Terrible customer service. I purchased 3 chalk board signs and the chalk pen. The pen won't wipe off any of the 4 signs. I've tried the suggestions on the pen product but nothing works. Not even magic eraser. No help whatsoever and won't return. Spent hundreds there getting furniture and supplies for our store but will not ever go back.

Friendly service and a wide selection of home decor, arts and crafts, and other neat stuff.If you're decorating your home, Hobby Lobby is great. They have every kind of home decor with plenty of different styles. There are picture frames and posters, candle stick holders, mirrors, side tables, an assortment of jars and baskets, tons of fabrics they cut on site, and plenty of other neat things to make your house a home.The amount and diversity of arts and crafts supplies is quite vast. They have a large assortment of various brushes and paints. They have all of the sewing supplies and fabrics you could want. There's an assortment of coloring books for both children and adults, or posters you can color in yourself. At the end of the day, whether you're just doing art for fun or you're doing it for work or school, Hobby Lobby has what you're looking for.

If you went here to pick up some hobby materials and you left empty-handed, you obviously did not see their whole inventory. This is the biggest and most complete range of crafting I have ever seen in one store location.

Went in looking for certain fabrics for a project. There were several people in the fabric department needing assistance with no one to be found. Disappointing. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for but I did take advantage of the 40% off sale on the Fiskar scissors. The cashier at the front was extremely friendly and offered to call someone back to the fabric department...at this point that would be a great idea but not for me.

My wife and I always enjoy a walk thru Hobby Lobby in Salisbury Maryland the customer service is still intact and lately that in my opinion has become rare...the days of " the customer is always right " is no longer but at this Hobby Lobby I feel the customer is still appreciated... good job Hobby Lobby!Ps thanks for the color sand for my wife's project...

I NEVER post reviews but today I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this store. I went in there this evening to return a total of 5 things for my grandmother who is working on a Christmas project and she also wanted me to pick up an ornament for her. I already felt bad about returning the things because I’m a young girl who’s worked retail so I always try to do things online and avoid interactions. As I came back up to “Alexander’s” register he VERY RUDELY said to me “ are you actually buying something this time?” How dare you say that to a customer?!! I wish I gave his ugliness right back to him but I instead told him everything I’m doing is for my grandmother.

Bought a sewing machine from ROBBY LOBBY on saturday...it did not work...tried to return it on tuesday...they would not take it back because I opened the box...they kept my money and stuck me with a worthless machine...Janome by the way...they told me I had to send it to janome myself...I bought it locally- not from another state...

Upon entering this store, it reminded me of a craft store. But as I continued walking through, I was greeted by beautiful home décor including mirrors, desks, wall ornaments, pictures, and more!! They have a plethora of picture frames - from 4×6 to 11×16; plain jane to fancy handcrafted ones (including an option for custom made ones. We accidentally broke a frame and no big fuss was made about it. The staff pleasantly thanked me for picking up the item and was happy to learn that no one was hurt. I found merchandise that ranged from $2 up to $299. At the time of my visit there was a 50-75% off sale going on. Cute store with fabrics and DIY kits for a multitude of projects. My grandmother raves about this store, so finally I schesuled a saturday to come see what they haf to offer, if I lived closer I would visit much more often.

I was given a virtual visa card and printed out the information, went to Barnes and Nobel and they accepted the card. So I bought some items.Went to hobby lobby and they wouldn't accept it.I guess I can use it online but I'll probably shop elsewhere now.

Customer service is lacking in this location. I called the store on a Monday looking for a particular ribbon. I was advised that it was not in stock, but it could be ordered and would come in on their Thursday truck delivery. I need this ribbon to finish a project (this week!) but since I was assured the order would come in, I didn’t order for home delivery. Called the store on Saturday, asking if my order had arrived only to be told the person had forgotten to place my order because “Mondays are tricky”. Whoever answered the phone today was also rude and acted like it was a problem to check on the order.

Good prices and selection but this location has poor customer service. Stood in line only two registers open. A third opened and we headed that way only to be told we could not go in that line and had to go to the back of one of the other two lines to be fair. My husband has mobility issues so we left our fabric behind.

Unfortunately Michael's isn't larger and doesn't have as much variety, so you've got no other option but to go here for craft/hobby items. It'd be nice if it was lgbtq friendly, but you can't expect much from a small closed minded city with a "Christian" store.

This is an amazing place they have the biggest and best bead selection I've ever seen any where else. I really enjoy looking through all the beads and charms every time I go in here because I make beaded jewelry for a living their selection is the best and the nicest that I've ever seen and I will continue to keep shopping here forever and ever.

Hobby Lobby has a huge selection of anything and everything. They also carry very unique items. There is so much there I never knew I needed and now can't live without🤷‍♀️. Even so, I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because their prices are ridiculously high. However, they do have on a regular basis awesome sales that bring the pricing to where it should have been in the 1st place. If what you are looking for is not on sale, and you don't need it immediately, wait and go back in a week and it will probably be on sale at like 40-50% off their original price.
