Have kept up a very large selection of vegan foods especially on the refrigerator and freezer sections. I never have to go anywhere else now. I love their cashier's and store managers and produce personnel. Talk about kindhearted and going the extra mile. Kudos!!!

The place has a decent selection but disappointing system and customer service. Not only could we inconveniently not split payments at the self check out, but when explained we cannot, employees showed zero empathy, then put us in a line which we arrived at first and insisted taking the other guest first so with another 10 minute wait and again not an ounce of empathy shown. I don’t expect the world and understand service workers don’t always have it easy but basic courtesy was lacking and that was incredibly disappointing from what felt like a local store.

Like this store better then the one I have down the street from but happen to be on this side of town. The lady at self checkout was very friendly and like to spark up a little conversation which to me was nice. Instead of it being awkward.

I truly detest that there is no self check out at this store. I always have to allot extra time for standing in line. I hate to nitpick, but the cashiers are sooooooooooo slow.

I actually like this store. It is the closest thing that I have found like a Whole Foods store since I moved to this area. I like their range of specialty foods and their prices are on par with other stores in the area. The quality and variety of the products are above the other Food Lion stores that are nearby, but it isn't a Whole Foods store.

This is a smaller store than most food lion's. I have been going here about once or twice a week for the last 10 years. This store isn't a busy one, so you rarely have any lines at the registers. I like when I can take my time going up and down the isles without maneuvering around a bunch of other customers. They do have a little less variety. The employees all seem to be very nice and helpful.

Cashier was kinda slow and only one Express and one regular checkout Lane open. Prices are great at food Lion. Good selection and deli. Meats can be hit or miss.Update: not sure what happened to these employees today but they all were rude and miserable. Amazing what a difference from my last visit.Update 2: Today I ordered 1.5 lbs cooked ham sliced thin. What I got was thick. Probably number 3 on the slicer. The man at the deli, although pleasant, zipped the bag closed and then taped the excess down with the price sticker, rendering the bag useless as it tore the bag upon trying to open it. Called to mention this to a manager but kept getting transferred to a number that no one answered. Poor.

It was very nice today. There weren't many people there and I was able to get an electronic cart to drive so I wasn't on my feet for too long because I had been on them enough already. We got everything we needed and weren't there very long plus our cashier was very nice.

This is my favorite grocery store. It has everything you need but not some special items that their other one has. Service is excellent and friendly. Flowers are beautiful but they in the last year they've had some that are past their prime, so watch what you buy. They used to be the best place for flowers.

I'm usually very happy with Food Lion however it seems like after the pandemic everything seems to be very short. However I can go into other stores and it's kind of hit-or-miss some stores you walk into they are very well-stocked and others not. I do not understand this although I'm going to say that mostly they are a very good store to go to. That is my only complaint.

Love Food Lion for the prices. They can beat just about every one else on price. Courteous workers. Produce is usually well stocked and Deli always has a selection of affordable meats and cheeses. Expect to wait in the Deli during tourist season.

We have just started going to F.L . ,One of the Deli people upset my wife at the other store here in town , Over the thickness of the slice of lunch meat. So far we like F L they work to keep the shelves full and the prices are LOWER quality is spot ON . Maybe the other store will find a way to remove this deli slicer LADY we have learned she has done this quite often .

Recently it's like trying to food shop at a Royal Farms. Coffee selection has dwindled to a few brands...chicken takes up sparse area in the meat dept. More ice cream than fresh chicken.I don't get it!

Clerks are most congenial and polite. So sorry the manager would not give me even a twenty five dollar ad for my alumni scholarship booklet. I have shopped there for years. I was quite disappointed.

The cashier was so incredibly rude. She would charge me for stuff I hadn't picked up and when I would correct her all would say is, "I'll scan your coupons at the end!". I brought my own bags and when she packed my items she just threw them in the bags. This was one of my worst shopping expirences ever.

Food Lion has been a local go too grocery store for many decades. In that time they have made some impressive improvements in fresh local produce when it is available, and are still a great place to buy quality meats at a reduced cost to the customer from other grocery stores in and around Salisbury.

Great Store, Great teamwork when managment isnt changed every year. I have worked at this location and I have friends and family that shop here on the regullar. When i shop at this store I always feel welcome, Great Overall shopping experience. The store has alot of history , the new lot owner and overall shopping center has gotten alot of nice additions lately. As someone who grew up going to this store with my Family, I would highley recommend this location for anyone who needs to hurry up and grab that steak your wife asked you to pick up, or you need to stop in and be home by the time the game starts. The gentleman that was the Manager there seemed to have a good pulse of the market in the area and always made sure to take care of his customers and his team of associates. I personally would give this location a 3 out of 5 stars for Overall shopping experience! Love Food Lion everyday
