Drove a bit out of my way to come here and get gas and use the air compressor to put air in my low tire. Compressor was out of order. No sign up or anything. Just not working. I guess since it's free they feel no need to maintain it.

Shady and unorganized hiring practices. Manager hired my recent graduate, took personal information for payroll and gave him a uniform. Then the games began. Manager changed the start day four different times.Then would call when he was literally 10 min from shift start time to tell him go home and wait for a phone call. Imagine doing this to someone who took several buses to get to work. This happened three different times.After a month of this behavior, called to ask them about a start date was then told to re apply all over again. No thank you.

I know when you see “World Famous Chicken” you may think it’s just an advertisement, however, I can attest that it is the truth! Anytime I land in Baltimore (or any area with a Royal Farms) I make it a point to stop in and get my fix of Chicken (Pieces or Tenders) and Wedges.I am unable to detail exactly what it is about this chicken, however, Royal Farms has mastered the art of Crispy Chicken on the Outside while remaining Juicy on the Inside. Furthermore, the seasoning blend is spot on. If the seasonings were sold in packets, I would buy some. LoL!!!The wedges are always perfectly made. The addition of the batter adds to the flavor and texture profile as well as enhances the bite to crunch ratio of the wedge experience.Can you tell how much I love it?? LoL!!As a customer, I appreciate that no matter what Royal Farms I go into, the flavor profile and food quality that I have grown to love and appreciate is always the same.If you’re into dipping sauces, Royal Farms has a Sweet & Sour that shuts the flavor game down and when paired, adds a level elevating experience to the tenders and wedges. The marriage of Sweet and Salty really becomes a taste bud focused party in your mouth. LoL!!!!!!!To my personal pleasure, I ate my 5 Piece Spicy Tenders combo so quickly I was unable to capture an image. Sorry y’all!

I've seen so many commercials that I wanted to try. The prices are like going to KFC or Popeyes so I assumed the quality would be comparable yet, walking through the door...the place smelled like old burnt grease. Still, I was like, it may be OK. Heck...Popeyes still be OKmost of the time when their grease a bit old. Sadly, nope. This Royal Farmis messy. The chicken and fries had a fishy off taste. Idk if they even have fish there I'll try another location. They were even out of their famous coffee. No beans in the machine. You'd think they would change the grease and check the beans for the coffee periodically being as that's what they want to be known for.

Visited the store on a busy day; they had issues with some equipment and although I waited a while for my food because it was out of their control; they all worked very quickly and efficiently to get all the food out. The staff was great and the manager was wonderful. The two people behind the food counter were so polite and positive even though people were being impatient. I recommend this location! Very positive experience.

Royal Farms Randallstown....Very very pleasant & helpful cashier/manager on premises. I hadn't bought any chicken there for over 6 months because it had been uncommonly greasy and bitter. Was late for home and making dinner....so I bought fried chicken breasts...Surprise! Besides the extremely helpful cashier/manager and the very congenial "chicken master" at the Liberty Road and Offutt Road ROYAL FARMS...the fried chicken was back to its original reputed high quality and scrumptious taste.Keep changing that frying oil with fastidious regularity and make the referenced two employees aware that their superbly executed customer service is appreciated by "corporate!"

Second time in one month where I went to fill up my gas tank, then selected to print a receipt and machine was out of paper. Had to walk inside the store and wait in line to get my receipt. Noticed there were other posts of the same problem by numerous customers.Also, since I needed to go inside to get my a copy of my receipt, decided to get lunch. It was 11:30 PM. Only one other person at food counter. Checked the bins as I wanted to order two chicken meals. Noticed that the chicken was over-dry and the fries were also dried up. As I was waiting to ask the staff person if more food was being prepared, the other customer beat me to the punch. The staff person rudely commented "I'm busy -- come back later." Great attitude.. Nice to know that Royal Farms commercials are constantly on every TV channel but they hire staff who could not care less about customer service.

Wow today I went to buy some chicken And for the 1st time since I've been going to Royal farms the chicken was soooooooooooo good it was not overcooked or salty I was in awe I had to go back to the store where Travis was the cook just to let him know what an amazing job he did on cooking it because last time it was so salty I couldn't eat it. Thank you Derick that means as the manager you're doing a great job. (Blown By Travis Fried Chicken). Hats off

Waited over 40 minutes to get food. Only reason it didn't take longer is because someone else stepped in to complete my order. Several people walked away and weren't willing to wait even though they already paid for food. Worker back there was extremely slow on purpose. Would cook things separately for one sandwich. Had to be told multiple times by customers not to put the wrong ingredient on. Not sure if he was purposely this bad in an effort to get fired. Many people won't be coming back to this royal farms because of the service.

I came in about 10:30 PM on a Sunday to order chicken. There wasn't anyone to serve the food. The manager stated she was temporarily shutting down food service until the next shift arrived, which should be another 15 mins. As the manager I expected her to select another employee to serve, but she did not. Several people were turned away from getting food. This is a perfect example of very poor customer service!

It’s really a shame how the standards of work ethic has changed. I went into the store to buy some chicken. I look through the case and the chicken looked old. It took the employee about 10 minutes to say anything, He look liked he had a long day and there wasn’t a smile . I asked if he could drop some fries and he said he didn’t have any fresh fries. He walked of mumbling like he didn’t hear me. Another employee came back and he said it will take 10 minutes for fries, Both employees had on dirty shirts I don’t mean like maybe something spilled because accidents happened, The shirts and appearance was gross and not presentable at all, I didn’t want to spend my money on old chicken or fries that’s look like they were from 2 days ago.

There were two people in front of me who ordered food. It took 20 minutes to make a sandwich. A very simple breakfast sandwich. I told the lady not to even bother toasting my sandwich because she was taking too long to make it. This service is completely unacceptable.

Chicken is always fabulous!! Sides are not. Best to go at a busy time to get fresh sides. Rolls have been stale every time I have gotten meals. Employees behind food counter are really unpleasant, and really don't care about service.Place was great when they first opened, but they have not kept the bar high.

Shout out to my man Omari, I came in during dinner rush and Omari was the only person in the kitchen and he cranked order after order out. I got my chicken sandwich and it is so delicious.

This is the worst place I've ever tried to get food. Tried several times and each time has been worse than the last. The employees are leaps and bounds above ignorant, rude and incompetent. For a place with "world famous chicken" they sure never seem to have any. The start of the dinner rush and they have no chicken. And no one seems bothered enough to start making any either. Ordered family size sides and they give me these tiny little cups that arnt even a quarter of the way filled. Literally 3-4 tablespoons full and to top that off, once I got home with the bite sized sides we realized they were past their use by dates. When I tried to remedy the obvious mistake I was told they don't have large sides. I would have complained to the manager but since there was a line of people waiting to complain and she was on the phone with someone else complaining I figured it was futile. Left angry, ripped off, and hungry

This is a good Royal farms for the area, gas prices are reasonable here compare to the other surrounding gas stations. Food is decent it depends on how long much of the chicken is sitting in the tray, you can get it hot or warm but still tasty. Overall the store is medium-sized you can get anything you need here.UPDATE 10/20/2018This Royal farms is only good for gas in my car. Customers service skills are lacking here, the free air machine for your car tires seems to be 'Out of Order' alot.

I ordered a scraple egg and cheese on a waffle. And the person making the food out the scrapple in the microwave I mentioned to him that it will make the scrapple soft he told me that he was making the sandwich pretty much told me to shut up and mind my buisiness. Well the sandwich was not edible and I was in to be of a hurry to get my money back. But people making food should be trained how to make a good sandwich. This guy should be givingn a broom 6/13/22 1105am.

I'll just say I went to this location for a week straight, including today in Hope's of trying the Seasonal Mocha coffee. And for whatever reason they refuse to fill the coffee station. 🤷🏿♂️Save yourself some time and just go to the Red Run location or just go to Wawa's

Typically I only come to this place for gas using my ROFO card so that I dont have to go inside. I've been inside a few time for the deals on chicken, wedges ( which always have to be made when I go) sub specials, or Eclair ice cream that's priced at .99 cent and ring up at 1.19 before tax. Employees act like they dont want to correct anything or greet ppl. On 3-14-2020 went in to order food, cashier #6 was very rude, did not greet me before or after I greeted her. The soda that I picked up while waiting for the line at the register to go down was thrown into bags. Also each question that I asked pertaining to merchandise and using my ROFO card, her reply was I DONT KNOW. I left my ROFO card at home and wanted to use my phone number to pay since it's all connected to my account, however she was not knowledgeable on how I could do this, manager must wasnt able to help either. I typed in my phone number on the keypad and she assured me that I cannot do that although it's been done before and j was able to get a free small potato wedge. Paid for my order, went to the food bar and talked to the manager who might have cared but not too sure, gave 2 stars since she did apologize to me. Chicken was hard and wild, both strips and drumsticks. The SIDS that I purchased was busted since she threw it in bags. Highly unsatisfied.

Paid my sandwich at 3:12pm and after 15 minutes waiting the employee haven’t even started making it. He served more than 10’orders from people that paid after me. When I asked for a refund at register they told me can’t give me one since I didn’t have a receipt. Register girl didn’t it it inside the bag, only the order number. So I loose 15 minutes and my money. And no sandwich. Never coming back to this place. Employees sitting outside talking and laughing instead of working

There is NOT suppose to be a surcharge for using they're ATM's however, i have surcharge fees on my account from this particular store. The manager Ms. Chris is rude. I told her my situation for where they had unauthorized charges on my account for items that i did not buy. She talked over me, did not hear out my situation gave me a corporate number and hung up on me. Customer service is not for everyone. However the shift that worked the night shift 12/12/16 are wonderful and kind.

I'd give them zero if i could. They advertise the smoothies and shakes but there is no way to ring them up. You have to order a small fry to pay for the smoothies. Then they didn't have any thighs left but they still let me order it and pay for it. Then they wouldn't give me any chicken because they don't substitute. The staff was very rude!!

Long overdue... This section of Liberty Rd needed some options for convenience store and gas. So far the food has been fresh however they need more staff for busy times. Also, should not be out of items that customers request frequently (i.e. honey mustard dipping sauce for the tenders).

This is the worst Royal Farms when it come to ordering food. They are always slow and sometimes they lose your order. Somebody is always walking around and not helping customers. What is so important that I have to see you walking by me every 2 minutes. My people need to do better.
