I have been calling since Friday. Please get some help with the phone lines. They say thank you for calling Walgreens. Please hold. They never come back... This has happened 7 times already this morning. I am unable to view my prescriptions online for some reason.

Changing my mom's prescriptions from Rite Aid. Set up on the website, within 2 hours got a call from the Walgreens Pharmacist. Walgreens was able to refill 2 of her prescriptions as they are waiting for the doctor to send over the scrips for the expired med's. I had the info for the new insurance and called back to give the information and spoke to Christina. WOW she was awesome, so polite and knows what to do. Thank you Christina for taking care of me this morning and getting my mom's account straight!

I live an hour and a half from Cambridge, but since I was going through there on my way home and needed a refill on a prescription , I decided to have it refilled at the Walgreens in Cambridge. The clerk checked and told me that they had enough pills to fill my 90 day supply. After a 50 minute wait, I got the prescription and purchased a number of other items at the same time. When I got home and opened the bag that my prescription was in I discovered that there was only 5 pills in the bottle. I called the pharmacy and was told that they only had that number in stock and the remainder would be in tomorrow. I told them that when I requested the refill their clerk checked and told me that they had the 90 day supply.I asked to have the prescription transferred to my local Walgreens. Because it was partially filled at the Cambridge Walgreens, it could not be transferred to another Walgreens. I checked with my local Walgreens, and they had plenty in stock, but they couldn't help me out because of the policy. I have to drive back an hour and a half another day to get the rest of my pills. This is a poorly managed pharmacy. They had lots of help, but there were long lines inside and out causing long wait times.NOT HAPPY!

If I could do zero stars I would!! This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used in my life. They don’t reach out to you and let you know when your prescription is ready. I’ve stopped in three times in one week for a prescription that was put in days prior, and I was told that it was still being filled. I call back later since I haven’t heard anything and they tell me it’s already been filled and they can’t fill it again I would have to contact my doctor. I asked if they had my number on file, and they said yes, but gave no excuse on why they didn’t give me a call or send me a text message when I opt into texting for my prescriptions. The wait times are ridiculous and the customer service is terrible. Just completely shut the pharmacy down! The workers in the pharmacy show no care in the world. I will never return back to this pharmacy ever again. I would walk in and it’s like I would be invisible, No greeting or anything at all. I’ve literally watched an employee look at me in my face and start talking about taking out the trash instead of at least saying I would be right with you. The employee walked past multiple times, and was talking to someone else in the back without even letting them that there was someone upfront waiting. The last straw is when I called over the phone to check for my prescription and I was put on hold three different times, someone then picks up and asked me if I’ve already been helped. There’s no communication at this location.

Called to see if I’d been set up by Riteaid, who closed. Held for 23 minutes then hung up on. Called again and hung up on after I minute. Called again, picked up and set the phone on the counter. I could hear them picking up calls… hung up on AGAIN. I never got to speak to anyone. Poorest customer service on the Eastern Shore.

Was in the store last night and immediately greeted by a young man... I mean "person" who was wonderfully friendly!! He helped me find a few things I was looking for and I just want to say he is truly a positive addition to Walgreens!! Oh, and his name is Byron!!

1 star is being extra generous. Everyone in pharmacy is rude. You wait in line for at least 20 minutes to be able to get your prescription or you wait outside for half an hour in line to get your prescription if you're calling on behalf of the spouse they won't give you any information so you can wait in line for half an hour and then find out that there's nothing even ready. Their hours are not conducive to people that work and they're closed on the weekends. This is an absolutely horrib.le place to get prescriptions filled

I live in another state but visit Cambridge frequently. Repeatedly bad experience with this Walgreen’s. Today I’ve waited 90 minutes for two simple prescriptions that they told me would take 30 minutes to fill. I’m still being told it will take another 20 minutes. Why can’t they just tell the truth up front? If they had said two hours, I could have run several errands and wouldn’t have batted an eye. Disorganized, apathetic, absorbed in their own gossip. Makes me wonder if they can actually get the prescription right. No interest in my situation, and store manager is AWOL. This is typical of my experience here.

Curbside is very convenient and efficient. I enjoy browsing the Walgreens app for deals and picking them up at this location. They tend to have more items in stock then most other locations.

The customer service staff upfront here are THE BEST!! The young ladies in the pharmacy minus a few THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFFFEEE! If corporate were to come in under cover and see the way their pharmacy staff speaks to the elderly, they would all be fired. The level of disorganization is unreal. I made an appointment to get a booster vaccine online, filled out the paperwork, came to get my vaccine and was given the run around for 2 hours, just to not receive my shot because they did not accept my medicaid???😳😳 I watched as they had attitudes with patients, and literally showed in many ways that they hated their jobs! So why work there? The service industry has truly gone down and it's a shame that in such a small town, our elderly can't even get decent service from a place of such high standards.

This place has taken a huge dump in recent years. You can just close this useless pharmacy. Useless hours, long lines only to find out your prescription hasn't been filled after days. Their pharmacy hours completely give the middle finger to the working class. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays and by 6 the rest of the week. This place is useless.

You may die waiting on your medication from this pharmacy!! The will send you an amazing amount of text and emails just for your medication to not be ready!! They will tell you to come back in an hour and still not have your medication in a week!! Absolutely true story….

The line for the pharmacy is always long and slow moving. I get texts and emails telling me that my prescriptions are ready and when I finally get to the window they say "its not ready yet, it will be about 15 minutes". This has happened at least 10 times to my wife and myself. If you think this is a long review that is because I'm waiting in the drive thru as I write this. It has been twenty minutes so far. The line hasn't moved in 10 minutes, except for when someone opted to get out of line. I came by earlier on my lunch break but there was a sign in the window saying the they couldn't dispense any medications because there was no pharmacist on duty.Byw, it's no better going inside. As a matter of fact, it's actually worse. At least in the drive-thru I can sit down and, idk, maybe write a negative review or something. Happy new year! And happy new pharmacy!!

Tried to call them to ask what the hold up in my prescription was. I had put in the request Sunday, then got a notification I had to call, called and they are out till Tuesday, I got it pushed to in process and it had sat there for 2 day and no action. On hold for well one hour and a half. For the last 45 minutes of the call it kept saying I had one caller ahead of me. Zero stars. Move your prescriptions to somewhere else. Cambridge’s Walgreens is horrible!

Worst Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Refused to check, over the phone, how much I would have to pay for a Flu Shot. Basically said they were couldn't check over the phone. When I said "can't or won't " I was put on hold, then picked up by someone who refused to tell me the name of the pharmacist that I had spoken to, put back on hold. Then told again they wouldn't look up my insurance and cost for a flu shot. Need to get some more help in the pharmacy or just a new Pharmacist.

I just want to make you aware of a wonderful experience I received from this store/pharmacy in Cambridge MD, first off I had a horrible day at work, very stressful connecting with people that did not do there job. Towards the end of my day I contacted this Cambridge store and spoke with Monica as I had a few questions regarding my prescription, after she asked a few questions she asked if I can give her about 30 min and call her back, I then was thinking the worst at that point thinking my typical day nobody is going to have answers and do there work. Well I am delightful to say that when I called back I was totally surprised that there are people that are polite, professional, and prompt, I am talking about Monica and staff in the pharmacy, This meant so much to me that I had to connect with someone to make aware, also it changed the end of a bad day around for the better. It was a great end to a bad day. People like this that do there job well should be commended. and that is the reason why I continually shop at your Cambridge MD Walgreen's. Not only that but every time I go in this store as I work around the corner I'm in there often it is very clean and have a friendly professional staff but today ensured me that every star was well deserved, the star on this particular day was Monica

Doctor sent over prescription Friday at 1:00 came to pick it up Saturday at 5:00 after waiting in line for 30 minutes was told it wasn't ready.Update I came back Sunday at 3:00 and after waiting in line i was told it still isn't ready.

This Walgreens in Cambridge is very unprofessional and they don’t know what they’re doing they gave me a partial of my pain pills 20 and then when I called to get my other hundred they gonna tell me that I already got them thank God I had the email stating that they only gave me 20 and they gonna tell me that I have to wait another day because they only gave me five days well what the hell is going on with Cambridge wall greens please I recommend go somewhere else do not go there please don’t go.

Well just FIRED WALGREENS BECAUSE OF THERE MANGERS SMART MOUTH. AND FIRED ALL WALGREENS BECAUSE OF $150.00 MORE FOR A PRESCRIPTION. SAME THING AT WALMART FOR$9.00 SAME AMOUNT AND SMART MOUTH MANGER. WORRIED ABOUT HER THEN HER STORE. SOME MANGER. REMOVE IT AND WILL RETURN it.
