I waited 3 days for my prescription to be ready. I finally get to the store and it still wasn’t ready even after they told me the following day it would be ready in an hour. I was told to wait 5-10 minutes so I went shopping in the store. The pharmacy tech sees me in the aisle and tells me my prescription is ready. I said ok. I went to pick up one more item in the store before going to the pharmacy. When I arrive, the pharmacy is closed for lunch. An associate comes and tells me to come back in 30 minutes. That is unacceptable and poor customer service. Why wouldn’t the tech tell me the store was about to close for lunch when she knew I was in the store waiting for my prescription??!!!! I am filing a corporate complaint.

Horrible customer service. Be PREPARED to wait whether you utilize the drive thru or go in the store. Waited 25 minutes to be told the same message that 4 to 5 customers were ahead of me. Advised her that 2 other cars had ALREADY left from behind me during the wait. This was the third time this has occured. Cancelled ordrer and switched to CVS. I will NOT return.

Horrible customer service. The one cashier was helping a customer. Two additional people were in her line. I was waiting to get deodorant unlocked from the shelf. Another associate walks in, I tell her the cashier needs help and ask her could she get deodorant for me, she told me she had orders in the back and if the cashier needs help she will tell her. So one cashier and four people standing around and the other associate could not help assist.

I got a prescription yesterday from my doctor for my temporary disability. I called Walgreens here after calling a few other places yesterday to see if they had the meds to fill my prescription, they supposedly checked and said “no we don’t have any” I said okay, however I called back all the pharmacies today just to see if they got it in, again “nope we don’t have any”. So I called my doctor to inform him that no one has this medication. Meanwhile my doctors assistant calls on my behalf and now they have it all of the sudden as she told me. I call back up there to double check they said “did your physician just call? I said yes they like okay we have it, mind you I’m in severe pain and still I walk up there which is about a mile from my house, just to get told they cannot fill my prescription because it doesn’t have my dob and address on it, and the Indian lady named Hima or whatever shoves my prescription across the counter at me and tells me they cannot help me now leave before we call the police, I said you can call them I’m just waiting to be youserviced like everyone else. The black girl went to another computer and left me standing there. I only got one of there names but I got a picture of the other two that am referring to. They wouldn’t give me there names or corporates phone number…I’m very frustrated at this point I call my doctors office to see if they can call the pharmacy and they did they told my doctors office the same thing. The black girl started threatening me and cursing at me and yelling behind the glass and then the Asian lady came up saying to me “ we don’t want fno drama in our store just leave we can’t help you they were very rude inconsiderate and unprofessional. I just came for pain medicine not all this, instead I was verbally attacked by 3 pharmacy staff members, while my son was there as well.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY RUDE VERY EMBARRASSING 😡I think I should also go to social media as well because I’m sure no one wants their mother or child to experience this type of behavior‼️

We recently moved to this area and I've had the opportunity to interact with this pharmacy over the phone and in person several times. I continue to be surprised at how unwilling they are to interact with records from any other Walgreens pharmacy. They have confirmed that they can access the records, they just refuse to.Calls have often included very long wait times and immediate disconnection from the pharmacy if you take more than a second to finally recognize a human voice on the other side of the call.Any other Walgreens HAS to be better than this one.

The pharmacy attendants are so wicked. Told me to get in line just to even ask a question and the line was at least a 45 minute wait and extended to the front aisles of the store. The attendant lied to me about my medicine being ready for pick up. I was fresh out of the emergency room and not able to stand for long. They wanted me to stand in line to wait and ask if my pain medicine was even available to begin with. This is not the first time they have lied to me about a prescription. How can I trust a pharmacy that lied to me about medication being filled and being ready. I’m in the line now typing this, my second attempt today to get my medicine with the same clothes on from the emergency room and yet I am going to have to end up leaving for the second time in 2 hours, and still without my pain medicine. What is the point of this place. I waited 25 minutes and I am still in line:

This Walgreens by far has the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. I never leave review’s because quite frankly I have better things to do with my life. BUT this Walgreens is by far the absolute worst!!! Im constantly given the run around staff has no sense or urgency or a desire to actually HELP and assist its costumers. I’ve also experienced this at pretty much every other Walgreens location. The Pikesville & Quarry Lake locations as well. I think I am officially done with Walgreens overall, this is ridiculous and I have literally watched almost all of these locations run itself into the ground. Thank you for absolutely nothing!Edit : Per reading the other reviews I wish I would have saved my time and never bothered coming to this location or any location to be honest… today will for sure be my last.

This place really is the worst place to get a prescription filled. It used to be way better when it was Rite Aid now they’re understaffed and are completely screwing everything up constantly. No more! I’m switching to CVS.

If I could give them a zero I would! Waited a whole week to get my prescription mind you I got text messages saying there was a delay due to my insurance. I called them to check the status of my prescription and they said there was no prescriptions for me on file. I explained I spoke to someone 2 days earlier and they said it would be ready the next day. Go somewhere else they suck!!

Pharmacy sucks. Rude, slow, and makes mistakes. Fire whoever is the manager and get someone better. Go to CVS down the street and see how a real pharmacy is. Over 100, 1 star reviews! Shouldn't they realize there is a problem? Don't give them your business they do not deserve it.

My son uses his coupons to buy flavored water, 12 packs of pop when it’s on sale, etc. We drive to this Walgreens from Baltimore because it appears they are always patient, and helpful even though he has multiple coupons. The stores around Baltimore always have long lines and many times they don’t have the items he is looking for. We don’t get our prescriptions from Walgreens so I don’t know how the pharmacy is. We’ve been very happy with this Walgreens and the people who work there. We just stop off at Barnes and Noble too and enjoy the day.

This Walgreens needs to be revamped, supervised, overhauled, retrained PROPERLY, and HIRE LEGITIMATE PERSONNEL WHO ARE EDUCATED IN PHARMACEUTICALS!!!! I am a very understanding person who gets that we are all over worked and underpayed! You can NEVER get through to the pharmacy on the phone because there is always 2 calls ahead of you, even 30 minutes later there is still 2 calls ahead of you. My Dr.s send over the scripts, or I have automatic refill, or I call them in using the automated teller to have them refilled. Sure enough we go to pick them up 2 days later they are not ready! Can somebody tell me why? So my husband goes after work to try and pick up these same prescriptions (because I got the text messages stating they were all ready for pick up) and they tell him they don't see them. He had to go all the way back to the store to show them the text message, she still couldn't find it, then they found them. This is very scary folks, this isn't about having to wait in line and an occasional mess up this is ALL THE TIME and everytime we are there so many of the customers are upset about the same things. Who is the owner of this Walgreens? They too need to be held responsible for all this mayhem!

I wish I could give this place no stars. This pharmacy is the ABSOLUTE worst! If you cannot honor appointment times then why offer appointments? The staff is not at all accommodating. Perhaps hire another pharmacist if overwhelmed.

I was wondering why the review of this pharmacy was so bad. Now I know. The pharmacist was very mean and rude. Don’t go there!!! There are many places like Giant store across the street that are much nicer and the prescription medication is much cheaper.

I wouldn’t even give this store a one star. They are so wicked up there and it’s not always the people that wait on you it’s the people behind the screens. I went over to find out about getting a shingles shot and she told me to schedule it on the computer Because she was just too busy to take care of me. I asked her they always have given inoculations when you walk in the door. She advised me it was not that way at all and you need to stand in line or you need to go use the library Computer. And then she slam the screen in my face. I’m getting out of there I’m in the process of getting out. At least Rite Aid had a decent pharmacy. When this company texts your cell phone and says it’s ready, and you go up there they say that is not really true. I said wait a minute what do you mean that isn’t true? I’m going to tell you why should you use a service for people that are waiting to pick up prescriptions if it’s not ready why would you even text us? This pharmacy makes no sense at all and neither do the people in it. They sent me a text they don’t say your prescriptions will be ready the next week they say your stuff will be ready next week and then next week comes and they put me off another week I’ve had it I’m leaving. Thoroughly disgusting service and I’ve talk to Garrick quite a few times about this. Thank God he works up front now because I like dealing with him.

If I could give this Walgreens location zero stars I would! I normally get my prescriptions filled here and needed to change my insurance. So, I called and was told to come into the pharmacy. Went inside there was a long wait. In the end, I didn't get my prescription and am changing pharmacies. You can read the rest below if you really want.I've been regularly getting my prescriptions filled here but lately I have been having so much trouble. My husband started a new job and got new insurance. So, I called the pharmacy so that they could up my prescription over the phone and the woman who answered the phone said that she couldn't do it. Then, when I went into the store it was super busy. I was the sixth person in line and then when I finally got up to the counter they said that they didn't have my prescription for pickup. Then, I asked if I had any prescriptions that needed to be filled and they were able to find me then and said I needed to update my insurance. They finally took my insurance and couldn't do it on one computer and had to do it on another computer. The guy trying to figure out how to get my insurance into the computer never spoke to me... all while the line continued to back up. It did not help that the people behind me were also complaining about how slow it was taking. Once the guy figured out what was going on he finally talked to me and told me that I wouldn't be able to get my prescription filled because needed a prescription card.

Dr. Walgreens of Reisterstown MD 21136,Stop disrespecting your clientele don't hang up on them just because they have a question about there perception to see if it is even in before your custemers even taking a trip to your store. You're in a custemer service based industry. Don't just answer the phone then hang up on someone just because you want to ignore them. I don't care how brand new you are in the line of work you are in at this new location.

This store should honestly just closed. I hope corporate sees all these negative ratings and save some money and close the store. Always long lines in the pharmacy. Pharmacy employees are rude. Never seem organized. Take forever to check you in and give you your prescription. People in the line today asked if they can get some help because of how long the lines were....and was told with an attitude "cant you see we are all working here". I swore she rolled her eyes too. Obviously not working hard enough. I got my flu shot today. Waited 25 min just to receive the paper work to fill out and waited another 25 min to get my shot. Once I'm in the back, the pharmactist percedes to be rude to me saying it was my fault for waiting so long because I didnt give the clipboard back. (Being the bigger person) I calmly said I didnt want to wait in the long line to tie it up because of a piece of paper. She tells me to sit, I take 2 sec to put my keys in my purse and she impatiently tells me to sit again. I told her again calmly I'm trying to get myself together. I sit. Then she tells me 2-3 times back to back "I'm waiting on you im waiting on you I'm waiting on you" like I'm an incovenience to her. At this point I caught an attitude and told her to wait!!.... I have to pull up my sleeve. Got my shot. Going to follow the same advice like everyone else in that line today. Never coming back here again.

Customer service is the worst. It's impossible to call. You call, they hang up, you call, they hang up, you call, they put you on hold, then they pick up only to put you on hold again. You can be on the phone half an hour or more. Trying to refill a prescription by phone? Sometimes it works, sometimes you get transferred back to pharmacy to be on hold again. Worst customer service at the pharmacy! The pharmacy staff is the slowest! When I asked why my prescriptions weren't ready when they were sent electronically from my doctor the day before, a girl at the pharmacy rudely talked over me and said that they didn't open until 3 pm yesterday. How is that possible, because I called them at 11 am yesterday to confirm that they received my prescriptions?! I spoke to an actual pharmacy tech! Then she proceeded to talk over me and then put me on hold while I was talking! That whole staff at the pharmacy needs to be fired! The other staff in the retail part of the store is actually great! They're friendly, courteous, and patient. They should be at the pharmacy instead.

My daughter had 3 or 4 prescriptions at Walgreens (Reisterstown). Saturday 3/11/23 I picked them up. The pharmacists the one that wears hijab called and said YOU left one Rx here. No I didn't leave it. She didn't give it to me. Come back now I just mixed it. No I will pick up tomorrow. But I just mixed it. I asked will it go bad by tomorrow? I finally got MY Rx's somewhere else and I love my new place. Hopefully, my daughter will change pharmacies. I understand they are busy but the nasty just doesn't stop. I was the only person in line and it took 4 minutes for her to say can I help you.. Then she called and said that I LEFT IT. No, you didn't give it to me. They don't answer the phone, they can't explain what happens to prescriptions, their medicines are stored on the floor. I went there once, and the whole thing was literally shuttered with no explanation given. The pharmacy staff have an inexplicably difficult time getting their systems to work or finding anything. No one seems to know what they're doing. 0 stars

Why have a drive thru if you’re going to forget about customers or never answer it at all… OR have them wait for 45 mins to come back and then tell you that you need to come inside and pick up the prescription because they aren’t allowed to send eye drops through the tube. You get notifications that your prescription is ready and it’s not. Or they have a delay because they never put the request in. This Walgreens’s pharmacy is the worst.

I'm not sure anyone actually works at the pharmacy. Tried calling for hours to find out the status of a prescription. 3, to be precise. They just don't answer. When you get there, the line is ridiculous. They have attitude. It's garbage. I really don't know how corporate hasn't done anything. When it comes to meds, you can't really afford to play around with people like that

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Despite of the fact that it’s always long lines there we have used this pharmacy for many years primary because of the convenient location .However after 2 last times we will never be back. First time happened 2 weeks ago when after 40 min waiting they informed us that they can’t use the script because my doctor doesn’t have license for this meds( antibiotic), however I did not have any problem to get it from other pharmacy. I gave them other chance , after I had a surgery on 10/03/22 my doctor had an electronic script sent them at 12 pm, my husband stopped by at 8 pm and they gave him different meds and didn’t mention that they didn’t have the most important ( antibiotic) meds. Next day I tried to call them 2 times: I was on hold x 2 ( 1 hour and then 2 hours) both times they hang up on me. I was not able to drive and when my husband went there after waiting for 45 min they told him that he needed to go to different location ( Belair rd ) because they don’t have it. He went there, but we will never be back to this location

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees are rude. They do not acknowledge you. They simply do not care. They are not polite at all. The manager is even worse. As for the pharmacy, prepare to wait for at least 30 minutes while you hear the associates complain. This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been too. They are careless and super slow. If you can go to another pharmacy, do it. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to another Walgreens then get serviced here. It’s a truly horrible experience

***UPDATE I was forced to come here because my child was in excruciating pain from an ear infection. I waited 30 minutes EXTRA past the time they said the medicine would be ready THEN i get the medicine home and it’s already open…literally the seal is broken on it. I’ll be contacting corporate tomorrow about this. SINCE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. The pharmacy at this place is the absolute slowest. And don’t even think about going in the drive through....you’ll be there for 30 minutes. It’s ridiculous. I’m a single mom of 2 babies and i can’t leave my kids in the car to run in the pharmacy, so i have to wait 30 minutes + to pick a prescription up in the drive through. Let’s get into better customer service !!!! This is crazy. The lines inside always take forever too. It’s a mess. Don’t come here with your kids because you’ll be bald by the time you leave.
