Worth the drive to go to another business. This DG is cluttered, filthy, aisles constantly blocked by stocking bins (to the point of not being able to get your cart through), large gaps/ holes in inventory. Can’t find what you need b/c a) they usually don’t have it and b) the place looks like a cyclone hit.Spend your money elsewhere. Forget about customer service too- that went out the window a long time ago. Current employees are generally rude. They’d also rather herd you onto self checkout so they can spend time on their phones, out front smoking or huddled in the office. Or better yet, gossiping/ talking smack about customers within earshot of you and your family. Smh.This place needs a complete overhaul in every respect. Do better, DG.

The 2 newest male employees have outstanding customer service they are so nice and always ask how your day is going alot of places you don't get that anymore most cashiers won't even speak to you at all so thank you for making the experience better

Great location. Customer service sucks 90% of the time.Act like they don't want to be working... They need to acknowledge the customers at the registers. Self checkout needs to accept Cash! And for the love of good when you bag items, hand them to the customer instead of on the counter. The plexiglass makes it difficult...

Can usually find just about anything I need in a jam here. Most of the staff are nice as can be too... Definitely lucky to have this store down here where we live considering the closest store that isn't a convenience store is 20-25 mins away.

It is very convenient when the nearest store is 20 minutes away. It has everything you would need in a hurry and the price are reasonable. Few people never crowded which makes for quick lines at the checkout.

my family and I love this store! all the employees give my children such great attention, as well as for my fiancé and i, they always stop what they are doing to help us or ask "do yall need help with anything today?" we find everything we need easily, thays why it is the #1 store we go to EVERY week for our household!!ALSO, if you are wondering why they are in the office, well that could be because they cant follow you around the store stalking your every move, what do you think the cameras link to, duh, the screens in the office. if you ever need them all you have to do is ring the bell and they will be right there, JUST LIKE any other dollar general!!

Do you all have a lot of things stolen from this store? I'm going to take a wild guess and say yes you probably do... Because everytime I go in there anytime after 7 pm, I always have to walk around the store and all through the isles looking for an employee so I can check out... Literally every single time... And for those in the store still looking for someone, you can probably check the office in the corner, just listen for the people talking on the phone and if you shout loud enough someone may eventually come out to the register.

Love the DG in Ridge. Not picked over like ones in Lex Park. Has most of what you need and helpful staff do that you can in/out pretty quick.
