I’ve been going to this location for years, never had a bad experience but today I was waited on by a lady named TJ- I gave her $2 in change and was going to pay the rest with my card. When I handed her the change, she got an attitude and said “oh my god”- Money is money. As I walked away with my bag I heard her rudely tell the customer behind me “so sorry about that” as if I was a problem . I won’t tolerate disrespect, so I will not be using this location anymore

This is for every dollar tree I have shopped, randallstown, wabash, reisterstown, owings mills, poor customer service, rude cashiers, who complain about customers, AFTER they leave, but my biggest gripe, the added .25, for much smaller items, to boot. Every four items adds dollar to your bill...a dollar, how ironic. Walmart got smart, charges 1.24, or.98 for same items, and u can self ck out, so as not having to deal with bad customer service. Also, no one ever answers phone at any dollar tree I have called, or number not working.

Please do not shop here. This is the nastiest store ever the employees are disgustingly, rude and disrespectful. There’s nothing never in stock or it’s never in its right place.

The aisles were surprisingly clear when I went into the store today. However, when I went to ask for balloons there was one person working in the front. I waited for the cashier to finish with the person in front of me in line. He asked if he could help, and I told him I needed some balloons so he went with me to get the balloons, and blow them up. When I returned with him to his register there was now a line. He proceeded to tell me that the person that was standing there at his register now was next. I had to go to the back of the line. I wanted to throw my 4 dollars in his face and walk out the door, but I stood in line...AGAIN! I will avoid this Dollar Tree from now on.

I enjoy shopping at the dollarstore. They have so many items for the home, family, pets and school!! Not to mention gifts for friends!! I'm always amazed and intrigued at what I find!!

I love the Dollar Tree and I've been going there since it opened in Reisterstown, Md. Its a life saver , it's cheap and you find a lot of good things. I feel like a kid at a candy store . I pushed the first star thinking it was a good thing . It says I hated it that's not true I love it ❤

This is my go-to place with prices cheaper than the cheapest store at $1.25 per item. The employees have been there since Lemuria, and it's always a pleasure to greet as I enter and bless them on my way out the door. They've got everything you could possibly find at any of the highest priced stores perhaps with a similar name and the exact same ingredients. Compare beauty products, baby care products, kitchen everything, spiritual stuff, office supplies, toys, cards, party stuff, car stuff, house stuff, gardening stuff, holiday stuff, handyman stuff, stuff that costs way more than $1.25. Check it out! They've got STUFF!!CAUTION: Make a list before you enter or you'll find out how fast STUFF adds up.

Wow, what a difference from last year! I've got excellent customer service from Dayon.. told him they need to have 50 of him there, I found out he's the manager and my thoughts were 'Great choice Dollar Tree' you need to have him show other people how to run stores cause this is how it should be run.

Came here and thought I saw improvement from the horrible customer service are faced 2 years ago, however as I was shopping I heard to employees using the f word and the n word and I was totally disgusted kind of like they threw up all over my cart. So I just walked out and left the cart there

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores...BUT this one at 11935 Reisterstown Road 21136 is the worst ever...boxes piled roof high, never ending dust and confusion, kitty litter is never in stock. The employees (and there are not many of them..need more) are great...good people who seem to care... but apparently the owner or owners do not care or are not aware of how a business should operate. Someone needs to take a look at this store and get it under control.

The device for receiving payment was having issues making it difficult to proceed with payment but overall it was okay. It'll be better if the products on display were organized neatly.

I bought 4 lunchables along with other items from store 1676 (11935 Reisterstown MD 21136). After leaving the store I realized that the lunchables were spoiled (the package surrounding the meat was swollen). When I went back to return these UNOPENED lunchables due to the fact that they were spoiled I was told by the cashier that no food items could be returned. I pointed out to the cashier that the receipt clearly indicated that the store would "gladly exchange ANY unopened item with an original receipt.". She told me to speak to the store manager Janise. Janise was very rude and stated that she would not exchange the items because it was "not her belief" that the lunchables were sold to me in that condition. This is my local dollar store. It is no further than one mile from my house. I visit this particular location at least 3 times a week. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service, the lack of quality of the food being sold and the lack of integrity (not honoring your policy as stated on the receipt). I called the corporate number where I was transferred to the district managers voicemail. I hope the district manager will be professional enough to return my call and resolve this issue.

There are no carts to shop with you must carry a basket inconvent and you buy less because it's to hard to carry staff is very friendly helpful will even carry your things also there are many boxes in the Ile to walk around again the staff is most helpful and will move things so you can pass

Every time we go in this store there is ALWAYS boxes of product that needs to be put up on the shelves. The boxes are all over the place in the isles.They never seem to ever have this store together. I have been going to this store for years and in the past 6-7 months they can not seem to have it together. I go in the morning...people standing around talking....I go in the evening and product is still not put up. This store is a hot mess!

There's never enough registers open half the store stock is not there or boxed up and I've been shopping this store for years and over the last few years it's gotten worse I do shop a lot of a Dollar Trees though where they seem to be a little more together although I must say the manager does work very hard to try to do everything but she can't do it all on her own

Worst place ever don't go here if u short on time especially in the eve or weekends.staff is terrible and have no consideration for the customers. you will be standing in line forever while Staff yells throughout the store. Spend the extra money anywhere else. Remember you get what you pay for I learned the hard way.

Frozen food section , 95% Name Brand items , cautious when buying boxed items like, honey buns ,it may say 6 to a box ,but only have 1,2,4,3, can never tell .unless you squeeze or shake box .Other than that ,awesome place

Well the store was stocked with what we needed, but it is now the $1.25 Store. You have to remember that there are stores still selling items less than a buck.

They be having one register open in a line that goes all the way back to the end of the store with cash is just standing around talking to the next cashier while she's working in the other just standing there that's the type of stuff that goes on and the Dollar Tree in Reisterstown this ain't the first time it went like that

Customer service is awful I had a question about a spring product the employee was very rude an was not intrested in helping she told me they are currently putting out fall products an said it in a very rude way if you ever have to call they never answer the phone I won't be going to this location unless in dying need
