Stayed in line over 30minutes & was then sent to the framing dept & they were lost, but (that going man helped get the correct sized frames) & then waited another 15 mins while the line continued to grow with one register then two that went extra slow.Finally get a person for customer service number & they took me to a register but openly state "let me see if I can remember how they said so this" wthallelujah- I'll be Makin sure not overcharged with return & purchase. No actual customer service is available! And if you can't answer a question call manager to the front. I'm not a fan ... ijs

I've been shopping at Michael's for 30 years. I went in yesterday with a photo of what I wanted but couldn't find it. I asked the pink haired associate for help and she was so rude and acted like I was bothering her. When I asked her to double check to see if it was in stock she said "no, I don't know what to tell you." I remember a time when customers were valued and employees went out of their way to help. I won't be giving any more of my money to Michael's, they obviously do not appreciate my business.

Michaels is my personal favorite craft supply store. Staff is always helpful and the store is clean and organized in a sensible manner making exploring the store fun. Highly recommend.

I frequent this store about once a week sometimes more. It's a great store to stock up on art supplies and also branch out to new hobbies. The staff here are always very friendly.

Michaels is a long time "goto" for yarn, beads, holiday decorations and kid art gifts and ideas, etc.Admit I always wait for a 25 or 40% off coupon. Easy now that fone screen shots can be used in-store if barcode present.Thanks staff at Salisbury Md store!

Very friendly and helpful staff!! ...and it's nice that they will offer discount codes for your purchases. I'll come here first before I go to Hobby Lobby for the things they both sell, because Hobby Lobby doesn't honor coupons any longer. Thank you for staying true to your original form Michaels! You will get what you expect if you frequent a Michael's craft store. I've gone in recently for paints to touch up some ceramic pieces and some simple black frames for a gallery wall in my home office. If you catch a sale, the prices are great, especially on frames. Service/staff are hit or miss in terms of knowledge or engagement.

Always a great sale on seasonal items. They carry Lemax Villages for Christmas and Halloween. Premade florals are beautifully done.

The store was clean and organized, but the prices on the spring florals were so ridiculously high, that I didn't buy anything. They raise the prices to lower them 40% and I think the item is expensive at 40% off. I understand they have to make a profit, but they don't have to make all of their profits on one sale.

Hella expensive for stuff you can find the exact version of for cheaper in other stores.An example is: birdhouse that's 6$ here for one costs 10$ for an 8 pack with paints online.

They seriously have some of the cutest home decor staging pieces but the store itself is a little haphazard...I still love going into Michael's I personally just wish it was a little more organized and put together.The employees are lovely and knowledgeable.

Love this place, I could stay and look for hours, like a kid in a toy store, this store was so clean and organized, they had a few empty racks but other than that lots of stock, good prices and very helpful staff. No lines to wait in, even better!

Hadn't been in Michael's in some time. I was extremely impressed with entire store make over. So many beautiful, helpful and interesting new items. Unbelievable prices along with so many more choices. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my question. They offered great suggestions and advice. Needless to say, I am in there a minimum of 3 times a week.

I love Michael's selection of crafts and hobby items. Their holiday selections are fantastic. One huge bonus is that they are very personable at our local store. I like that staff takes their time to be helpful and guide customers when they are trying to get the most out of their coupons. Crafting is not a cheap endeavour but Michael's staff helps newbies cover their needs when taking on projects. Love our Salisbury MD store!!
