This Family Dollar is the worse I’ve ever been to in my life!! The light-skinned girl and the boy with brown locks have terrible customer service. What type of store doesn't greet their customers when they walk in? I walked into the store, and instead of greeting me, they decided to stare at me like a deer in headlights. They racially profiled me because of what I was wearing. I will be calling corporate to file an official complaint. This behavior is inexcusable and repulsive. Today will be my last time ever patronizing this location. The only reason I went there was because Big Lots registers were down. If you don't like your job, find a new one. If you're not a people person, don't work in retail!!

I’ve never had a problem with the staff at the Family Dollar store. They greet me when I come in the door and you’re nice to me when I check out.I remember when Myra had the store. She was very special. A great employee and a great customer service manager. I do miss her Very much. I wish you would come back to Reisterstown MD.But as I said before never a problem in the store. I’ve never encountered a bad person in the store not even customer wise. So, I gave it five stars all the way around !!

Although I'm getting what i need in this store because this is the nearest as my business is just 1 store away from this store, I am rating this a 1 star. it's because of their poor customer service. The girl in the check out in which i think is black & always wearing a pony & sometimes wearing a reading glasses is always rude. I feel that she's a racist because the second time i went here & checked out w/her,she mugged at me again. I don't know if it's because i was paying coins. But of course it's still a money & it's not that big amount. And she always closing the cash drawer very hard after i paid. Very rude! She should not work in that kind of business. She should have a training for customer service. Once I come back to this store again,I'm gonna get her name & post it here again!

The new employee is horrible. Shes rude, foul mouthed and talks about people in the most rude ways openly. There was an elderly lady in the store holding the line up a little because she was making sure everything rung up correctly, the employee was very loudly complaining about this lady and being soooo unprofessional. I hope the company fires her, she makes people not want to come into the store!!!

Employees are nice, sucks that I have to check my backpack when I go in. The biggest complain is this store is probably the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Its gross, rather go somewhere else and pay more than buy from a store that is as dirty as a dump.

It was terrible. One of the employees asked me to check my back pack and this waa in Baltimore County. The Manager came out to talk to me because the Associate waa trying to get me to leave. She explained why but it was a terrible outing!

The Family Dollar Store, in Reisterstown, Maryland is very dirty (e.g., the merchandise is all over the floor, the shelves are dirty and there is a lack of merchandise in the store). The cashier was dressed very poorly, I live in the area and I have only been in the store a few times. The store has always always been very dirty. The store manager and the district manager are doing a very, very poor job. I will never go back into the Reisterstown Family Dollar Store.

Girl claimed that she could take back the goods I tried to return, but she didn't feel like doing it. Then I ask for a phone number of the company and she gave me a false number later I found the actual number, SO MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE

The service is very bad yesterday I came to buy some stuff and they have no bags and the have a price marking down for 50% off at the clothing for Valentine's and I ask them and lady was very bad respond looks mad she said the 50%off was for the Candy's I took a picture Soo I can show you I we'll post it now and tell me what you think

The girl was on her phone via Bluetooth the entire she was ringing me up. No-one was at the counter to ring me up. I had all my items on one counter and she went to the next counter and said BRING YOUR STUFF OVER HERE. SHE WAS HORRIFIC.

Easy to get to from the main street. This store has a little bit of everything but not everything is a dollar. Get by on household cleaning supplies.
