Just popped in so my mother could use the rest room. This place was amazing. It was immaculate. Everyone was friendly. It was inviting and next time I'm here I'm a spend money. I know it's an odd post but people come on here to complain so I figured I'd come here to praise.

This is a wonderful place to shop with well stocked shelves and clothing racks. New styles are maintained throughout the store. The prices are great not to mention the GREAT deals and coupons. Very clean restrooms, friendly staff and one of my favorite places to shop in Salisbury. This place continues to amaze me in how well the employees care for the store that shows employee Pride the deals here are just amazing. The wonderful displays that are set up in each department are much better than you can get in most stores in Salisbury including the stores at the Centre of Salisbury Mall. Wonderful job Kohl's you deserve 5-stars.

I've always been a fan of Kohl's (back home) clean stores, easy to find things, knowledgeable associates but today was my first time visiting this particular store(Salisbury) and it was well let's just say I won't be going back. The store was discombobulated, Exchanging/returning Xmas gift, could not find what I needed and neither could any associate no one seemed to know where anything in store was located, so I went to return desk and she was very rude, I told her I'd like to return this gift it's wrong size , she asked for my card I said don't have it it was a gift , she asked" what do you mean a gift? " (Did I hear her wrong ) then she said there's nothing she can do without the card. Needless to say after waiting on a manager everything got taken care of.

I only went to pickup an online order. Note to anyone doing this. The customer service area where you pickup orders is NOT in the back of the store as the pickup email instructs. It's on the left wall near the front of the store.Other than that, smooth process, short line. No issues with pickup.

This is the messiest Kohl's I have ever been to. Staff socializing with one another instead of organizing the store and I guess they let you exchange your old shoes for new ones?

My previous visits to this store were always very good, but today, everything was a mess. Tons of unfolded clothes, lots of stuff in the wrong place. I'm sure it's holiday related, but I expect a little more from Kohls.

I returned an item and Kohls reduced price by all the kohls cash I received and an additional $25. They couldn’t explain why the additional $25 was taken, as the reward earnings were also reduced. The customer service supervisor was also rude and condescending.

I like Kohl's a lot! It's where I found the jeans that I will be wearing to my MS (Multiple Sclerosis) luncheon. I've gained a considerably amount of weight and need to loose it like now! I will be doing my MS Exercises can't weight for the transformation🤗😁💜😇 I'm the 225 girl on the right if the man in this photo. I don't feel well but, that ends TODAY!!!

I was at Kohls on Black Friday. There was a long line at check out. we thought it would take forever to get out. But those amazing cashiers really moved us though quickly.

I accompanied my daughter, who lives out of the area, to our local Kohl's store. She has some Kohl's cash to use or lose, and found several items to her liking. I did not make a purchase at the time. However, I was delighted to have Cissey at the checkout. She is in the store most times when I am there and is such a help. She opened a register to speed up the wait. I enjoy her help, her knowledge, her pleasant attitude, and I am sure that the store is pleased with her working at multiple tasks, her work ethic, and her excellent customer service. Just wanted to give a 'shout out' to her for her continued excellent help and customer service.Thank you.

Couple things, don't know if they merged or what, but could not enter through Kohls side had to enter from Sephora... Kohls doors were locked. But one big store on inside. We were looking for men's shoes and the shoe department was suffering big time. Ohhhhhh then the restroom was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy on the other side of the store...whoaaaa glad I made it.

Mostly drek, at least for men. If you hang out a lot on the couch, work as a propane salesman, and occasionally go to the Olive Garden, Kohl's has everything you need. For me, a fit man looking for a bit of style , for something fresh, or a pair of decent dress trousers that don't cost $300, there are very few choices. Pants in my size have somehow become rare (have men with a 32 / 30 pant size become extinct???), and when I finally find somethingthat fits that I like -- it's "buy one get 50% off a second pair" -- but there is nothing else in my size that I can use for the discount. So I left empty handed.

Employees were excellent... Happy to help and pleasant. Selection was ok, not all colors or sizes were displayed. There were no prices on the shelves I was shopping, and the diy scanner was down, as was the call button to get assistance. Once I found a person, she helped immediately. They provide wheelchairs, but they're not electric.

Walked in for an Amazon return on Black Friday, and I expected a line and hassle but I was so wrong. I found some cute items on sale (oops!) on the way to finding the return area (back in customer service, to the left and at the back of the left side) and got a $5 coupon for doing my return at Kohls. My daughter asked me why we don’t shop at Kohls more often, so I guess we will have to come back. So convenient to be able to return Amazon packages here! Our cashier, Lexi, was fantastic. The manager we spoke with was very personable and friendly. The woman in the customer service department was kind and quick with the return. Even the folks walking around were clearly working hard. People can be so rude to retail employees and I’m sure it is worse on heavy days like Black Friday. These folks did their best and were working very hard. I hope the managers see this compliment!

I ordered a size 10 and they send me a 9, I called and used chat and received no help. Their kohls cash is a joke, I paid $19.99 using kohls cash and they said they would refund .53 cents beware of their tactics. The sandals are no longer available and I could return them for a 53 cent credit. Nothing but a scam and they do not care if you ever shop their again. They'll go out of business with this kind of customer service. Here's the kicker, I go online and it says they are available but now I would have to pay the $19.99 Done with Kohls! BEWARE!!!

Went to return an Amazon purchase and got talked into applying for a credit card. Thought my credit was horrible after my divorce left me in debt, I was approved! Hopefully I can now work on getting better credit thanks to Kohls!
