Nice Dollar General store in Ridgely MD. Great customer service. Dealt with two employees for help and both were very helpful and friendly. Store has a good variety of products, ranging from food, housewares, automotive, electronics, gifts cards etc. Keep on mind that if you want to purchase VISA or equivalent gift cards you must purchase in cash. This location also has a Red Box outside.

The true living 13 gallon trash bags DO NOT FIT. Do not waste your money. They may be okay for other applications but don't waste your money. Junk.

The number listed as the phone number, rings and rings then immediately hangs up. I can see online they are not busy right now. I was trying to make a delivery call. Does the store have a regular number instead of a cellphone number?

Cashier I had (who I believe was a manager, on the shorter side, blonde, younger etc) was very rude to me and another elderly customer who was before me. I've avoided for a while before due to her bad attitude but my last trip she was terrible. Snatching items and shoving bags at me. I would rather drive a little further and pay a little more then spend money at this location anymore. From my numerous trips prior to this the other employee's are very kind and helpful but not this particular employee. Pretty disappointing.

We visit this store daily. The women and 2 gentlemen that work there are ALWAYS so kind and helpful. They have amazing products. Even the non-name brand products are of very good quality. I'm glad we have this store (and the women that work there!) in our little town. Thanks 💓

I love the store, great selection too, but yesterday afternoon with a full cart I noticed employees stalking me in every isle. Yet while I waited in a 20 person long line there is only one fast sweet red haired cashiers doing the work of 5 people. While the other employees scurried about pretending to work. The clearance section is a huge full mess overflowing with unmarked stacks of horded slop. Not a 1 liter of diet coke in the whole store. That's what I went in for. They really need a staff change! Trash cans over flowing. Clean up your act DG!

looking for a cube of Pepsi they do not have any look around look around couldn't find anything speaking with the assistant manager Kim she said what you was doing took her time and found me three 12-packs of Pepsi so wonderful person great customer service

Is normally pretty dirty and the staff aren't the nicest at times. Especially later at night. The shelves are also quite a mess at times but has a good selection of goods.

The people that work there have always been helpful and so nice to me. The only thing that bothers me is the new line that have for check out. Makes the front look to crowded and not as friendly.

Worked there for a week. Environment was toxic and my disability made the staff and management angry. Apparently I'm not allowed to get my pay, for over 20 hours, because I had to quit for my own health.

I mean for the town of Ridgely it's a 5...but in the grand scheme of life it's a 3. Great place to pick up necessities and a quick snack. But don't expect the Ritz treatment or the red carpet.
