My recent visit to Tractor Supply's pet washing station was disappointing. The facility was unsanitary, and essential supplies like pet shampoo and towels were lacking. Until improvements are made, I can't recommend it to other pet owners.

Awesome location with always friendly and helpful Associates! It's also a great place to utilize the Self-Service dog wash station for only $9.99.There are two dog washing stations for you to use. Tractor Supply Co. provides towels, shampoo, nail cutting/brushing tools, and an air dryer in case you forget your own supplies. There is an adjustable table to place your dog on after the wash so you can dry them off.Keep up the great work!

I just stopped in and purchased a replacement lawnmower that I saw online. An available, and helpful teamember pointed me to the lawnmower section where a new one sat in a box on a shelf. I grabbed a cart, paid the cashier, and was on my way. It was as simple as that and I'll be sure to consider Tractor Supply Co. next time I need home improvement stuff.

I went there this weekend and was so happily surprised how helpful the staff was. We needed to top off our 40 gallon propane tank and also purchase another 40 gallon tank. The man who did this for us was patient and helpful and very professional as was his manager who had to assist us as well. I also purchased something from the store for mouse control and someone came by and asked if I needed help...very good team work here. The cashier, Tommy, was such a nice helpful man too. TOTAL THUMBS up to this Tractor Supply store. THNX guys

This has to be the worst Tractor Supply in America. I ALWAYS have an issue when shopping here, between unhelpful employees, stock issues, or the homeless people camping out front so I can’t buy shavings. I started shopping at another local feed store, but was in a bind tonight and had to go to this TSC as it’s significant closer. I had one cashier give me back the wrong change because math is hard and had the other cashier do a return and give me a large amount of change back in five dollar bills because he couldn’t figure out that it was ok to make change out of the other register and exchange small bills for big bills. I got home and realized the bag of grain I bought had obviously been chewed open by something then taped back shut. Shame on whoever taped it then put it on the shelf, rather than writing it off and not selling it. If a rodent got in the bag and defected then I fed it to my horses without noticing, it literally could have killed them.

This tractor supply generally has everything that I need for my seasonal garden. This year, I'm ramping up my veggie selection, so I hope they can get me right. I'll be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Tractor Supply Store's inventory. They had everything from Carhart jackets to motor oil. I needed caulk & a few painting supplies that I found for a decent price. I also found a few useful tools in the clearance section at the rear of the store. Totally unexpected were the chicks (baby chickens) under the heat lamps.

Not gonna lie, I’m blown away with this location. Nothing of what I expected to find here. The store was clean, well organized and stocked. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff at the register right when we walked in the door. Throughout our shopping experience we encountered two additional staff members who check on us asking if there was anything they could help us find. Our checkout process was again very polite and professional. To the staff working 1/28/23 around 6pm - Excellent customer service skills!!!

Drove 45 minutes to purchase a $1,000 safe got there at 8:43pm. I was told I need the manager for the sale of a safe and was pointed in a direction to go walk around and look for him. I asked the gentleman at the register if he had a radio to call him instead and was told no. After not being able to find the manager went back up front and he indeed did have a radio and paged the manager to come to the aisle with the safes. When I informed the manager what safes I wanted I was told I could not buy it because they where closing soon and he didn't want to deal with it. I will be ordering my safes from another company. I was about to purchase three safes total over the period of the next week and they have lost that business, and I will no longer refer people here. I do not recommend this location. Completely wasted my time and disrespected my choice to do business with them. I own my own business, if this was my store I'd really be concerned with the employees you have and their lack of motivation to do their job, help customers, and make sales. I was even willing to do all the work. I offered to handle it myself after he said he didn't want to deal with it. I asked if I could use a dolly and handle it on my own. Sale was denied in both scenarios and money and a customer lost. I will not be returning.

We just took our dog to use the self serve dog wash. First time. I was so impressed, they had everything needed for bathing and grooming. Since , it was my first time the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this service. Washed, and dried my girl and off we went. All for less than $10.00.

This was my first trip to a tractor supply store but they have dog food and treats at a reasonable price. I left with hooves, dog treats and dog food. I have 2 dogs so I love low prices on dog food. Side bar: I grew up in this area and this was always a market. It was Little George's in the 80's and county market in the early 90's. Food Lion lastly. Kinda odd that they no longer have a market in that area. But back to the current store, was well stocked. That's why they get 3 stars. And because of the nice lady who greeted as we entered. The cashier was not friendly. Merchandise is not clearly price marked this made me frustrated when attempting to compare prices. I will return due to the variety of bully horns, and antlers all at great prices.

I was a really hot day and you went - Above and Beyond- to help me load my truck.... with such kindness to top it off. What a dump. Ordered a couple of bags of wood pellets online. It was 24 hours and was never contacted so I just stopped in since I was in the area. The front cashier directed me to the customer service desk in the back to officially process the pick-up. Waited there for 15 mins, no one showed up. I yelled down to him and he called over the intercom. another 10mins and no one showed. Mind you, I did see employees earlier on the floor who went in to the back...i guess to hide. Another customer was also in line behind me and we were both frustrated. I went and found the bags of pellets and just told the front cashier that I'm taking them because I paid online and he should just let someone know.This is the second time I've been there and the second poor experience I've had. In short, the first time I ordered online and followed the process to have it brought out to the car during COVID. No one showed so I had to call and talk to a couple of people. You can just tell that it's kids who work there who hate their job.I guess the lesson is to not order online ever. Just go and pick it up. At least the front cashier was doing his job, even if he looked nonplussed about it.

Good stock. Great employees, very helpful. Also has a pet cleaning station, they supply shampoo, conditioner, nail trimmers, blow dryer, scissors, and a grooming table. $10 for a diy pet wash. It saved my back!

By far my favorite TSC store. They are always pretty well stocked and organized. The staff however is what sets this store apart. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Glad that this store is actually the most convenient location for me as I am in here weekly or so with our mini farm. As the reviews show this a good branch of TSC!!

I always go to the Belair location. Visited this for the first time and was surprised at how big the store is.Very good variety of feed, tools, batteries, tires,seeds, flower seedlings. Also farm clothes.Also selling chicks and ducklings.Great customer service from welcoming to answering questions.Will be returning.

I ordered a $5000 zero turn from the online store and was told it would be delivered in 10 days. I noticed halfway through that wait period that my card had not been charged and contacted support to get it corrected. The first lady told me this was normal (???) and that it would be charged closer to the delivery date. I attempted to contact support later and literally could not reach them. I then contacted support via email which took 2 days to respond just to tell me what I already knew... The day after the expected delivery date I got notified that the order was cancelled which is what I expected was going to happen all along. The reasoning I got from email support was that the distribution center cancelled the order but they gave no way to contact them to figure out why. I contacted my bank and confirmed the charge was approved on their end. When I asked email support what I should do considering the charge was cancelled for an unknown reason they ghosted me.

I was looking for straw or hay to cover the yard where the dogs messed it up. The man who answered the phone (David?) knew what I wanted and explained everything to me over the phone. Great customer service. We didn't get to meet him cause when we got there he had already left for the day. Love the clothes and the baby chicks.:) don't forget the great supply of wild bird supplies

Julie and Brenda are THE BEST! I bought a bunch of horse stall mats not understanding how huge and heavy they were, and the three of us somehow crammed them all in my tiny Honda. Literally the best customer service EVER. They really went above and beyond to help, and I am very grateful :)

Do NOT buy they're brand wood pellets for your stove .I have had two instances where we had to get a repair guy to come fix our stove because their pellet bags have gravel in them.
