Don’t ever leave something behind they’ll put it back on the shelf only a day later and resell it. One of the items was too big to go in a bag and when I called a day and several hours later, they acknowledged that someone at the front said oh yeah, customer left this but instead of just holding it for maybe 2 to 3 days, especially during the holidays they put it back on the shelf then when I went there to try to pick it up I couldn’t even get the item, I’ll own the fact that I should’ve paid more attention to making sure that I had everything but I’m not sure why when I was the only person in the store, the cashier didn’t try to catch me on the way out to say you left something. They turn around and act like it was all my fault. I’m the one that bought the item. I’m the one that goes back to get it and it’s not even there because they decide to put it back on the shelf. Love double dipping , I will not be going to that store anymore.

The Dollar General Store was recently remodeled. The store needs to be cleaned up. There is dirt on the floor, old papers are stuck on the floor, and the shelves need to be cleaned off. No one wants to shop in a dirty store. The staff is friendly especially Brandon.

I was there today doing my 5off 25 deal, the cashier seemed to be a little bit overwhelmed because many coupons where not coming off properly, but he was still kind and respectful. The PIC Brandon and the cashier have fantastic customer service skills, they patiently checked with me to make sure everything was okay with my purchase, from where I am there are probably 6-9 other DG and I decided to spend my money in this specific store because I don’t pay to go get my stuff and get treated like garbage. And this store is awesome 👏

These people can’t be called nothing but family! Every time I call or visit they have my back. Giving me support with information about products, and actually how to navigate through the dispensary so I can get the meds to help me with my chronic pain and nausea! Today Simmi, who has a beautiful name by the way! He was wonderful helping me with my points and explaining what to do and how to use them, helping me to pick out certain products! Wonderful! Transportation as always is awesome! My dude Kenny dropped of meds promptly! BEST DISPENSARY EVER!!!

Dave is such a kind person. I had looked everywhere for surgical masks as where my grandmother is they are requiring them again. He said ma'am we are out of everything, but I will be right back. He brought me a few masks and said until you find some. I ordered some as soon as I left, but wow does kindness go a long way. I hope management recognizes him!

Great place to pick up drinks and snacks for cheap. They carry all kinds of household products and just about anything else. Quick service too. Didn't give 5 stars because of one of the employees being very dismissive.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There definitely must be all new people working there considering how these other reviews sound.. Definitely won’t ever go back to this store...

NOW THIS STORE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES MR DAVE THE STORE MANAGER IS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. IF HE CAN HELP IN ANY WAY HE IS THE GO TO GUY. THE REST OF THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL AS WELL THEY ALWAYS CAN TELL YOU WHERE ANYTHING IS AND WILL LET YOU KNOW WHAT THE PRICE IS RIGHT AWAY NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THESE YOUNG LADIES ROCK!!!!

I dislike dollar general because they would not honor my manufacturer coupon or their own digital coupon. There were 2 managers there and they could not figure it out either.I contacted corporate with no results.

Had exactly what I wanted which the grocery store next to here should have had non refrigerated creamer, all creamer is cheaper here than Weis except their sale items

Worst customer service in the world. I swear they hire any drug addict off the street. Especially the blonde woman working tonight, slow and extremely rude. I used to like coming here but the customer service went down the drain
