I will never go back to this place, terrible customer service experience!I've been having issues getting my son's medication for months now. Recently changed to the this pharmacy because it was listed as a participant with my insurance on the MD Health Connection site. I just want to preface the what follows with the fact that I struggle with a variety of mental health issues and am a somewhat functional shut-in and for me to leave my apartment is a big deal. So their robo-caller has been calling me daily over the holiday break, I finally manage to drive across town to pick it up and when I get there, I'm told they don't participate with my insurance! Well WHY IN THE HELL COULD THEY NOT TELL ME THAT BFOREHAND instead of having their robo-caller harassing me for the past few days?!?!?!? I don't expect someone to personally call everyone but certainly if there is a problem with their insurance! Who has that kinda money to pay for a prescription outright? I've been out of work for several months and don't have the $200 to pay out of pocket! So out of touch! They didn't offer me GoodRx or try to work with me at all. Then as I stormed off the girl at the counter snidely said "have a nice day"! Why in the hell do people with no compassion or empathy go into customer-facing jobs and why the hell do companies keep hiring them?!?!??!?

DO NOT drop off film or film cameras here. In June I dropped off one 32mm film cartridge and they said it would take 3-8 weeks while their site says 3-10 days? So I waited for a call for weeks. Eventually on the 8th week I decided to give them a call. They had the film, when I picked the film up I saw that it was ready three days after drop off. So I had waited an extra 7 weeks because they didn’t give me a call. I decided to give them an another chance, I dropped film off last week (2 cartridges). I went Friday to pick it up and they only had one cartridge done. I realized this after I left so I gave a call. They denied ever having my film because they didn’t “log it”, despite me having half the film in my hand. The manager on the phone was really rude. I will no longer Take Film here.

If you want lies, rudeness, and substandard professionalism, then this is the pharmacy for you. The pharmacist, Blaire, is rude, nasty, and downright useless. How she is a supervisor is mind boggling. The constant lies and misinformation communicated by the other pharmacists are clearly indicative of her inability to manage a pharmacy let alone be a pharmacist herself. Doing business here is signing your own death wish!

The pharmacy is super slow, the lines are always long. The staff has no sense of urgency when it come to customer service. It take almost a week to refill my prescription. This need to get better or I'm transferring to another pharmacy.

My recent experience with this particular pharmacy wasn't a pleasant encounter via the telephone on today 11/2/2021! My revised review went from 5-stars to 2-stars. This CVS PHARMACY needs hire more people to answer their phones!!🤷🏻‍♂️🤔

The staff at the pharmacy are all very kind. There have been minor hiccups with medication refills but they are always fixed quickly. Every pharmacy I have used had errors but these are rare at this location & staff is apologetic. The issues stem from my insurance company and not the employees here.

The usual pharmacist is out due to having a baby so I was told by the store manager. Store manager was unhelpful. I just had a total hysterectomy this past Friday and the hospital sent over my prescriptions Saturday morning when they released me I went to get the meds 2.5 hrs later and meds were not ready, I was told they would expedite my order, pick up in 30 minutes. Tried to get my meds Sunday morning and they were still not ready. I called home office, pharmacist told home office she may or may not have ready today. I drove over there, then was told med safe for this medicine did not open til 2. I said I would be back at 2. I showed up at 2, pharmacist was rude and uncaring about my pain but I finally got my meds. Unpassionate, uncaring, rude, I hope this person loses thier job if she was the regular pharmacist there I could tell you this, they would no longer be my pharmacy. Unbelievable . But I certainly hope this comes back to her in ten fold. I hope she has a major surgery and be in severe pain and have someone like herself rude uncaring and could care less if she gets her meds or not, so then she will realize what it's like to be in severe pain and have to wait 2 days before getting her meds. She needs to find another job because she doesn't belong with the one she has.

I came here to get my dogs medication because her leg was amputated and she needed Tylenol three. The prescription says give her 1/4 a tablet but there’s only three tablets, so am I supposed to cut all three tablets into 4 pieces? If that’s the case, why didn’t they pre-cut them? I can’t get a hold of anybody on the phone and my dogs in a lot of pain and she needs her medication and I don’t want to administer her the wrong dosage. I called numerous times, and I can’t get a call through only a message. This was my first and last time ever coming to the pharmacy. They need to shut this one down.

Never buy your over the counter medicine from CVS, no just go to your local food lion and find the same exact 24 allergy medicine for $1.50-$2.00 cheaper. Same goes for the other three pill mill centers. These delivers of death need to be stopped

My prescription was given to me with 10 missing. The pharmacist says "Counts are correct" so I am screwed out of almost a week's worth of medication. As if none of these winners working there would consider stealing a controlled substance. If no stars was an option they would have gotten that.

All of the staff in this pharmacy besides the women that helped me were unprofessional. The main pharmacist was talking about patients and using terms like “adderall boy” to describe patients struggling to get prescriptions. My medicine was tossed across the table when given to me. Grow up or get a job at your local Arby’s since that’s what you guys were talking about half the time I was in there.

They didn't answer the phone so I had to drive over and to my surprise nobody was in line and some lady setting by the phone. When I asked her why are they not picking up the phone she going to tell me that they are busy and don't have the time. But there was no one in the store.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Always dirty and unorganized. Never have prescriptions filled when promised. When you ask about your prescription they give you a lame excuse about how busy they are. Called 8pm for an albuterol inhaler, wasn’t ready by 5:30pm the next day. I’m no pharmacist but how hard is it to throw an inhaler in a bag with 20+ hours notice? Any way got tired of the clown show and switched pharmacies.

Never had a problem with them till recently. I was in the hospital and eight new cardiac meds were called in. Two days later none were filled. They took my list and filled five. It took four days and three trips to get the last three with some prescriptions being filled twice along the way.I don’t know what’s going on with them but I will be transferring my business to another pharmacy.

This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to. Always seems understaffed, messy, generally unhelpful clerks. I switched pharmacies a long time ago because they were always so rude and made mistakes. Today I went in for passport photos and nobody else was in line when I arrived. The cashier struggled to make the camera work, and after taking the pics, she started checking out one woman who had arrived in the meantime instead of downloading my pics into the machine. Suddenly, 6 more people showed up. It finally occured to her to ask for back up but nobody came. So she just went on checking out all these people and did not communicate with me. When I asked why I was losing my place in line and she wasn't first finishing what we started, she just said she had to do this and was alone. I took my business to Walgreens and won't be returning. One time too many for this terrible customer service.

I have used this location for about 3 years and will be finding another pharmacy. It's always a wait. I got their today and it took an hour for scrips that were previously called in by my doctor the day prior. Then she got an attitude with me after I got frustrated after being told 15-20 TWICE! Just say that upfront instead of wasting my time. Then they forgot to put one of my scrips in the bag after waiting, I just drove off furious. Drive-thru forget it, I don't always have time to wait inside for something that should have been ready in the first place then take 45 minutes to put pills in a bottle after you know the customer is waiting... Oh, an the last time before this one they forgot to give me my change back.. SMH wasn't much but it was the principal. By the time I realized it I had already drove off.

The pharmacist are very rude and act as if you are a bother. I wish my insurance allowed me to go back to wal mart pharmacy. Other than that the store in general is a bit expensive but the employees are awesome and very helpful and friendly. Always saying hello and have a great day at departure.

The pharmacist himself is very nice. But today4/03/2021 my wife went there to purchase needles for my testosterone medicine and they treated her like a drug addict in front of other customers. Even after she gave my information. Very embarrassing for my wife. Very low class customer service

This location and the pharmacist are so nice. I went to CVS in Lewes De , they didn’t have my medication and said they couldn’t order it. When I got home I called to see why and the woman wouldn’t tell me why they couldn’t order it, she just kept saying we can’t , do I asked for the pharmacist and she hung up on me. I called back two times and hung up on me. I called the corporate number and filed a complaint, I’m so mad

Only 1 star because you have to give something to say something. Can't rely on them for covid testing for travel. Got all notices to show up only to find all appointments cancelled. No warning. Had to change flights, lost money on car and Airbnb reservations etc etc. If you offer something so important that creates such a negative chain reaction if you pull it away you can't be trusted. Never again.

This place has the most incompetent staff of any pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.An error they made Friday cost me $1000. Go somewhere where the pharmacist can speak English and the staff knows how to follow through and provide customer service. They really don't even deserve the one star; if I could I would give them 0/5.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Orders placed over the phone, or scheduled for automatic refill online, will mysteriously vanish from their records and/or never be filled. Avoid this place like the plague

I feel bad for the staff here; they are running around like they're understaffed. They do however get things done with incredible haste, as the pharmacists and techs work tirelessly to serve the public. I will continue to frequent this location.

I cannot vouch for the store inside. However what I can tell you is that you should not park there if you plan to see a friend at Salisbury University, even if you provide patronage by going inside and buying something. They were kind enough to leave me a note telling me not to park there, and I would not have parked if their "No Parking" sign was not hidden behind a massive bush.

Terrible customer service and gave me an incorrect number of pills in my prescription. Check your prescription carefully. Pharmacist told me it happens sometimes. What?!
