The was very nice, the customer service. It was excellent. However, I’m very unhappy with a haircut that my dog had received from the groomer. The hair was uneven throughout his body, and hair around his ears are not trimmed. The hair on the left side of his face longer than the right. One strand of hair that is sitting between the leg is not trimmed. I am very shocked that this is the best pet co groomer can do ? Especially I paid 95 dollars to get a 4 lbs dog hair groomed . Very disappointing .

Made an appointment and planned by day around that only to show up and be told they don’t service dogs with epilepsy. No where on their website did they indicate restrictions for health conditions. Plus they wanted to charge like $12 extra for sanitary trim when I was already getting a shed release plus; this is something that would usually be included at most places.

We have been taking Prince to Petco-Rockville for grooming for the past two years and could not be more pleased. The groomers develop a good relationship with the dog and do a great job. Special kudos to Savion for great work!

They didn't do my dog any service because my dog didn't want to get out of her cage, I find it ridiculous that they would have done that. After 1 hour of leaving her in the grooming room to make her look pretty, they call me and tell me that they can't do any service for her today because my dog didn't want to leave her cage. The attitude of the TISHA the stylist, she was in a really bad mood to do the service of my dog and I found that she didn't like my dog.

Easy bookings, frequent reminders, they took me right on time and did a great job following all my special instructions- ie unscented shampoo and no final spritz. My only suggestion- a chair or two for customers while they are waiting for drop off/pickup.

I took my 10 lbs Yorkie in for a grooming appointment this morning. It is only the second time since adopting him in January that we attempted to get a haircut, the first time we were told he didn’t like them touching his face. I was hopeful this appointment would go well but knew there was a possibility it would not. Kendall called to let me know that Zen was very nervous and he made a decision not to cut his hair for Zen’s safety. He still had a bath and I am pleased that Kendall made a decision based on Zen’s safety. I plan to take him back for baths and feel confident they will earn Zen’s trust; who knows what he went through the first 5 years of his life before we adopted him.

At first I was very satisfied, the cut looked great on my dog. But soon after leaving I noticed that he was favoring his paw and kept licking it. I inspected it and found that he had a large sore there that wasn't there previously. I don't know how it happened, but some accident happened during grooming. I understand that that can happen, but I expect to at least be informed about it. And this particular lesion seems to be bigger than a slight nick from clippers.

Max gave my toy poodle the best haircut ever! He took great care to scissor cut certain areas to create a symmetrical shape and professional look. He's also very kind and loving. My dog is very afraid of people but took to Max right away.

I am unsatisfied with the service as I made an appointment over 2 week prior to my appointment and I received a call 3 hours before my appointment to cancel. I was told the booking on the web does not work because they don't check it until each day and did not have enough staff. This is totally unacceptable and was only told to make another appointment. If the web booking does not work they should either stop using it, fix it or educate the staff.

Lack of professionalism. I scheduled an appointment for my dog to be groomed but unfortunately as soon as I arrived, the representative gave a lot of excuses in order to not to assist my dog saying that my dog barked at him when in reality my dog was just scared. He didn’t even know how to approach my dog, the representative did not know how to calm my dog down. instead a lady came to help & my dog was calmed. This is not the first time my dog gets groomed & just because they were busy does not mean that they have to make excuses up saying “we won’t be able to groom your dog because she barked at one of the many groomers working there. 👎🏻

Completely disingenuous pricing on their website. They charged double what was on their website and then claimed we should have called to confirm the price. The pricing for the Rockville store online is misleading. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I asked for a little off the dogs coat and he came back to skin. I was so hurt and had to run and go buy a coat due to the cold temps. This happen even after I explained and showed her what I expected. Disappointed can not explain how I felt for my little cavapoo, Theo!
