We sought out assistance from Dogizone professional trainer, Jessica, in early December shortly after adopting a 3 year old dog rescue from the animal shelter. We intended for our new dog to be a companion for our 5 year old “only child” pup, but unfortunately on bringing our new dog home we realized that it wasn’t going to be an easy transition. Our dogs didn’t get along at all and were actually aggressive with each other. Our new rescue was incredibly dog reactive and had behavioral issues triggered by being within 30 feet of another dog that hadn’t been identified at the animal shelter and wasn’t passed along to us.We quickly bought pet gates to keep the dogs separate from each other and a crate for our new dog to sleep in at night so both dogs could be safely in our bedroom together, but we knew we needed professional help if we didn’t want to spend the next decade with our family divided on either side of pet gates.When we met with Jessica she proposed several options for pet training to include “boot camp,” group lessons and private lessons. We opted for private lessons due to our dogs’ reactivity to other dogs and it was absolutely the right choice for us. She showed us how to be consistent and patient and how to safely intervene by distracting our dogs if conflict broke out. She helped us to set realistic expectations for our pets by letting us know that our dogs were never going to be “dog park dogs,” but she knew she could help us achieve household peace.We did 6 private sessions over 10 weeks, and I’m extremely happy to report better success faster than we imagined. We achieved our initial goal of being able to have both of our pets in the same room peacefully. We also have confidence that with consistency we will be able to continue to improve our pet’s behavior using the tools we learned with our training (because, let’s face it, part of pet training is for the dog, but a lot of it is training the owners).Couldn’t recommend DogiZone or Jessica more!

We took a six week course with Jessica for your Goldendoodle who inherited more of his poodle side.He did a lot of lunging at people and wasn't really interested in listening to any advanced commands. With her help, we successful went on a trail walk and were able to walk past people on the trail without our Goldendoodle freaking out.He also listens to us when we call him to come when it's time to go home from playing which was the hardest one to teach him.Thanks again Jessica!

We have a high energy, 2 year old cattle dog named Cooper. Before our session even began, we were walking Cooper outside in the parking lot to help him focus and Milton approached us, introduced himself, and explained we would be meeting with him today and directed us where to go when we were ready. Milton is very professional, and not only reviewed our week and the training we had done to date but he answered our questions above and beyond what we asked. He gave us pointers, let us practice and asked questions to help us learn. He reviewed all the little details that will help us be better for Cooper! We appreciate him, and all the DogiZone has done for us already in our short time here. We look forward to our future training and growing as pet parents with Cooper!We recommend Milton, all the staff that we have worked with, including Candice, Sydney at our last training, and the Market staff! Everyone has been friendly, understanding, helpful, and just a pleasure to interact with. Thank you team for giving us the skills to calm our leash reactive, anxious pup a calmer, organized life!

I started sending my 4 month old puppy to DogiZone recently, and from what I hear, they all love her! I love knowing that my puppy is getting socialized instead of sitting in her crate all day. The staff are all amazing, friendly, and welcoming. They do a great job at pick up and drop off. They walk the dog to and from my car. The staff are also very responsive if I have a question via email. It's great. They do have live cameras for the play zones, which is nice. They let you know when your pup is in the play zone if you request it.I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because while my pup was in a pack play (Tea Cup Puppy Group) I was watching my puppy play with her friend and another dog, and the person who was watching the puppies was not too attentive, and physically pushed my dog when she tried to check out what the staff member was doing. I was not pleased to see that since the other puppies in the room got some attention. My puppy is a very active and hyper breed. I understand needing space, but seeing the staff member push my dog and cuddle and pet the calmer puppy made me not too pleased. Other than that, still pleased with the other services! Would recommend to friends!

Very pleased with my first visit. I booked online and found that easy and efficient. When I arrived with my dog for my appointment, I was greeted by friendly staff at the front counter. The paperwork process was efficient and professional. I was then walked over to the grooming section and introduced to the groomer, who then asked me specific questions about what I wanted for grooming. She was so nice. When they were done, they texted me and I came to pick up my very clean and nicely trimmed dog. She was not stressed at all. I am very pleased by the whole process and will happily bring my "little girl" back.

DogiZone has been great! My dog Walter attended the two week training camp and I am now attending classes with him weekly. Walter is a 2 year old Australian Shepherd with a lot of energy, very vocal and can be leash reactive with other dogs. He basically wants to control every situation! He has done so well learning his commands and Dogizone has helped me to be able to control him when he gets overly excited by distractions. Shannon, Alex, Nathan and Sydney have been so helpful! I told Shannon that she is my therapist and when I am out walking Walter, I say to myself, "What would Shannon do?". The whole staff has been so helpful, friendly and so loving to Walter. They really care and want you and your dog to be the best you can be!

DogiZone, along with Trainer Milton, provided fantastic training for my German Shepherd. Milton's patience and expertise made learning enjoyable for both my dog and me. Look that they have done to my Labradoodle. Groomer absolutely unprofessional. First of all they are always booked, there are only two groomers in facility. You have to wait for appointment more than a month. The groomer is not listening. Yes, my dog had mats, but I asked precisely do not make his tale bold. The groomer made his face uneven, basically shaved his entirely body, but I asked to shave only his belly and sanitary aria, very slopy and unprofessional job. For $132 it is unexceptionable. We used this place a few years, but they change groomer and increased price from $95 to $132, no more.

My pitbull signed up for the two week boarding and training classes. His trainer was Sydney! Wow! I was very impressed! Sydney did an Excellent job with my Kodi, she is now his official God Mom. He loves her and instantly listens to her directions. We are now in the group classes for an additional 16 sessions and my baby is on course to graduate on time 😀💯💜

Grooming services:Update! The company reached out and Lupe worked her magic and my pup looks great again!! Will define returned as they valued my business and pup. Last picture is how he was all cleaned up. I wanted to show how the company made a difficult situation right again. I had go return and give them 5 stars from the previous 1 star.I have been brnging my 9 lb morkie for regular grooming every six weeks since October of 2022. Our regular groomer retired last year and I thought to give this place a shot since it is so close to work. The first grooming was amazing! I was so glad to have found this place. Groomings after that were pretty good. However, the grooming he received 12 weeks ago was definitely a off. I thought, "we all have off days. It's ok." I took him back on Tuesday August 1. My friend helped me pick him up because I had an appointment with my child at the time of pickup. My friend warned me that he looked uneven and his furr was all choppy. The tail hair was mangled and he had hair clippings all over his body. I was really disappointed when I saw him and called plus emailed Dogizone. Besides the regular fee I always leave a generous tip because we appreciate the groomers. I wanted to know how could we address the situation. When I called to discuss the concerns, I was left on hold for several minuets and was told that management would return my call. It is August 5 and no call or email has been received. Although, I was emailed to schedule the next grooming appointment. The first three pictures show the grooming on August 1 compared to the fourth picture that shows the amazing job I was used to. Super disappointed and off to find a new groomer.

This was my first time bringing my Cavapoo, Greyson, to DogiZone and I am very impressed. The staff was friendly and informative and Yvette is officially Greyson’s groomer from now on. She asked questions about what I wanted and made note of it and best of all she delivered. My baby is clean and fluffy just like I like.

Avoid this place like the plague. Our dogs stayed here twice. The first time, they got kennel cough even after being vaccinated well before their visit. Fine - it happens.The second time they returned our dog with an injured tail. We didn't notice it at first because it was under the tail, but when she got home it was clear that her tail was bitten down to the skin and had no hair in a few places.When we had emailed them for an update, no one mentioned this. When they returned our dog back to us, no one mentioned this. When we asked why she was wearing a cone they said it was from "grooming" (we booked a bath for them).Their contract clearly states that injuries and illnesses will be paid for through their "Pet Insurance" scheme if you notice anything within 5 days of pick up. On day two we emailed them with pictures and they told us they would "evaluate it".I'm sorry - evaluate it when we clearly notified them before 5 days and it was clear it was from their facility?So now I paid a LOT of money for their staff to neglect her and to "evaluate us" for coverage for an insurance we paid for and followed their instructions on.Yea avoid this place - they will apparently lie to you and then deny you the services you paid for towards your peace of mind.

I always have such a positive experience at this location! Kiara has always been incredibly professional with scheduling and accommodating my pets. Kayla recently washed both of my large (and not so easy to clean) dogs. They both smell so fresh and are super fluffy! I previously got my male groomed by another staff member (brunette female but can’t recall her name) and she did a fantastic job. It’s nice to be able to trust the staff here with our fur children. I feel comfortable with them and knowing my “kids” are safe.

I had a training evaluation with Jessica. While I haven't decided if we're going forward with DZ for training, Jessica was very, very impressive and helpful. She was really thoughtful and obviously has a lot of experience working with all types of dogs, explaining everything really well. I'm only pausing on the cost of the training but even as a cynical person, I'm inclined to trust Jessica implicitly because I was so impressed with her.

Have been in the medical pet industry for some time now and after some years, majority of my clients have always have good experiences training their dogs with DogiZone. I’ve heard high compliments about their trainer Milton that I started to also recommend him, and whenever our patients/clients come back I always receive raving feedback. It’s awesome to know they have someone that is so passionate about their profession and see the results he’s helped created even outside of the facility. We have been training our dog with Dogizone for a few years. The training team consisting of Jessica, George, Milton, Shannon, Candace, Alex, and Sydney do an excellent job of sharing their expertise with their hands on approach to dog training. They are energetic, knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about their career choice and we are the lucky beneficiaries. Each of them make you feel like you and your pooch are the most important beings in the room and I believe they personally feel responsible for your training success. I would and have recommended DogiZone to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

Brought in my goldendoodle to be groomed and it took them just over four hours to almost completely shave him. After they specifically said his face would only need a trim they completely shaved his whole body but for some reason left the end of the tail fluffy. To top it all off when I came to pick him up I was initially given the wrong dog.

This is our second dog that we have brought to George and we were not disappointed. George is able to convey a lot of information about a dog after just a few minutes. He tweaks our dog’s behavior, as well as our behavior with our dog. We are about to start some classes and I am sure it will help us get to a better level with our dog. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!

I was told by my veterinarian that my dog would need anesthesia for every nail trim, however the groomer at DOGIZONE was able to trim and polish her nails with no problems! They did a fenomenal job grooming my dog and had a friendly staff take good care of us!

DogiZone saved my dog’s life. Our two dogs have been going to DogiZone since they were puppies, including training, boarding, daycare, and grooming. It’s a second home and they love the staff. While we were away on vacation, Allison called to report that Huey was not acting his usual self and she was concerned. DogiZone arranged transportation to our local vet, who found a severe obstruction from something Huey had ingested at home and performed emergency surgery. DogiZone went a step further to again facilitate transport for Huey to recover at the animal hospital until we could get back to him. Such amazing service and care!

We did a free trial day with our year-old puppy, Lucy. She had a great time! We got a report card at the end of the session, which was fun to read. We were expecting a phone call about Lucy’s progress at some point during the day, but never received one, which wasn’t a big deal for us. Will definitely be going back when we’re in town again!

I usually don't post reviews but Dogizone definitely deserves one because of how awesome they are! If I could give 10 stars I would! Their daycare takes such great care of Kira during the day and she aways tired when I pick her up so I know they had a long play session with her. They also posted the most cutest video of her on their instagram which I will forever love. :) Their private training program is amazing! Alex was super helpful and informative especially the leash manners. Kira used to be a strong puller and it was super hard to walk her. Now I can walk her down my neighborhood nicely and she's continuing to be such a smart and great girl. I give full props to Alex to being so helpful with our training progress!
