The manager went above and beyond to order something for me. My voicemail box was full so she was nice enough to send me a text from her personal phone letting me know my mailbox was full (I had no clue) and that my order was in. You don't get that kind of service at places these days. Not to mention the gentleman took it out to my car as well. The store is also very neat and organized. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work from the inside to the outside. It's so nice to see small, local businesses still thriving and caring about people. Kudos to Shannon and the staff. Keep up the great work!!!

The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Always go above and beyond to help people, even when they are juggling multiple things at once to keep a small business like that up and running! Everyone there wears different hats all the time and do their absolute best to help customers.

Nice shop. Good prices. The only issues I had or feel are a problem, is the blonde middle-aged ladyShe didn't wanna get out of the chair to help with prices when the sign was missing. She was like looking at the camera? Or on Facebook or just lazy? She acted like she was busy, but you could see her like staring at the screen, not doing work , i guess she was making sure I wasn't trying to steal a 40-lb 2.5cu ft bag of soil in my pocket........ ha. So if you look scruffy or like a hippy and don't look like a high-end rich person, she will probably act a certain way.Once she finally got up, which she was like forced by her employee, she gave me the prices, fixed the sign, and said.. " You need help with anything else , and are you sure?? Cause I don't want to get up again. " kinda rude like, Even her employee gave me a " are you serious" look when she wouldn't get up.Other than that, nice selection.

I was surprised at how much this seed & feed store had to offer. They have a vast variety of dog foods and pet supplies. It's much bigger than it looks from the road. The gentleman that waited on me was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Shop local! This store is wonderful! This is the perfect neighborhood store for all of your pet and garden needs. I went in looking for a plant for my new home and left with several! The prices were great and so was the quality of the products. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Shall I mention that they have doggy donuts!🐕🍩😍

We come here a few times a month for 25lb bags of raw peanuts to feed the squirrels in our apartment complex and are very satisfied. First, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The quality of the product is above par. We did have an issue with a couple bags which we discussed with the staff and they must have addressed it because the quality went back to the standard we had become accustomed to, which is exceptional. We can't wait to see them in spring with the flowers and herbs!

The personnel at this business rendered very exceptional service to my friend (who's a frequent customer).Everyone was very helpful: the sales assistant accompanied us around the lawn and garden area helping to locate items, answering questions, and transported the selected items indoors to the check-out counter. A young man transported and loaded the purchased items to our vehicle.Even though my friend was somewhat indecisive at the cash register regarding settling on purchasing a specific plant, the gentleman at the register (who seemed like the owner) was extremely patient with her. All-in-all, I'd rate the customer service at this establishment as exceptional.

Shop local! I buy my dogs and cats Taste of the Wild here. I also shop their gardening supplies, and flags. The staff is personable, knowledgeable, and will even carry your purchase to your car. They offer senior citizen discounts and discounts to the fire service community. I believe to law enforcement as well. They always have samples of pet foods and treats for free. Local honey too... They are great...

The variety of plants here was diverse but the quality was the most noticeable difference. A couple plants i was in the market for were bigger and healthier looking but less expensive than some other places. They have a great selection of pet food also. i will be back
