This Pharmacy is the most caring, compassionate Pharmacy I’ve ever went to. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The pharmacist Mark was very helpful when I was sick and I can not thank him enough for all his help. Amazing pharmacy!!

Professional Pharmacy is like a pharmacies used to be before the big corporations. They remember your name, they are fast and very efficient. If you have a concern or question they will spend any amount of time to explain things to you. Mark is great and so are the other pharmacists. One day I locked my keys in my car and one of the male employees helped me. Glad to see some businesses still maintain old fashioned customer service

I rarely leave reviews but this place had AMAZING customer service. Went far beyond any expecatation I have for a pharmacy. After being sent on a wild goose chase, for days, by a corporate pharmacy we ended up here. I can plainly say they were amazing. Christine and Rose were so helpful, so patient, stayed after hours for MULTIPLE PEOPLE, corrected a mistake that the BIG pharmacy made and when all that was said and done charged me a 1/4 of what CVS charged me for a compounded medicine that isn't covered by insurance.(NOT the same pharmacy that made the mistakes) I know they won a new customer today especially when they live up to their name. Thanks again.

Visiting Professional Pharmacy is always a great experience. The Staff is especially competent! They are very nice and always helpful! As a manager of an assistant living facility, they go out of their way to accommodate last minute prescription requests with a pleasant attitude. Professional Pharmacy has blessed my life! For years my Mom has praised the personal service and advice of Mark and Christine as she cared for my 90 year old Dad. Now my Mom's health is also in decline and I've had to take over multitasking their daily care. I contacted Mark and he compassionately listened to my issues and then made suggestions to help me monitor my parent's medications and assure they stayed compliant.- He set my parents up with pill packs with slots for morning , noon, & night. WOW, now instead of 24 individual bottles, all medications are condensed into ONE prepackaged pill pack for each of my parents.- He also included over-the-counter (81 mg Aspirin) and supplements which makes it VERY easy for me to monitor that they are taking ALL Rx & supplements.- The lid of the pill pack lists and shows a picture of all medications within the pill pack. Whenever one of my parents has a Doctor appointment I tear off the list and take it to the Doctor to give them the most current list to review.- Prescriptions are promptly delivered to the door by a very friendly driver.I'm so grateful to Professional Pharmacy for the perfect solution to help me monitor that Mom & Pop stay compliant with their Medications.

If you are looking for your pet’s prescriptions to be compounded, I can’t say enough about Professional Pharmacy in Rosedale. When I called about a foster cat’s compounded prescriptions, which was at the end of their business hours, they didn’t hesitate to fill them and get them flavored. After finding out Harry is hyperglycemic and I needed supplies, the staff got me a free glucose meter, if I purchased the lancets and test strips so I can monitor his blood sugar values at home (vs at the vet office). The pharmacist even took the time to give me a tutorial on how to use everything too. Thanks so much, Professional Pharmacy, for making sure Harry gets the care he needs! This is a conscientious local business that has earned my business and trust.

Professional Pharmacy is AMAZING!!!!! The employees are very personable, patient and understanding. They go over and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of. Mark and Christine work cooperatively with the customers ensuring they have a true understanding of their prescriptions. They have a a great amount of knowledge on all medications. Mark and Christine take the time to get to know each customer and their life situations. Therefore, they have knowledge on how medications with effect other medications and/or impact your daily life. I’ve always been told, “if you have a question about your health, ask a doctor. IF you have a question about a medications, you reference a pharmacist.” Sometimes doctors won’t have the understanding how particular medication impact other medications and/or your life style. Christine and Mark are familiar with all their customer’s profile. They will collaborate with you in situations that can affect you. Professional Pharmacy always makes sure you are happy and safe. I feel my family and myself are well taken care of.

For several years, I have visited Professional Pharmacy since it is located in the same building as my doctors. However, these visits were for purchasing over-the counter medications or for seeking Pharmaceutical advice. To my delight, I recently learned that Professional Pharmacy provides home delivery to my area. This was wonderful news since I am a senior citizen who no longer drives. Consequently, I have transferred my prescriptions to Professional Pharmacy & I couldn't be happier with my decision! The entire staff, from the over-the-counter personnel to the Pharmacist to the delivery man, are very friendly, knowledgeable & reliable. In this day & age, it is so refreshing & reassuring to find such a wonderful company that provides quality & compassionate customer service. I highly recommend Professional Pharmacy to everyone.

If you need a pre-flight PCR for travel, stop reading this and just make an appointment online and go here! Nothing but great things to say about Professional Pharmacy! Quick, fast service that completely met our needs in preparation for travel. Very easy to schedule the appointment online and Dr. Lee-Wilson was awesome and made things such a breeze!For the longer story: My wife and I had to travel overseas and needed a negative PCR test 48 hours in advance. Our flight was on a Tuesday and the Sunday before happened to be Easter, so Monday was THE day we had to get the PCR. We were super worried we wouldn't get the results in time (some big chain pharmacies had vague timeframes which could be up to 4 days; then there were smaller boutique services that seemed super-shady when reviews indicated that people arrived there only to find a sign saying they were closed, plus really high prices for the service). With Professional Pharmacy they stuck by their guarantee to have results within 2-4 hours. My appointment was at 10:00 AM and around 2 PM I was e-mailed a .pdf file that had all the requirements for travel (my name, DOB, type of test given, test result, date of test, date of result, etc...). It was a huge relief getting all this squared away and if I ever have to travel again and need a PCR test, I'm definitely coming here! Thanks!!

Just went to Professional for a rapid covid test, and it was so simple. Their online registration, the detailed email, the test process itself and receiving the results was seamless. I received my results within 15 minutes. Staff was professional, friendly and detailed, they answered all the questions I had as well. I would definitely recommend Professional Pharmacy if you are in need of a rapid test.

I have recently transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy and I could not be more pleased! My medication was even cheaper than it was at my previous pharmacy and they delivered it right to my doorstep! I called to find out if rapid testing for covid was being done at that pharmacy. I only maybe got two words out of my mouth before she was spouting off answering a question that I wasn't going to ask. Matter of fact had nothing to do with my question. Then she jumped ahead throwing me on hold prior to me finishing my full and complete sentence. I know they get many different questions a day but still!!!!!!

Terrible customer service! Entered pharmacy and presented my prescription. Was told pharmacist needed to meet with me. He looked at me (as though making a visual assessment of my character and appearance) and said something to the cashier who then told me the medicine was on backorder. He did not give a restock date and the cashier handed my prescription back and just said sorry.
