CVS Horrible was a bit overcrowded I Was given the wrong medicine from here a couple of years ago and I took it for almost a month before I was notified so I am very cautious when taking medication from here And I like the 2 regular Pharmacist will used to have when is still there I notice but I don't like the fact that they have a lot of different pharmacies It's better when there's just the 2 regular ones Who knows their customers And don't mind helping you Adding on to this reviewSeptember 2023 My doctor called in the prescription on the fourteenth on the twenty fifth I want to pick it up after Calling that Saturday and being told that it would be in after 5 that waited till Monday, the 25th to pick it up. And they still did not have my medicine in. Tried to buy lotion at the front end. Look like all that have been opened up and used out of. It looked like it had been opened and used out of tried to buy petroleum jelly. When I got to the register my son Pulled my attention to the fact that the lid was cracked.So I brought nothing. Thinking about checking with my Insurance Company for a new pharmacy. I've been with this pharmacy For over eleven years Now it's 2024.These people are to Incompetent, they took a prescription from my Doctor and put it on back order last year.Now it's may they had the nerve to try to put that prescription through with A new prescription so my insurance company denied it and I'm out of my medicine. How incompetent can you be in the medical field and still keep working at it? I don't get it.I really don't just like I didn't get my Medicine because of these Really incompetent People. But I've informed my family of who to Sue if anything happens to me.From not having my medicine

Even though the parking lot's full but when you get inside there's Harley anyone in there because the store is so big all the shelves are stocked to the fullest no empty shelves service is good Pharmacy line is short all the staff members that work there are so helpful and kind

Treid to transfer a prescription from one CVS to another which the website said I could do and which the original CVS store said could be done. Was then informed by a very rude, unhelpful person in the pharmacy that for some reason the prescription was cancelled. Very unhelpful. I am switching to Rite Aid.

I use CVS for my prescriptions in Ellicott City and have no complaints. However, my stepson went to the Reistertown CVS for a vaccine shotand the nurse was mumbling and cursing him under her breath. She called him “dickless” for waiting so long for the shot. I was not there or I would have gone to the manager (that’s next). If this nurse hates her job so much, go fo something else!

Ordered a photo order online and got a confirmation it was ready, it wasn’t available at my local CVS so I drove all the way out to this location which is absolutely unpleasant in and of it self. I then get there to pick up my moms birthday present with her in the car waiting, they proceed to tell me they don’t have the stuff available to fulfill the order, even though I got a confirmation that it was completed. They proceed to try and charge me more for something different and said I had to go back online and go through the whole process again. Never go here or order photos.

I didn't have a pleasant experience at CVS I was at this store today (5/22/23) at 4:53 pm and all I wanted was ice cream, iced tea, and a bag of chips. The cashier named Chris/Quaron was very rude to me and told me that I needed to count my money before giving it to him which I was confused about because since he is a cashier I would expect him to count it. After I told him no I'm not counting it he then demanded that I leave I told him no I want the stuff that I came here for you count the money.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. The pharmacy staff is rude, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. If you try to call to resolve your issue w/out going there, they’ll just put you on hold until you give up and hang up or they’ll hang up on you. One of their pharmacists, Elizabeth, simply refused to call the insurance company to clarify why a certain prescription was not being approved. After we called the insurance company ourselves, it turned out CVS wasn’t billing correctly. Our insurance company volunteered to call CVS to help address the issue and were trying to help their incompetent CVS staff for over an hour. Simply unbelievable. We’ll definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

If I could give less than one star then I would. I went in to pick up a prescription that, even with insurance, was relatively expensive. I tried to use both GoodRX and the manufacturer’s coupon to get it under a couple of hundred dollars. One of the pharmacists stated, “Because you had us attempt the coupon codes, your medication is now higher than the original price.” To stand there and blame me with her snarky grin is truly remarkable. It would have taken no effort to contact the insurance company to see what the sudden glitch was (answer: pharmacist error). Not only that, but the cashier had a horrible attitude, and the other pharmacists were dismissive and condescending. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience with this location, so proceed with caution. If you can fill your prescriptions literally anywhere else then do so.

Been going here for years and the Pharmacy staff has ALWAYS been very blah BUT NEVER have I had someone as RUDE as shantae. She doesn't listen I repeated my name(and had to spell it for her) and date of birth 3x. I was also picking up for my daughter who's name is spelled different. So since she wasn't able to spell Jamie I figured she'd need help spelling my child's name. In the middle of spelling it for her she cuts me off and asked for the date of birth. Just so RUDE and unprofessional from the second I walked up to the counter.

Actually witness a cashier snatched medication from a customer's hand and then later had an attitude with me. I have been going to that pharmacy more than 15 years and it has deteriorated to the point that incompentcy and rudeness is their benchmark. I will never step foot in that CVS again.

This pharmacy cashiers need retraining. I was the only one in line at the time and the person that was suppose to wait on me looked at me then continue to finish her conversation with another employee before she even acknowledged me at the register. Now I can see if it pertained to the job at hand, but from what I heard they was talking about another employee which should not occur or could have taken place after their customers were taken care of. Then when I had a question about another prescription she tells me to step to consultation and they would help me but guess what it was the same person smh. After this experience, I think I will just try to get my prescription transferred to another location because this is unacceptable

Please do not register to get vaccinated here. The unprofessionalism is on an entire different level. The nurse administering vaccines never showed up so the manager tried to assign an employee to administer the vaccine instead. Why would anyone feel comfortable getting vaccinated by a regular employee? When speaking to the manager, he was unapologetic and claimed that she was recently "cross trained" to administer vaccines. The employee demeanor said otherwise. We canceled our appointment and so did two others. Would not recommend.

This is an abysmal place. Starting with the pharmacy: they cancel orders with no explanation as to why, they fill the wrong quantity and send to the wrong insurance. There is a small army just milling about in the pharmacy, hard to tell what most of them are even doing, but clearly only trained in very specific tasks because if there is ever an issue they just pass you from one person to the next but they are all clueless.The store itself is filthy with inventory strewn about and boxes everywhere. Go at a busy time and you will see customers just sitting on boxes waiting. The carpets are stained and dirty - employees wearing regular clothes. It feels like walking into a swamp of cheap inventory and incompetence.

was at the pharmacy in February 2018 to pick up one prescription. They put 2 prescriptions in the bag and I commented that I only thought I was getting one prescription. The employee told me that my doctor ordered two. I opened the bag to see what the other prescription was and it had someone else's name on it.My daughter went to the pharmacy this past weekend and was given the wrong drug with the wrong label in a bag with the correct label.MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR MEDICATION BEFORE LEAVING! the staff obviously does not do a thorough checkok, so I gave CVS another chance. Had hand surgery, went in to pick up a prescription with a bandaged up hand. I specifically said "no child proof cap!" Got home couldn't open the pill bottle. Well CVS is closed now.They are fast, but do you get what you asked for... no !

This store opened within the last 2 months, so the posts below must be referring to the other location on Reisterstown road. I LOVE this CVS. The staff is friendly, the pharmacy is fast and efficient. So much positivity beaming from this location, and it’s extremely convenient. So glad it’s new to the neighborhood. Thanks for all you do CVS!

I made an appointment on-line for a covid booster. The whole thing took about a 30 minutes. A few ours before the appointment I received a text and an email telling me my appointment has been cancelled because, "...we may have canceled due to weather conditions, a change to vaccine supply, or another issue impacting your pharmacy." I will never shop at CVS for anything.

This pharmacy is trash. They ran my medications through a discount card instead of my insurance and made me pay more for my medications than I should have. I even asked why I am paying so much and they said that's just the amount insurance covers. LIES. They didn't even run it through insurance even though I had active insurance on files. I am beyond displeased and will not be getting my prescriptions sent here again.

Don't ever have UPS drop off packages here. Twice I've provide them with my Driver's license, UPS tag and my text notifications that the package was delivered here. In each case, they were acting if someone else was to have the package instead of me.

I love the service I receive from this location. They send text messages when your prescription is ready. A recent experience that blew my mind was that they just close, I needed my daughter's prescription and the pharmacist Muzzmil Razvi was so supportive and gave me her medications. I just want him to know that I appreciate his service. Keep up the good work.

Staff is very nice. However the bathrooms are beyond disgusting and very dirty.I mentioned this fact to the pharmacist and they said that it gets professionally cleaned weekly.The dirt on the wall, floors, ceiling everywhere you look said different.For a medical area I expected more.

This is the most poorly run CVS imaginable. No one at front register. I rang the bell 3 times and no one came. I used my cell to call the store. Let it ring 10 plus times. No answer. Trash everywhere both inside and out and some of the trash walks on 2 legs and works there. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I really enjoy the pharmacist at this location Muzammil and Elliott do such a wonderful job caring for the internal and external customers. I have been there when they ask there teams about the classes and how the do on taking test. I have witnessed them move very quickly to fix any and all issues. I just wanted them to know that they are appreciated.

The pharmacy staff TRIES to make this pharmacy actually function, but due to the awful internal layout, setup of the pharmacy counter and their inability to keep staff and properly man the store this CVS is a wreck. Don't go there. Ever.

I really like Sandy and Roxy but, they are the only reason I keep going for my torture hour. They are always short staffed and it seems like they turn over managers and pharmacy people like crazy. The retail employees are just plain rude. I feel bad for Sandy and Roxy and I know that its just a matter of time before they get burnt out and quit. Wake up corporate!
