My partner bought me some crab legs from this site yesterday Wednesday the 10th of January and they were spoiled. I thought it was the bag so I washed them and the smell went away, so I proceeded to cook them and when I broke one open it had a smell of ammonia like as if they were washed in that substance to mask the fact that they were spoiled..After my review: I called the store and returned the crabs to the store, we were given our full refund back and also a coupon for a replacement. Also customer service was excellent… thank you for your immediate response, attention, and apologies

The worst experience ever! The store was very busy 3:00 this afternoon. There were only 2 cashiers with long lines. Every self checkout register was taken, and there was a customer ahead of me waiting for a register. When I finally got to a register, I had to wait for help because there were people before me that needed help. Wow what a horrible shopping experience at the Giant!!!

Doing work inside this Giant and based off of doing work in a couple other locations this place is by far the cleanest and newer looking store. Plus the workers I've had the pleasure of meeting are all very nice people. I'd shop here for sure.

Will never do Giant pickup again. Last two pickup orders have been completely unacceptable with them not having my order ready by the designated window pickup. Last week I waited over 30 minutes and had to go back to the store because they forgot a bag, and today I was told it would be at least an hour past my pickup. No apologies, no explanation, no phone call to let me know my order would be delayed. I understand we’re at a busy time of year, but either get rid of this option or have the groceries ready by the time the customer chooses. If nothing else, have the decency to call the customer to let them know, and don’t throw out an excuse that you’re too busy to make that call. Completely unacceptable. What’s the point of choosing a time if you’re made to wait it out for 30+ minutes?! Never again.

The place is clean and has friendly staff . But on 2 occasions now I've bought meat that's been bad. The last time was beef that was bought from the counter for a Christmas dinner. Even if I was to get a refund my dinner was still ruined. It's probably changed my mind about buying meat there again

I visited the store last night and used self-checkout. The employee attending to the area was aggressive in directing me to an available register. Once I completed scanning items and proceeded to insert my money into the machine, the employee came and asked if I scanned the water in my cart. I confirmed that I had. After exiting the store, the employee ran up behind me and my daughters, actually frightening us, and stated “You didn’t scan the water” holding what appeared to be a duplicate of my receipt toward me. I still had my original receipt in hand and pointed to her where the receipt stated “SB Acadia WTR 35PK” for $4.99. There was no apology or acknowledgement of this gross, demeaning error. I returned inside to report the ordeal to customer service. I will not return to the store until she is terminated or transferred and will urge family and friends to do the same. I have witnessed this woman harass and target people for months now. Allow security to do their job and understand that some of us have substantial enough income to afford our groceries with our own money and do not need to steal from your self checkout. Also understand that each customer’s patronage is a true privilege in an era of online shopping and the addition of competitors in the area. I prefer Wegmans anyway- Giant is just a bit closer.

I've been shopping at this Giant location for 15 years. I've been happy and pleased all this time. The only issue I've come to encounter personally is their unfortunate lack for a selection of organic meats as I only eat organic and non-GMO foods. The staff is kind, helpful and friendly. My 80 year old parents have received wonderful attention and assistance when shopping there as well. I highly recommend this store.

The situation happened July the 21st Between 5:50 PM and 6:10 PM, Wolf security implied that I was stealing because I was using so many bags. As a customer, you would think I would be allowed to use as many bags as necessary I've always paid for everything in this store so there is no reason for nobody to accuse me of stealing Not only that but the cashier who they refuse to give me the name to keeps harassing me as well. I will no longer be shopping here due to the harassment that I am receiving

There is a woman who works in the self check out who is super nice, friendly, and helpful. I can usually find the groceries I want here. The cakes are good too! The prices can be a bit high which is why I deducted one star.

As far as grocery stores go in this area, this one isn't bad. I don't shop here often (mostly when I'm doing the bulk of my shopping across the way at Aldi), but the employees have been nice and the quality of meat and produce is good. Only complaints are: 1) prices are in the mid range. Weis is cheaper, Safeway costs more and Wegmans is about the same for staples and 2) the decisions made in self-checkout can be ridiculous. Example, dude rolls up to register during a busy time (line 10+ deep behind him) and immediately realizes he forgot something. Overseeing employee opts to freeze that register until he gets back. Three people could have completed checkout in the time it took for the guy to make his way back. The same employee kicked someone else from the line for having a few too many items, which was amusing.

For a person who likes to get in, and out of stores in a reasonable period of time with the least difficulty or problems. I have to say, the workers at this Giant are very knowledgeable, skilled, and experience in handling their duties. Also probably most important of all, very good, and professional working with the public and community. I have always found the workers at this particular store to be very supportive and accommodating, and very pleasant as well.

Worst customer service when checking out. Cashier said not one word, kept flinging her hair back. Slouched over her register, never asked for my giant card. Need to train their people better. 6 people in pharmacy line but would only have one cashier.

Good selection and prices. The best part of this store is the staff. They are always super polite and helpful. I've gone there at least once a week for over a year and never had a bad experience. The online order pickup is also super easy and fast.

Not my favorite store, but will go there occasionally. They have amazing shrimp salad, and steamed shrimp are very, very, good. Some good sales, and overall not a bad store. The Owings Mills Giant is outstanding both in service, and items.

This store is near Old Court. I am a regular customer at this store. It is clean and we'll stocked. It has the best pharmacy than other Giant stores. Out of all the Giant food stores that I shop, this is the only store that favors Jews. The store is located near the Jewish community. Therefore, Jews are favored over others customers and Giant employees.

I love getting my gas from this Giants! Fern was so helpful and showed me and my boyfriend how to download the app and use it to earn even more gas points. She was such a sweetheart! Thanks so much for your help, Fern! They definitely need more people like you who are very friendly and helpful.

This location has good selection of seafood. Deli department is great. Also nice selection of lamb which is not typical for other stores. Tends to get too busy at times and I have to resort to self check out more often than I like.

Had to revise my 5 star review from a year ago.I LOVE shopping at my giant.. however Kimberly or Kim behind the customer service counter is not a friendly associate. I shop at my giant all the time and guess she is new. I don't like it when that I handed someone money and she threw my change at me (paper and coins) after I purchased some money orders. She came across very rude and I felt like I was bothering her. She should definitely not work in customer service. I didnt even go back to get a rain check for the cheez it's that we're on sale. I didn't want to deal with her again and day something about her demeanor to her
