I love this store! I just visited for the first time. I was pleasantly greeted by a warm atmosphere and wonderful customer service. I was greeted with happy, beautiful smiles, and Sam was more than happy to help me with finding the dog food I needed, and helping me find the perfect food for my special needs dog. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning and hopefully get to see more of the wonderful people this store has to offer.

very nice pet store! i came for the free dog wash for the month of october yesterday. they supply nice towels, any kind of soap you need, rags, and the tub is very nice!! its high up so you can reach your dog, there is even restraints if you need them! such a good clean experience! they also have soo many options in the store, TONS of supplies and food. we bought 4 chew bones that my dog loved! each were only $1!!!!!!

I pick up my products for my guinea pig and bird there. Not the cheapest but it's clean, has great employees, and the small conversations and advice aren't something I get at other pet stores and it makes me always come back.

Very nice staff, if you buy parrot food and your parrot doesn't like it they advised me to bring the food bag for a refund and it will be donated to assist rescued animals/birds! That is so wonderful !

One of the girls working there was very helpful got me the right stuff to heal my rescue pups paw and make him stop licking it the vet did nothing very pleased prices are higher but great quality clean store good help

Great help and prices were great. Love this store. I am always shopping here now because getting help at Petco is sometimes hard to come by in Northeast! My go to store From here on out.

I am all up for supporting local businesses, yet they need to be fair with the customers in pricing. Plus, they do not do any consistent events to embrace the county. Staff is bored out of their minds, it is so obvious.

Never opens on time. Sat there , with other people, for over a half an hour on a Sunday waiting for them to open . Had to go somewhere else to get my pets food. The are high in there prices and dont carry a variety of brands. I even asked if they could see if they could possibly order or get in my pets food and the man said "we dont do that"
