Best 7-11 in Carroll County!!!!!! The employees are always nice and go out of their way to make their customers happy and feel like family!!!! The owner Mohamed is always happy to see you and calls you by name. He always asks how you're doing and how your family is doing!!! All the employees asks how you're doing. The store is always clean and well stocked. If you can't find something the employees will be more than happy to help you!!!

I haven't been to a 7-Eleven in years. But I was pleasantly surprised how good the boneless chicken on a stick and zero sugar slurpee were. It's to bad I didn't take a picture cause it was filling for the $3 I paid, an I'm a big guy. We'll definitely make a point to stop by here again when we're in town to walk the local park. 😀

Love the new owners and all the improvements they’ve done to the store! We go out of our way to visit this store as the service and selection are so much better than many stores. The feeling of being recognized and welcomed as neighbors on each visit is also so nice!

So glad to see the new owner of 711 in UB!! Haven't seen him since he was at the 711 in New Windsor. Friendly, accommodating and even remembered me and my son and from 15-18 years ago!! We will stop by whenever we are close to say hi and to grab some refreshments! UB is lucky to have you and your family!

I'll say this 7-Eleven is much better than when the old owner owned it but with that being said no excuse to price gouge like they are, $4 for 2 egg rolls is just straight up price gouging.

Owner is very rude and really unprofessional the place was also dirty the food is nasty and under cooked they also have rat droppings and roaches . Never again very unpleasant

Although the store had what I was looking for, the cashier was complete clueless about paying with the 7-Eleven app. He acted like he had never seen it before. So after about 5 or 6 failed attempts, I just paid with cash. It seems like that should be included in the training process.
