Disrespectful, rude, racist and poorly educated the manager, I couldn't read her name but she always attends with a bad attitude, my last time in this store. Although it is a new store it remains disgusting, what is the point of having it with a team that is not helpful and friendly even when you are paying for it?

The cashier was extremely rude definitely wasn't taught manners or customer service skills I asked if they did cash back because I saw it on the checkout screen as a option and it said up to 50 so I was like that's cool I wasn't getting cash back but the lady was like no no you not getting 50 dollars from me it's up to me what I can give you and I'm not doing cash back to you with a attitude it was very aggressive for no reasoning I go in this store couple times a week never had this problem but I have never ran into this employee either her name tag said Bea and I couldn't read the rest of it will not return to this store sad too it's on my way home from work but there's a dollar general down the street

The cashier was very disrespectful and curse as if she had shares in the company telling me its her store and I shouldn't come back,because she's the manager .No customer service/ conflict resolution skills .Carried her personal problems to work nobody told you to go work at family dollar or in customer service an was ready to call the police after she racial profile me because of my skin colour.
