It was 2009, when I met Esther (the best puppy lover in Maryland:) and adopted our Jasmine! Yep, she is now 14 years old and still very active! I can't thank Esther enough for my Fur Baby. I had then recently lost my mother and had promised myself to get a puppy in her honor. I searched for months before I came upon Special Pets 4U. Not only did I find my perfect puppy, but Jazz'E birthday is two days after my mother's. My husband wasn't too thrilled about having a dog. Now, she is the 1st thing he looks for when returning home. I'm not at all jealous because I don't lay on my back and let him rub my belly like Jazz'E does; LOL Thanks Again 😊 aka Butter:)

The breeders were easy to work with. Quality chihuahua. Healthy, and good natured. The information on the puppy was valuable. The starter kit with the food, snacks, toy, and sweater was very helpful. All paperwork on shots, microchip, and how to care for him

Hello everyone!I am so happy and proud to say that I recommend this breeder and the puppies they have to offer. I came across their ad on puppyfind.com for a cute chihuahua at a very reasonable price. I have been searching online for about a year to buy a puppy and even submitting applications at shelters with no success. I went to a puppy store as my last resort and that was the worst mistake ever! Well, at puppyfind.com I saw their information so I reached out. Their website is specialpets4u.com and they respond quickly. I emailed them and they were very informative about what to do in order to buy a pup and are very honest. They go based off first come first served and if you put the deposit within 4 days (I believe it is) or they move on to the next serious buyer. I waited until the puppy was 8 weeks. In the interim, they sent me weekly photos of my cute little puppy and I was so grateful. They gave me a puppy starter kit and the puppy was healthy. I have him for 2 weeks now and I am happy to have come across this breeder. I will be buying another in the future if available but I highly recommend this breeder. Please take your time to read their website and do your due diligence with researching and verifying. Overall, wonderful breeders! They love the puppies and I love my little chi!

We have chihuahua puppies and all are family raised.We work at making sure they are healthy and happy. We had 8 adults,but lost one of our old timer Patches who was 16-1/2 years old. Most of our adults sleep with us.We strive to make those who adopt our puppies are happy as well, but unfortunately we cannot please everyone. At times for the well being of our puppies we do have to refuse people of adopting a puppy like one woman who was turned down by rescues and shelters because she had very young kids. She came here and told us and then she let her son hold one of our puppies and he let the puppy fall.She then after we would not sell her a puppy out of anger plastered us all over the internet with lies saying our place was filthy and everything else. You are welcome to stop by any time and see for yourself how wonderful and clean our puppies are kept and they are d-wormed and are up to date on their shots.Tons of toys chew toys and good food and fresh water. There is no smell.When you refuse a sale to some they then want to trash you, but there are many who have come back for another and some came back 6 times to adopt a puppy and that speaks volume as no one would ever come back or even adopt one if our place was a filthy puppy-mill.We give everyone a written health guarantee. You get a very nice puppy kit with food included. In the winter if they are not to big to fit in one of our sweaters we give every puppy a sweater to keep warm and a blanket before they leave. If you ever hear someone talking bad about us please come and see for yourself because most likely that person was turned down on adopting a puppy. This woman the other day had left a bad review just because I would not let her get a puppy and I would not go down on the price telling everyone I was even mental when clearly if you would hear her talk or read her emails you could tell something about her mind was not right. Remember you cannot please everyone. I kept all the emails where she even cussed me . She later I noticed had removed one of the hateful reviews. I have never had anyone say hateful things like she did. Brittany was her name from Frederick MD and she said she was a school teacher.No matter how anyone tries to be kind to people you can never make everyone happy.I was told by a man once "you don't have to try to sell your puppies if people come to see them they will sell themselves" and they usually do. Even vets have stated how well they were cared for.I thank you for your time in reading this .I have a very unhappy woman who is going to post a review. She bought a chipoo and after 1-1/2 years she had a DNA and because I kept breeding back the chipoo to a chihuahua the puppy ended up being over 97% chihuahua and she sent her husband here to get a non-shedding dog while she waited in the car. Now wouldn't you think if you have allergies you would know a puppy looking chihuahua would shed. And wouldn't you think you wouldn't you think you would know before the dog was 1-1/2 years old? So she threatened to plaster me all over the internet. I bought the great-grandmother as a chipoo. I saw the poodle father and the chihuahua mother and made sure they were not from a puppy mill. So I bred each generation with a chihuahua and told the husband that puppy was more chihuahua and would shed.Please remember an unhappy person will only say part to make them look good. I have many good reviews online and you can contact anyone of them and know we are not dishonest. If the chipoos are not chihuahua and poodle it was from when we bought the puppies and I did not know. I do have a poodle now and do have chipoo puppies. Thank you!George

I found these kind people after losing my Chi. This is a family business, not a mill. Everything is very clean and the puppy I adopted is very healthy. She has the sweetest temperament and is a quiet pup. I highly recommend adopting here.
