This Walgreens has a colony of feral cats that live in a housing facility built behind the store. These cats are causing property damage and spreading disease/feces/urine around the community. The store manager doesn’t seem to care that her cats are ruining the quality of life for the rest of the community and continues to feed them regularly instead of having them removed and rehomed safely. Avoid this store at all costs, it is a disgusting place and littered with trash and cat feces

I was very pleased with Ms Cheryl and Mr Kenny’s great professionalism. I explained my situation and they solved my problem. As a Health Care Administrator of 4 major medical departments I can easily say I would hire them away from Walgreens if I had the opportunity and availability

Horrible store, atrocious bathroom. Staff showed up wearing a red shirt, no tag and slippers to unlock the door. Wasn’t even sure she worked here until until she produced the key for the door.

They need to get new pharmacy staff and more staff. The drive thru line is always long . The line inside is long and they are very slow. You call on the phone and they keep you waiting for over a hour because they are trying to have the time run out either for lunch time or for them to close. We need a better pharmacy in the area. If I could give this 0 star I would .

Horrible pharmacy. The reviews speak for themselves. Always a 45+ minute wait on the phone or in person. They don’t call you or contact you about prescriptions being ready. If there’s an issue with the prescription they just sit on the prescription but don’t fill it or contact you. They magically lose your information and insurance data between prescription fills. They also have NO compassion or understanding when people come in frustrated after weeks of trying to get a freaking prescription for a medical need… Please go anywhere but here. Absolutely horrible. A waste of your time and sanity.

Over 24 hours after my prescription was sent and no updates were received, I call. I'm on hold for an hour before being told that it'll be ready in about 2 hours. 5 hours later I go in. Big surprise, it's not ready yet. (ps. Drive through line is huge) Someone in charge definitely isn't doing their job right.

Scheduled and confirmed a Covid-19 vaccine booster from the web site. Arrived to find out that they don't have it. Calling the pharmacy leads to some call center that can't confirm if they really have it. Wow!

The last 2 months have been nightmarish dealing with the Pharmacy staff at this location.1. They don't answer the phones, today's wait was over 45 mins, gave me time to get dressed and get to the counter in the store and still no one picked up.2. The lines are long both in the store and the drive thru...waited 20 minutes in store to be told they don't have the script my MD sent over 1 week ago.Today was the last straw. Taking my business elsewhere.

THIS place is THEE WORST! ALWAYS under staffed! Wait lines are HORRRENDOUS!! They DON'T answer phones. Once, I decided to wait on the phone JUST to see how long it would take. 45 minutes later, no answer. So I stayed on the line, and DROVE to the pharmacy. Once there, I waited in line and watched their process. When it was my turn, I put the call on speaker and told them I've been ON HOLD FOR over an HOUR! They offered up a very LAME apology, and tried to explain it away. That's just ONE incident! Other times, I've had to call the store manager and have him go back to the pharmacy and check on my prescription that I needed ASAP BECAUSE they were NOT picking up the phone. Just...HORRIBLE! THEY NEED TO DO BETTER! If I could give them a ZERO, I WOULD!

I got my vaccine today. I had a really great experience with Mark who is the Store manager and he gave me my shot. Mark was very nice, polite, and he helped keep me calm because I was anxious. If you’re getting your vaccine shot come to this Walgreens he was amazing! :)

Wow! Worst pharmacy. Stopped in multiple times to pick up my meds and the there's never anyone working. When I do get someone the scripts aren't ready. Then when I do I get the pills, they're the wrong ones! I will never go back. 0 stars.

Awful idea of allowing drive up Covid19 tests at the pharmacy window. Creates long vehicle lines especially for those dropping off scripts and then returning to pickup. Ya know,, drive up windows are to allow fast service. Remember that idea?You have a large parking lot. Create a separate line and outdoor kiosk. Ridiculous lines and especially associates who refuse to use common sense when a doctor happens to slightly misspell a med that's been prescribed for several years. I want my hour back!A massive waste of time at your store!

The drive thru line is always backed up and long. The line inside at the pharmacy is just as long as the drive thru line. The staff keeps you on hold forever and there is no sense of urgency with the staff. Something needs to be done ASAP!

Horrible. All Walgreens pharmacies are terrible. Will wait on the phone for hours, they pick up, ask to put you back on hold and have you wait even longer, then they always disconnect the call. You call back and have to start all the way at the end of queue.

The pharmacy is an absolute abomination. The hospital for some unknown reason referred a prescription to them. No matter how few customers are there it takes a lifetime to get anything.

If I could give this place 0 I would. I made my vaccine appointment. I got there the line was long waited 40 mins to be told that they don't have it. I called the day before to confirm and they didn't answer the phone. They are pathetic.
