I had come into this location looking for the teal air max 270’s and Theresa not only satisfied my needs but gave a great experience. Her personality is out of this world. She made my shopping experience very pleasant as I honestly hate going into stores looking for what I need. She made sure I was comfortable and that I left with what I came in for and that makes a difference when you’re out shopping when you don’t want to. It was most definitely a great personal one on one experience and I’ll continue to shop at that location for my kids and myself.

Mark is truly a professional, and a saving face kind of employee for this location. Having somebody who knows what they're talking about for once is both assuring new. He was the kindest person that you could have hoped to come across. His wealth of knowledge gave me confidence in my purchase, he showed a true understanding of the sport my skill level and the equipment. Professionals like this are few and far in between and I guarantee this gentleman is not respected enough. I'm glad I only had to make a purchase like this once, but if I ever made one again I would surely do it exclusively with Mark. This is how you sports.

Went in for cleats for my son. A guy directed me to a kiosk like I’m ordering Mcd’s to go.. I signed in and waited 20min as he and other employees walked around my son and I, joking and talking for no one to ever show up with any shoes. Better service at McDs.

Went in today to look at what hunting gear they had… they have no hunting gear, guns, ammo, bows, or anything that would be a reason to go in there because they chose to get rid of it all.Not wasting my time with this place ever again. If you can’t stock firearms and gear needed to be a sportsman in the heart of the sportsman’s paradise then you might as well shutter the doors and close up.Screw your wokeness and your bootlicking actions to please the state.I hope you get looted.

Rude employees.Went to make a purchase and was told to come back cause they need a manager to authorize purchase then I Came back to the store to make a purchase and was told to come back again cause they started from 7am and had worked all day and can not ring me up. And told me to come back for a third time.So rude and not helpful.This store needs to hire professional employees.I’ll just take my business somewhere else where they are professional and not plain out rude.Told me she worked a 16 hour day. Um if you started at 7am and it’s 7pm that’s not 16 hours.

Had a hard time finding what I wanted on the shelves. I finally asked the staff person behind the counter if they had any pistol cases. The staffer said yes and pointed to a high shelf only accessible by a short ladder. He brought down the two I wanted to look at and was very helpful!! He answered my questions and suggested some TSA locks I would need. I got what I wanted in a relatively short time and I was on my way again. It was a good visit thanks to the excellent staff person. Not sure why the store had all of those cases stored in such an inaccessible location, probably politics.

friendly staff who knows what they're talking about. I was in to buy kayaks, as soon as I walked in the door people were asking me if i needed anything! Our "helper" was the nicest guy you'll ever meet. wen we bought the kayak they carried it for us. :) (oh the kayak we bought was a pelican kayak, it's great)

Prices where respectable. But very low customer service. Store was not busy at all.and several times employees passed by and never asked if I needed assistance,very un welcoming feeling ,when checking out,spect over $200 and asked for a small bag.i was told they are .10 cents.i was like really.i spent 200 ,will take my money to cabelas and drive a little farther,at least they make you feel welcome there and appreciated

Got my kids their school sneakers. 3 different guys assisted us in shoes, smiling and helpful as can be. There was only one checkout open and a guy returning something ahead of me, which took a while, and there was also 2 other people waiting behind me to checkout. Nobody else came to help ring anyone up and we waited several minutes... This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Store always well kept, clean... everything easy to find! Worth a stop in to see what they have at least.

They had the weight that I wanted, but there was a wait at the register to call and get the bar code. I thought it was my fault because t picked up one misting the price code, however when I expressed this one of the employees said noon of them would have the code. I just thought how inefficient.

Our trip was horrible. Finally found what we were looking for (last one). Inside the box one item was missing and another had a missing point. When I asked the manager if he would adjust the price, he said yeah, 25%. I said but hey, other missing parts. Nope. 25% and thats all. Just plain ol rude. Didnt want to take it but did. Put all my other stuff back. I refuse to reward rudeness and bad customer service. I wont be back.

I cannot say enough about the customer service. I went there yesterday to look for an exercise machine. This was my first purchase of an actual machine and I was extremely nervous. Johnnie and Paul were amazing and helped us find the best machine to fit our needs and budget.

I had visited the Salisbury MD location on 07/1/17 for my bike service. i am very much satisfied with the service it was great service & i would recommend this store for any bike service.Manager Paul was so helpful and he did the price match for my bike accessory and free shipping . please continue the great service :) :)

I love this place! The store manager is amazing and will do her best to get customers needs met. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. The prices are decent and the clearance events are always a big hit. I would shop here before checking out other sporting good stores.

Have had up and down experiences at this store. The first time I ever visited this particular Dick’s, (a few months ago) The gentleman in footwear gave me great service and was very knowledgeable on what I needed. I usually go here for golf items, but after the past two trips in, I don’t know that I’ll ever be back. I’ve probably gone in 9-10 times over the past 3 months and always found what I needed and was helped with all my questions. (I appreciated the worker did not act irritated or annoyed even though I had many questions my first few times as I’m new to golf) however, the past two trips that I’ve been in there, about two weeks ago, I was treated so disrespectfully that I wanted to complain to the manager, but I never do that...maybe I should have. More specifically just three days ago (probably the last time I’ll ever be in there) I had just a few questions about the clubs they display on a wall, and the same older gentleman who treated me poorly two weeks prior, acted as though I had no business being anywhere near the air he breathed. Yes I’m new to golf, but I understand the sport and I’m certainly an educated human who could comprehend simple answers to reasonable questions. I went in there with a budget of $800 to get a new set of clubs and walked out with nothing and swore I’d never walk back in. If this man didn’t have the time of day to help me with a fairly simple decision based on a few questions, maybe he shouldn’t be in customer service. Just saying. Man at the register who rang up my drink was nice though, I guess that’s something.

Dick’s Sporting Goods located at the Centre at Salisbury. This large sporting good store, didn’t have what I was looking for regarding the Nike face masks. I suspect they would’ve gotten a 5-star if they had what I was looking for. I definitely would visit this establishment again!

Bought some socks for our granddaughter, BOGO free. Store is always clean, great selection of outdoor & sports gear. Nonetheless, I always shop for deals because this store is too expensive. For example, Yeti tumbler with lid... $40.00. Not gonna happen!

I'm in a bass club and we all shop here because Gander Mountain closed down in my town. If you don't get the artificial baits at the beginning of our Bass tournaments (around March) you are screwed. You need to keep your stock up to date and on the shelves. Today you didn't have the hooks I was looking for. Tighten up your inventory and keep stocked. Not a happy fisherman today!!!

Your standard sports equipment store, decent selection at comparable prices. While they do offer bowling ball drilling with the purchase of a ball they have no idea how to do it properly. If you do buy yourself a ball here take it to a pro shop to be drilled.

It was close to Christmas, but there was no one on the floor to help or answer questions. Customers were helping each other. If a cashier had not asked me, while I was on the way out, if I had found what I needed, I would have left without the poncho my husband had asked for.

Called in about fishing licence, they said they do it. Drove in to get it done, asked someone in fishing or hunting they said "fishing license is in customer service but you will have to wait." Went over to customer service waited in line, once my turn the nice clerk radioded my request in. She was told the machine was down, yet they had a sign behind her "get fishing and hunting licences here". Thanks

The staff isnt friendly at all, was never greeted or helped. when I did ask for help, they were rude and off putting. This location is smaller but still, I am going to keep shopping elsewhere, probably in DE, where they are nicer and no tax.

Drive about 20 miles to look for boys baseball cleats. They have several aisles of softball cleats and literally 2 different pairs of boys baseball cleats to choose from with almost no sizes even available on the shelves. This is why online is winning.

Austin with the hunting/gun dept. was great. After coming for our gun safe late at night I'm sure he had a long day but he did it with a smile and didnt hesitate to help us load it into a small vehicle.
