My 1st and last time visiting this Family Dollar store. I'll stick with Dollar General because they have clean bathrooms that they let the public use!

I bought an item not too long ago and on the receipt it’s said 30 day return policy. When my mom goes to return the item the workers says that they would not return and item even after 1 day. This shop is terrible and I advise you do not go here.

Bought a $12 Phone charger and it didn’t work so I returned it with the box and receipt. The two employees working made sure it didn’t work by charging it on their phones she charged her phone and said it works. So I said it doesn’t work on mine though…. Then tried charging my phone doesn’t work. She then calls her boss and her boss said “I couldn’t get my money back”. Then I asked if I could exchange it and she said “no” it’s not our “policy” so I said I’ll take it to another Family dollar she said “it’s Family dollars policy you won’t be able to return it” I called another Family dollar in Salisbury and they said that isn’t true… You might want to know what your policy is if your working for a company cause clearly you don’t. Not accommodating at all! And very rude.

Great place to shop with friendly service. Your always greeted at the door with a hello,how are you doing and a Thankyou for shopping here and have a great day! Store personnel are always busy stocking the shelfs to make sure you have what you need and if they are out of stock they will let you know when it will be back in stock.

Always hear a friendly "How are you today" when I walk in. The manager Linda is truly an asset to your company!!!! Great selection and prices! A++++

I was noticably followed around the store by an employee. Made me incredibly uncomfortable, will be rethinking returning to any Family Dollar if their employees are directed to follow people of color around the store.
