I have been going to this groomer for years now and the only downside to me is the cramped parking. This is a wonderful family owned small business owner of Montgomery County and she loves animals. I have tried other places in the past but she is who I rather take my cat to get groomed and know she is in good hands.This establishment is an asset to the county and the pet community.

Still great and worth going to.Review from eight years ago: I took my cat her to get her nails trimmed and front nails capped. Very fair price and keep in mind that they do not provide the caps but I had a wonderful experience here and they were very caring with my pets. I plan to use them next week for a full grooming service. I would defiantly recommend them.

Based on two phone calls, we were temporarily under the impression our cat may have been lost or accidentally gone home with someone else. The owner who checked him in did not recognize his name or description and thought he may have been a dog when we were trying to determine where he was. The facility is dirty and smells of smoke. $110 later and I have trouble believing our cat was actually even bathed.

I was able to make a same day appointment for my cat who had an ingrown claw. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and seemed happy to be where they were. My cat was taken care of in less than 20 minutes, and we were told she purred the whole time.The shop has a ton of personality and very good humor. Every person and animal we saw in around the building seemed happy and friendly.

I gave my dog for grooming. When I arrived for pickup they told me to wait more than 45 min until they finished. While I was waiting my dog I heard dogs are crying. Who knows how they abuse the dogs inside. The place is not clean and they charge me extra $35 for grooming with out any valid reason. The worst experience I ever had.

I have a Newfoundland dog, and when I met someone with a Newfoundland who had a great summer haircut, I asked for her dog's groomer. She told me she had taken her dog to several, and that Ann did the best job. Given how large my dog is (150 lbs) and how scruffy and dirty (never had his fur cut before), I thought Ann's price was fair. My dog emerged cleaner than I have ever seen him, and with a really cute cut. We are thrilled.

Yelled at me because her associate took my cat back before she got there. She was a half an hour late. And then told me I have horrible animals. My cats paws were bleeding when I got home. Never had such horrible service in my life. Not worth it

I took my 2 year old dog to Ann's on several occasions. I thought the prices were decent and my dog ended up with a good cut. It was not until this last time that I was able to witness behavior that was irresponsible and unprofessional. The owner does not have a bell on the door, so upon entering to pickup my pup, I hear Ann yelling and cursing on the phone to someone. I mean F-bombs and all. Meanwhile, I am standing at the unattended desk. She proceeds to yell and curse at her assistant saying "I am going to cut this f-ing dog if you dont hold him still". Really lady? I prayed that it wasn't my dog on the table, but within seconds my dog came racing up the stairs towards me and I knew it was her that Ann had been yelling at (Note, a HER not a HIM). I can only imagine what other kinds of abuse could be taking place there, and trust me I will never take my dog there again.

They did a good job but asked for my dogs nails to be dremeled instead of clipped and not only did they lie about having done that they cut my dogs nail so short his entire quick (sp) was exposed on one toe...and no this nail was not black so you can see where the quick is...complete negligence. Never going back there.

1st time here because my usual groomer moved to this location. However after 5 years with her, my dog was traumatized, and got the worst cut ever. A week later and she still trembles and sticks to me like glue.
