Great service. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. When I bit into the first tender it was chewy and definitely undercooked. So I tried another, same thing. I think I had 2 that were done out of 5 or 6. The tenders that were cooked were good. Fries were good and my M & M Blizzard was perfect. Very disappointed with the chicken tenders.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a simple peanut butter sundae with wet nuts we ended up with a fruity pebbles blizzard and chocolate milkshake how hard is it to get an order right the first time we ordered puppy chow blizzard and it had a few pieces of the puppy chow on top. Looking at the inside it was dirty trash all in the floor and all against the window. NEVER AGAIN

Went and ordered blizzards the other day and when they came out, half of the ingredients were missing. I went back to say I got the wrong order and the employee said they ran out of the ingredients and didn't bother to tell us after we had already paid. Not to mention the ice cream was completely melted when it was handed to us and they didn't even ask if there was anything we wanted in replacement. Definitely not planning on going here anymore.

Worst fast food experience, ever. Got the ice cream order wrong, seemed to be someone's first time making the peanut buster parfait. Out of fries but the manager was heading to food lion to get some if we wanted to wait. The burger didn't have one condiment or vegetable, even though they had all been asked for, repeated back and ended up on the receipt. To mess up this bad took them 20 minutes, so we spent that time in the drive thru, waiting for them to give us our "order".Just dreadful.

Got a mint brownie blizzard and she couldn't even turn it over because it was so soft and watery. We got a small for $4.39 and to be quite honest it's not even worth $2.50.This Dairy Queen has had problems for a long time. Better to go to the Dairy Queen in Easton. Better service and has a nice food selection with value menu.

This Dairy Queen manages to be bad in every way that an ice cream shop could be bad. As other customers have mentioned, the staff is downright belligerent, which is not surprising -- there does not appear to be any sort of management structure in place, and the "employees" could very well be whatever high school students were wandering by.The ticket printer just spits tickets onto the floor, so there's a very good chance you won't get your food at all. Which is probably for the best, as they are cutting costs by barely refrigerating their "ice cream". I waited 30 minutes and endured the thinly-concealed contempt of the staff in order to receive a barely-blended cup of Blizzard Soup.While I was waiting, several people gave up without ordering while the cashier was engrossed in whatever was on her phone, and one man got a refund and left. I envy that man -- he is a much wiser man than I.In conclusion, never go here. There are not a lot of ice cream options along Route 50, but literally ANY OTHER OPTION would be better than DQ. Get a Frosty at Wendy's. McDonald's has ice cream of some sort, I think. Heck, go to Walmart, buy a box of Great Value ice cream sandwiches, and eat them while sitting in the parking lot, and you are GUARANTEED to have a better experience than DQ.

Food is good but after several visits I found it varies.Love the big crinkle cut fries.Expect a wait as food is made to order. That means it is fresh.Been a couple more times. Unfortunately quality not consistent from time to time.:(

Can’t beat the blizzards! The fudge brownie blizzard was chocolate through and through. My kids loved the cotton candy blizzard as well as the thin mint one. Fast and friendly service. Quick stop on Ty way home from the beach!

The staff needs a lesson in manners and courtesy. Young, rude, unsophisticated workers and supervisor have poor attitudes when dealing with simple customer complaints, poor problem solving skills, snarky facial expressions and dramatic physical posturing. An overall unpleasant experience. I strongly recommend going 25 minutes down the road to the Easton location where the facility and staff are always pleasant, professional and efficient. It's too bad the Cambridge kids working there were not taught that local businesses provide them and their families opportunities to earn wages, practice professional skills and move up or on to great things. They should be as invested in the location's success as the owner since any work they do now factors into their future work experiences.

The staff are so unprofessional. I ordered a Oreo blizzard which I get often. This time the ice cream wasn’t even with the rim of the cup and it was watery. I asked for my money back, the young African American lady got rude and slammed the window. When she was handing me my money I asked for the manager. In a loud voice she turned around and looked at another American American lady and said loudly “she’s the manager and she don’t want to talk to you either.” She was right, the manager never did come to see what my complaint was. I asked for the number to their corporate office and was told they don’t have one.Cambridge Dairy Queen been struggling for awhile. With this type of customer service, it will not get better.

The staff are very rude and disrespectful..they don't know how to talk to people. Dairy Queen's really gone down hill tremendously. All they have there now it seems like is teenagers trying to teach teenagers.,they're to worried about their phones and leaning on the counter or against drive-thru window. We aren't going back cause it's every time we go and not to mention we've been there a few times nobody in the drive-thru line, but still gotta wait to get your order taken at least 2 to 3 minutes then when you get to the window it's another wait along with rudeness and get disrespected.

I ordered at the front window today, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. It seems as though only one employee was actually working- out of a staff of three! He is a very nice young man, adorable and extremely polite and well-mannered. The other young boy was goofing around, while the older man was on his personal phone. (The older man looks like he’s on meth, he’s pretty scary to look at- and I prayed he wasn’t the one making our ice cream, he doesn’t seem hygienic at all.) Thankfully the sweet young man who took my order also made the ice cream treats.I also observed (we sat in our van and ate) the older man going outside and screaming with whomever he was talking to on his cell phone. Very unprofessional. It’s clear that there’s no real management here today, not when only one employee is working and chaos abounds. I remember when Sue owned DQ years ago, there would never have been this kind of nonsense going on then. She ran a tight ship and employees were polite, clean, and hardworking.I certainly hope the young man who works so hard is appreciated, this customer certainly appreciates his hard work. IF we ever go back, I’m only going to order if the same young man is there, I don’t trust the other two to be near our food. I would have rated zero stars but the one young man is excellent so he doesn’t deserve to go down with the other two nincumpoops.

Unreal!!!! Waited 20 minutes for 2 ice cream cones. Was in the drive thru. 5 cars including myself ended up pulling out of the line even after we had order. If someone has a large order they should have told them to move to a parking spot and they will bring the order out. Been going there for years. Tonight will be my last.

I wish I could rate this place lower. It was hot. And, a hot fudge sundae was just what I needed. The employees were slow and had no clue what they were doing. I received a pile of soft serve ice cream with fudge everywhere. On the outside of the cup, spoon. That was it. No nuts, whipped cream or cherry. I won't make the mistake of stopping there again.

I waited over 20 minutes in line and the speaker to take the orders was broken so everyone in front was waiting because there was no sign to say to move forward. Also the two men inside we're arguing in front of all the customers. When I wanted to order French fries with my I've cream, I was told they don't serve it in the evening.Very disappointing. They should have expected a large amount of people and staffed this location better. This is the last time I ever visit this location. What a waste of time.

Could have been a little faster with as many people as they have working.The place needs a do-over. Very dirty in certain areas. The ice cream is ice cream so it good but I pay attention to cleanliness where I buy my food.While there are no customers, they should really focus on wiping things down.

Stop to get lunch there today, since it had been about 2 yrs since my family and I have eaten there. The food was good until my husband and daughter found hair in their food, and not just 1 or 2 pieces. We don't live in Cambridge so I couldn't take it back. We won't eat there again.

Best dipped soft serve cone I ever had! Blizzards were so good! The service was fast despite the large crowd. The staff was working hard to get everyone served with a smile.

Online menu shows meals deals and kids meals. Not so. Prices not even close to what is advertised on the website for same location in person. Fine for the location as I’m sure they aren’t responsible for the website. But the website, or whoever runs that for the franchise, better fix that quick. Location just lost at least $50 on one order alone foe this reason. And I went out of my what to go here.

Employees are always rude and/or not paying attention. The last 2x they’ve been out of both of my first and back up options. Would love to have a local ice cream spot in Cambridge.
