I’ve come to this location pre-Covid 2020 and the store was fully stocked. The shelves were neat and clean. But, my shopping experience on 09/04/21 was not a good one. The shelves were scarce and everything was everywhere?! It was not neat at all. And to my dismay the snack aisle shocked me the most!! A large rat trap sitting on the shelf. Not a good look for the store.

Big Lots is okay. It's good if you're looking to lease furniture. The company that handles that for them is called Progressive Leasing.

While you can find some good deals, you never know if it's a good deal until you get to the register. Based on the signage, everything seems to be on sale, until you check out & are told otherwise. If you like to throw stuff in your cart & never look at the price, then this is the store for you. You'll probably find some good deals & won't care that nothing seems to be marked properly

This location needs to update their register systems, we've been customer's for years now and have a Big Lots rewards card but for over a year or more now each time we get to the register the cashier's always states they cannot find our accounts by our phone number. In the past we would simply enter or provide them our phone numbers and it would be found. Now you have to give them your email address and miraculously they are able to find the account. Someone from Corporate Big Lots needs to figure out how to get the phone number look-up to work again because unfortunately I suspect a lot of Big Lots customers are losing out by the cashier's just telling them "we can't find you in the system". I've mentioned this numerous times to the cashier's/managers but it doesn't seem to be getting addressed at a store level since it's been over a year now with this same issue.

Pros: Store fairly organized and clean. Pricing on items are reasonable. Staff is friendly and they work to move the flow of customers quickly.Con:There are no educational items or office items or books. Just toys and games. Whoever made that decision needs to rethink that.

Like shopping here, but the store definitely needs cleaning and to fix the door alarm that's been buzzing for 6 months!!!! I can usually find great items when they're in stock The employees provide excellent customer service.

Okay prices, if you have a 20% off coupon. Many items not marked with prices, many items not on the shelves where they should be, unbelievably filthy bathroom. Check out cashier was very nice.

This store should be called Big Mess instead of Big Lots. Compared to another one in the area (Westminster) this one is really dirty and disorganized. Seemed to go downhill quickly a couple years ago. It needs a new manager.

It looks very nice from the outside but I wasn't overly impressed with the inside. The prices were decent in the hell was nice but the store could use a facelift.

Just love this store. If it's either foodor nice decorative items or handy kichen or bathroom stuff.... I just LOVE it. Also the prices aren't that bad.

I used to come here all the time when I went to the High School across the street and always enjoyed my time and found something I needed/wanted. Even now years later the store is still pleasant, clean, and has great prices. Not much of a toy selection, though, but good enough for quick gifts.

Service by Leticia here yesterday I believe she said she was the manager and she was very empathetic to my concern about the monster 666 drink and she heard my concerns and said she would take them up to everyone else.Giving you a 3-star because she would be the five stars and the 666 drink makes it a one star. That is an offense to all conscious Christians.

Today 12/17/21 I stopped at BigLots in search of a Christmas tree. Only a few boxes left, but not the one I wanted, however, I "thought" I could purchase the one on display. I could not find anyone to help me, therefore, I stood in the long line and figured I would ask the cashier if I could. He referred me to the manager cashiering next to him. She said she would have to make a call and ask. I told her that if she could make the call, get the OK, I would get the tree myself and stand back in line. She was unwilling to do it. Like I said I was willing to do the extra work myself and 'not' have to ask her to to do it. Her reply was it would be too much of a hassle. Here I am, a customer, and stood in line to ask and was willing to stand in the long line again, but no Customer Service was provided and I did not get my tree.

Today was a bad day to shop at big lots. A lot of shelves were empty. Try to get information about a desk chair. Person working there could not answer my friend questions. None on display to look at and he would not take out of box. Also alot of items had no price tags or nothing listed.

Bought a guestbed for upcoming holiday season.. a staff member named William went above and beyond to help me locate the item, rang it up in furniture department and placed the purchase in my car. Very well spoken young man who gave 5⭐️ service!

This store is so well stocked!! I love shopping here. All of their Christmas EVERYTHING is on display!! There is an especially friendly clerk there named Miranda. Say "hi" and you are sure to get a beautiful, warm smile with a very sweet "hello!"

The young man at the 2nd register with blonde hair was Awesome, he helped me while I shopped on the floor and then opened a register to ring up my full cart. I am encouraged to shop more when I feel valued as a customer.

Never enough workers working the register, totally under staff, and customer service is poor.Really has changed in the last year tried coming back and it got worse, they can't seem to keep cashiers or label products with prices. You would think they would get it right by now.get worse, have the items have no price on them.

I purchased a Christmas item in store and used my coupon however I saw on line the same item but in the color I wanted. The manager Tim would not exchange for my original low price. Poor customer service.

This was probably my first or second time in big lots in general. Man, that cashier Isaiah was so enthusiastic, it made me wanna spend more time in the store. His customer service is EXCELLENT. On a Friday night, too? Pay that man and keep him. He got me to sign up for a rewards can and I don’t ever do that lol.

I always love shopping at Big Lots! I love their "specialty" food items to store in my pantry. I love the compliments I get from my table and chair set I bought from Big Lots! I keep coming back to Big Lots, so you guys better come get you something good, and save you some money!

Only had 3 shopping carts which I had to wait just to use. They were well stocked and had a great variety but then when I got to the checkout line it took ages just to finish the transaction.

I love big lots I go there a lot to shop but I have had a problem with the manager name Ms. Pat a few times she’s very rude and unprofessional. If you ask her a question about anything she has a problem with it someone needs to talk to her about her customer service skills because they are horrible.
