We have been proud clients here since we started going in 2018/2019. I recommend them to all of my friends, family, and even my own clients who are pet owners. We used to live 5 minutes away, but I now happily drive 35 minutes, and it's still affordable after years of going 💗 Kendra, who works the front desk is so kind, patient, and happy to see us every time. If I have to cancel because of a sick kid, the staff understands 100%. Dr. Keys + Dr. Meadows are the best team, and so stinking sweet. We have four indoor cats, one 15 year old Bichon-Yorkie doggie, and a 1 year old Golden Retriever. All animals have received top tier care and frequent follow ups if they have fallen ill. They even sent me a condolences card when they heard our cat was tragically killed by a car. I'm constantly dropping hints for them to open a 2nd location in Elkton! I can't wait to add goats for them to see 😂 Thank you All Creatures for always being so kind to us and good to our animals. Feeling very grateful for you all today.

The costs at this vet are up to 50% higher than most vets in the tri-state area. It cost $68 for one Lyme vaccination when other vets charge $28-32! This isn’t a big facility with expensive equipment and has a terrible smell every time I’ve been there that is much worse than any animal facility I’ve ever been to. I will be driving 40 minutes instead of 7 minutes to a new vet because they are not worth the prices they are charging. The receptionists and vet techs were always very nice and accommodating but the price gouging makes it not worth going there.

There’s never been a reason that I wouldn’t recommend this practice. My two year old lab Wren is full of anxiety, but they are so good with her and have lots of patience. Dr Keyes has seen wren the last couple times and she gets us in & out and I always leave relieved and satisfied. I’ve recommended them to anyone who is looking for a vet.

Had to let our cat go today. These people were amazing!! From talking to him the whole time, cleaning up the mess he made in the carrier, to letting us have as much time as we needed to get through this hard time. I can’t say enough about their compassion. Thank you so much!!!

I can't say good things about All Creatures Veterinary Service. Both Dr. Keys and Dr. Meadows are the most professional, compassionate, talented veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have utilized their services for both my horse and my dog; for routine procedures to advanced surgeries. Animal care and welfare is their number one priority pre-procedure, during the procedure, and with the addition of extremely thorough follow up inquiries. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I LOVE this place! They genuinely care about your fur baby and are informative. They explain procedures in detail and keep you informed throughout every step of the process. They need to update their website, they DO NOT offer at home euthanasia services anymore. Had a cat that was badly in pain and moving hurt her, they wouldn't come and made us bring her in regardless. False advertising.

My Dixie Doodle had a sudden problem with her eye. I called All Creatures and they were able to see her in less than 2.5 hours. I’m FOREVER grateful! The doctor was thorough and all staff were kind and have great personalities. This will be my Forever veterinarian. THANK YOU All Creatures!💕❤️💕

Before we started going here, going to the vet used to make me so anxious because I felt like I never knew what to expect. Since we started coming here, we literally have never had to wait in the waiting area, everyone is so kind and patient with my dog, they listen and ask questions and I just really appreciate how much they care for animals. Also, they give you an estimate for the different treatment options before they get started, so nothing is ever a surprise. They are the best!

We took our Dachshund here because he had a real bad cough. It started after my son gave him a bath. This place changed 90.00 dollars and told us nothing was wrong. Two days passed and we took him to Basin Run. They gave him a chest ex ray and he had pneumonia. Vet at Basin Run said he got water in his lungs from his bath. Prescribed cough meds and antibiotics. Poor guy was really sick and would have died if we waited any longer for treatment. He is responding very well and is on his way back to a healthy happy dog. This place should give me a refund. My dog almost died due to this place. Avoid at all cost!

My spouse took our dog because she cut her paw. We saw Dr Meadows who recommended an amputation of the dogs toe. We took her the next day to an Animal hospital for a surgical counsol and they told us that amputation was not necessary. Sent home with an atibiotic and inflamatory medicine. So we wasted 100 dollars at this place. Heard good things about the other doctors and this was our first and last time here. The Dr refused to give her medicine and im still trying to figure out what we actuay paid for. Be cautious folks and get a second opinion .

All I can say is woof woof and meow. That is the total excitement that I would have if I were a cat or dog. The service the staff the building the cleanliness is top-notch. We have been taking our two dogs to Dr keys for years and to branch out to a building as the one that she has and the wonderful staff goes to show that they are doing everything right. But don't take my words let your cat and your dog tell you them in their own way. Bear and Kingston were they able to talk will tell you for themselves.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I have bringing my dog Nugget to All creatures for about a year now. The first time was due to a flare up of a disease.They were able to get Nugget into the office within a reasonable amount of time and actually listened to what I told them! They took great care of him, and my bill was not outrageous at all!Today we came back to get his yearly exam, flea/tick, and heartwood medicine. While I did have to wait outside, the assistants were very gentle when they picked up Nugget, and the Dr. called me after his exam. She really took her time to explain any concerns and update me will all the info. It can sometimes be overwhelming to hear it all and understand, but she was very kind and patient. She re-explained anything I asked, and gave wonderful suggestions.I never feel like I’m being ripped off or lied to about the services done at ACVS!I was highly recommend to this practice from someone who has came here for years, and I will recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!

I am very thankful for the emergency home care visit I received today from the doctor. My two goats received some bite wounds from one of my dogs that got in their pen. The doctor was very compassionate, loving and thorough in treating my boys. Highly recommend this vet practice for emergency or wellness care.

Dr Keyes is always amazing with our animals! She is patient with them and explains everything she is doing to us. We’ve had a few emergency situations and she is extremely prompt in getting here immediately when the situation has called for it. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a veterinarian. This veterinary clinic has a very friendly staff which is of the utmost importance. When our old vet closed down, we switched to All Creatures which was a comfortable transition for my sweet puggle. They handled my very nervous dog with lots of care and love which is very comforting.

We have taken our cat and dog here for almost 2 years. My family also started to bring their pets after my recommendation. However, 2 of my mom's dogs had to have teeth removed and that requires them to be put under. The morning of surgery, she had to sign a paper that basically said, unless we paid an additional $150 - they would not try to revive her dog in the unlikely event that the dog stopped breathing while sedated. It seemed inhumane to think they'd let her dogs die if she didn't agree to pay them. The surgery alone was over $700. My mom did express her anger by scolding the office staff in front of the vet, but she said nothing in defense of her own policy. The staff had to apologize for her. I understand needing to cover expenses on their end, but perhaps they should try to reword the policy or raise the price of the surgery to cover the costs of reviving the animals. It wouldn't need any explanation then. However, as it is now, the policy makes the vet seem unethical and cruel. My mom has decided not to take her pets back to them, but I'm still undecided. I liked the office until I learned of this policy. Hope they will reconsider it otherwise I will probably change to another vet as well.

Dr. Keys has been my vet for 2 years and Dr. Kinter for 1 year, both have shown so much compassion for me and my animals. Our fur babies are everyone's world. Both Dr's along with staff have shown they love our fur babies too. Would never think of a better place to take my fur babies

Will only make emergency large animal visits to "established" customers. Makes me wonder how I can become an "established" customer if you won't see my animals? Just to elaborate more, we have a heard of goats and they had some pretty severe diarrhea and we called to see if All Creatures would come out and look at them. They said no, and that they only way they would look at the animals is if we herded them up and brought them all in. That was not an option. Because we could not get another vet to come out in time, we lost two of our goats.**Update 12/11/18** Almost three months later, we have another outbreak and our now vet asked us if we could get a local vet to do a simple fecal analysis so that our vet would have a better idea of what is going on and bring the appropriate meds. We again called All Creatures this morning and was told that they would not (not could not, but would not) unless we bring the animals in. It isn't as if we are not willing to pay for this service or were asking for a favor. We were simply asking to run a fecal sample so that we could minimize the discomfort in the animals and hopefully prevent more from dying.For a business that is supposed to be in the business of helping animals, sure doesn't seem that way. We won't be wasting our time making any more phone calls and we will definitely be sharing our experience with friends and neighbors!!!!

Very upsetting that we took our cat here. They told us she only had bad teeth and gave us antibiotic, steroids and pain medicine. She got worse after the we started the medicine so we took her somewhere else and found out she had cancer in her mouth and it rotted the left side. Very upsetting that my cat had to go through this pain because they didn’t do a thorough exam. Never will be back!
