Techs are VERY rude. I’ve had to wait days for my meds to be filled bc they’re so slow. I’ve had the wrong meds filled. Can’t even get a return call from pharmacy. They open both lanesthen tell you to pull around bc that lane is closed. They cuss and drop the F bomb constantly. Idk how they’re open. I have to use them bc of my husband’s Insurance. They told me my dr lies and doesn’t really send the meds to them. I could keep going. It’s sad but true, EVERY EMPLOYEE IN THE PHARMACY needs to be fired. I’ve sent a couple emails to corporate and didn’t receive a response. CVS needs to do better. I finally switched to cvs North and haven’t had a single problem.I’d give zero starts if I could.

The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the pharmacy is always slammed and if you are not standing there in person, you will wait days or longer for your prescription to be filled. If there is an issue with your prescription, it is vaguely noted in the app, they don't bother to call you. But they no longer answer the phone when you call, either--the calls are routed to voicemail--so forget having a simple question answered. You have to go to the store, stand at the drop-off counter, and wait for someone to acknowledge you, which can take a while. I'm sure this is a corporate issue (understaffing?) but it's a huge turnoff.

If anyone uses the Pharmacy at CVS next to Salisbury University, I would seriously consider switching to somewhere else. I went in to get a BP arm cuff this morning and the pharmacist and staff were making fun of a patient/customer. They were loud enough that I could hear them while I was walking up the isle. I'm pretty sure this is a HIPPA violation (I could be wrong but it's still an awful way for a pharmacy staff to behave).

I recently went in to speak to the pharmacy looking to become a new customer. Closer to my house than Walgreens. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes. Only customer there. No one including the pharmacist would speak to me. Finally i smiled and turned and left. True story

South Salisbury Blvd store is friendly and helpful! Even though I use a local pharmacy for my needs I get my son’s meds here and have been pleased with the service and coupon deals.

I have amazing results from their guidance from the staff, Theresa and Jeff and Jojo. I am surprised what outstanding change in my life. They are so informative to each individual person...as I taken many family and friends there.
