Just wanted to give a major shout out and a huge thank you to John, April and the night time crew. You guys are awesome and always go above and beyond to help the customers that come in the store!!! My husband was sooo impressed that you were able to get his $100 bill that got stuck in the machine back to him so quickly. He didn't think anyone would go out of their way to fix the issue but y'all came through for him quickly and with a smile on your face. Thank you tons for being such amazing people and showing us that there are still good people willing to do their job even when it may take a little extra time we appreciate you.

Convenient place for a quick fill up gas or coffee, soda, chicken on the way to carroll county or PA. They got this automated coffee brewing system/machine that delivers hot fresh coffee any time and cup size you need- very convenient indeed. Chicken availability can sometimes be a hit or miss, other than that this location is ok.

It's filthy. Whoever owns this location doesn't put any of the considerable money they must make from gas sales alone, into maintaining the store. It wasn't always that way. The store used to be pretty nice, but that's been years and years ago. I've lived in the area since the store was built, and used to buy coffee and occassionaly food at this location. I stopped buying coffee here years ago, after having purchased multiple cups that tasted terrible. At first I thought the cream had turned, so I was careful to check the cream when I got the next couple cups, but they still tasted horrible. I hate to think about what might be swimming in the coffee makers to produce coffee that tastes so foul. I still stop in here, as it's the closest and most convenient place to get gas, and will occassionaly go in to get cash, or a bottle of water. It gets more disgustingly filthy every time I'm there. I will go out of my way to go to the inconveniently located WAWA when I have the time, that's how gross this place has become. The condition of the store tells me the owner cares nothing for customers, employees, nor for the Royal Farms' brand.

Paid to wash my vehicle however the washer was shut for maintenance. Why they keep offering vehicle wash while it's shut for fixes is hazy, yet I went inside the store to get my money back and was told to head to the next location to wash the vehicle there. Really? Is this what clients are generally anticipated to do currently, drive to other areas to receive whatever they paid for? But ok. I headed to the next area and the washer was shut there as well! Roflo's client support number is busy relentlessly, best of luck with contacting them. Went inside the store again to get my cash back. A manager let me know that she would give me a refund "simply this one time on the grounds that the buy was made at an alternate area". Unreal. I felt like I really needed to apologize that I was requesting a refund for something I paid for yet didn't get. Incidentally, both Royal Farms, in Reisterstown and Owings Mills, have vehicle washer stations shut almost all the time. They should stop offering a car wash at the pump, stop charging, and have a clear message informing that a car wash station is under the weather yet again.

Don't order chicken tenders from the Royal Farms in Reisterstown! Things have changed there. Their 2 piece chicken tenders were a fairly good size, but now you'll starve! Also, honey mustard sauce is now a .59 extra. It is self checkout there too. Cutting corners!

I work in the food service so I get how orders can be messed up when its busy. But at 5am, when nobody is there, there's no reason why a simple one sandwich order should be wrong. Sausage and egg on a biscuit, no cheese. I click NO CHEESE every time and most of the time, I'm scraping cheese off of my breakfast to avoid my stomach acting up. Whats worse is that the man working this morning told me there were premade sandwiches and I expressed I'd like a fresh one without cheese due to my stomach. Still got cheese.

One of my regular coffee stops. Love the semi new coffee machines. Always fresh,hot, and full of flavor! The employees that have been there for year's are great! New employees are good too.. just some don't last long.Very friendly and helpful, if needed! Kept my credit card safe when I accidentally dropped it. A older store, but always clean and tidy!

I had problems redeeming my rewards points. Cashier "multitasking" helped me complete my purchase successfully.Another customer, who was very disrespectful towards the Cashier, who in my opinion, was helping people complete their purchase very professionally.Very nice.
