No one answers the phone. So you have to go in to let them know you are there for curbside. After app email from food lion saying pick up at 740pm I get message at 750pm saying shopper just started shopping my order. Very disappointed and inconvenient.

This store has improved a great deal in recent years. It’s clean and typically well-stocked, employees are courteous and helpful. There’s self-checkout available, a seafood counter, beer and wine, and the range and quality of inventory has been expanding. Great sales, too- especially with the Shop & Earn app!

It was good needed frozen shredded hash browns but none in the store and had to use non frozen potatoes it worked ok but the recipe called for frozen shredded potatoes Barry was more than helpful and a great person

Was cussed at by employee. Very poor services. Never anyone there from management. Seem to always be something with them from spoil food to rude employees. Do better foodlion.

Customer service manager, Barbara Snow, at this location is extremely rude. She has no compassion whatsoever and took it upon herself to physically touch me and remover my things because she said I was cutting in line when I explained to her the confusion between the lines. She should not be a manager if she cannot resolve simple matters without using force.

Went in for 2 things, they had both so it was a successful trip.Was told by am associate that was standing in front of an end cap that I could use the self check out. I politely said " no thanks, I don't work here." Prceeded to the line that was designated for express. Friendly and curtious the staff was.

This is my main grocery store. They always have a wide selection of products and if you are an MVP customer they have great deals. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. They always help me find the thing that my wife sent me to the store for.

The customer service provided by Ty with the glasses female to us while she was training a younger girl name Lyra at the job which for being new was very efficient in bagging the groceries at a fast pace.They were kind and great workers.

Variety of products has improved since the renovation, particularly international and specialty items. Self-checkout available. Primo water filling station located outside. Getting in/out of parking lot is difficult on busy weeknights- wish there was a second entrance! MVP card is one of few store cards that consistently offers good deals in-store and via coupons tailored to your shopping habits.

I love this place. You can always find something here that the big box stores don't have. It is always a very clean well-stocked place, their fruits and vegetables look wonderful in the produce section which is also very well stocked and clean. The savings on this store are amazing with your MVP card. Access to the merchandise is easy even for the handicapped. Great beer and wine selections. The butchers always have the leanest cuts of meat. Also something here for the Vegans and Vegetarians... AGAIN, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The store is always a little more costly and the fact that prices have risen quite a bit for goods and services means that if you don't have an MVP card for Food Lion it's going to cost you quite a bit more to shop here. However they do mail out coupons for free products and reduced products plus to use the MVP card make it much more palatable to shop here. Thank you Food Lion for the discounts. Puts it in more price point with discounted grocery stores. It is always clean, from the aisles to the bathrooms to the checkouts to the grocery carts always seem to be taken care of. Unlike Walmart they do keep their parking lot clear of carts. Using coupons this week I saved OVER $35 IN ONE VISIT. SEE THE POSTED RECEIPT. THE DISCOUNTS WERE INCREDIBLE....

It was very nice. 2 problems are that they don't carry snowflake rolls and pumpernickel bread. I shop at the one on Tilghman road, Salisbury MD. Some prices are way too high since the remodel. That's why you get 3 stars.

New remodel store is inviting and clean. The store front design leads for clutter and chaos at the checkouts ..with the self checkout aisle colliding with merchandise aisles. Too many slef check outs not enough cashiers to help with larger orders.

My local grocery store where I shop 98% of the time. I love the discounted sales from MVP card. Always saving money at Food Lion. You can never go wrong with saving your family money at Food Lion. Fresh produce and great savings!

Best Food Lion in town. Not shabby like the others and plenty of choices/stock. Okay, not during this particular trip where ground pork was part of the dish, but normally. Check out is only impeded by those who are surprised they have to make payment at the register and take forever to find their money/card. Store is clean and staff is is professional. I no longer go to any other Food Lion even though one is close to work, one close to home, and one directly on my way home from work.

I am a sr citizen and do one large shopping a month. Three times while shopping, I was approached and asked if they could help me. There was one item on the shelf that I needed more than was there. I asked a gentleman for help. He graciously brought me items from the back of the store. The clerk at checkout was very pleasant the entire time. I had a very large order and she got someone to help load my groceries in my vehicle. I was very grateful especially since it was raining. The man helping me seemed happy to be outside loading my items even though he was soaking wet! I left the store with everything I needed and the service was impeccable.

This is the nicest Food Lion in the area. A good variety of groceries, produce, meats, cheeses and prepared foods. There's also a substantial beer and wine section. I go out of my way to shop here because they carry items that the other stores in this chain don't have. My only complaint is that they need to get more small carts 🙂

Average at best. They find it difficult to keep sanitary wipes by both doors after repeated requests. Prices are high but lower than Acme. I wish we had more grocery choices in this town. Giant was pricing their goods very high but at least they were friendly and listened to their customers. Alta should help keep grocery costs down but I don't know about their quality or products. We should demand good grocery selection and fair prices or submit to Sam's or lesser quality stores which dot the landscape.

The store itself was ok I found what I needed but the employees need to be taught hygiene one gentleman in particular the body odor was horrible literally gagged walking past him totally uncalled for the isles could be a little more accessable but completely understandable trying to keep up with supply and demand

One of their employees looked visibly sick and was whipping her mouth and nose and sniffling and proceeded to touch my food and put them into bags. Gross obviously the people here don’t care if their employees are sick or not and have them working the registers.

While shopping last night it was disturbing to see 3 different employees with masks down below their mouths and one below the nose. For gods sake please teach your employees how to wear masks properly. I noticed two were right in front of products about a foot and a half away and I don’t think they understand how droplets work.
