I have expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager of the pharmacy, Stephanie, so many times. Since I have diagnosed with cancer, I need numerous prescriptions filled each month. They are never filled properly. I am supposed to get 9 scripts. They had 4 ready. My doctor called in a new script 4 days ago. They don't have it in stock and have not tried to get it from other stores. I just wonder where these people got their degree and who trained them on help to interact with customers, how to communicate. The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my 60 years on this earth.

I have experienced very rude and unprofessional attitude towards me at this location from a older woman who was cashier today, as well time ago very rude attitude numerous times from woman in the pharmacy. I need to say that there is a young man at the pharmacy who is always very nice, helpful and professional.

While Walgreens is a great chain, the store in Rockhall has horrible service , with more issues around filling prescriptionsIt’s a rare occasion when refills go smoothlyTo make matters worse the Pharmacy assistant Beth is rude , and pretty much hangs up on you when she can’t solve an issue. I’ve called corporate to report this non customer centric store

I get the same prescriptions refilled every month, but every month there is a delay. These delays occur even when I visit the pharmacy 3-4 days before to schedule my refills. Two of my prescriptions are C2 controlled medications. Because of these delays I have experienced withdrawal symptoms from one of these medication 3 times.

Had my booster shot for COVID- 19 today and everything went smoothly. I would suggest more chairs for people waiting the 15 minutes afterwards before leaving the store. Thanks and be safe!

Love this store! All employees are friendly & helpful! Today had Elizabeth and she is super friendly, helpful, and always goes above & beyond. I suspect there is good management as that usually makes for good employees and operation.

Rock Hall Walgreens staff is always ready and willing to assist you and they always greet you with a smile. So glad we have this store in town.
