Horrible, ghetto, dirty, they need security because the big fat ugly manger China ( who looks like precious) accused my son and nieces of stealing. All teens whom work plus parents are well off. She disrespected my son then told them she’d call her so sons to the store. It’s sad that they allow such a ghetto black lip, black and mild smoking baboon carry the title as manager.

Shelves are always empty, carts are unavailable because they are being used by store employee to stick trash in. The cashier Pepper is loud, rude and ghetto and the store employees always seem to catch an attitude when someone is using cash.

The worst family dollar store on the planet. The aisles are always cluttered and the shelves are always bare. Sometimes shopping carts are not available for customers because they are being used by employees to place boxes, trash etc. the employees are ok but that one heavy set light skinned manager with the ponytail is the most unprofessional person ever. Constantly on her phone, using bad language in front of employees and customers and usually has an attitude

Poor customer service. Cashier said nothing to me except the total of the purchase. After giving me change from the cash I gave her, she immediately left the register and went to another part of the store. She didn't even give me my receipt so I pulled it from the machine myself.

The sales in the paper does not reflect what is available in the store #3234. When I asked the manager he stated that the company will still post a sale in the paper eventhough the item is not available in the warehouse. Which does not make any sense. The sale started today (cleaning supplies) and as soon as the store opens the products are NOT THERE. They have signs posted on the shelves stating 2 per person. So my question is did the products not be delivered to the store or ate the employees taking them home and not putting them out? How is that possible? Next, in the paper Tide price Mfr $8.95 with smart coupon $7.95. I was told the paper does not reflect the increase in the price of $9.50. The associate fairly new one year or less of employment per her, stated this has always been the price. Again, as a regular customer that venture this store often Tide (yellow) has seen $8.95.Very concerned customer

I'm just wondering why they EVER NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE? ive been calling them for 2 weeks now bc I left a personal item there and they said they'd hold it for me. I was told to call to make sure that the rep/manager would be there bc he put it up. They NEVER PICK UP!!! Y'all are NOT THAT BUSY ! No stars needed. But review makes u leave one . I'm disappointed .

Well it was ok the trainee needs to learn to understand English. I asked her can I use my smart coupons I don't think she understood what I meant because she did not ask me to put my number in to get money off the product I purchased. I will not go there again if I see this young lady is at the register.

I normally don't give a bad review, but today I went into this store and it was filthy. Trash was all over the floor. Merchandise was on the floor in the corner (looked as if it had been there a while).

Where do I begin, the employees are some of the rudest, ghetto, nasty people I have ever come across, the store is always out of stock on everything, it's dirty as I don't know what in there, and there is no air conditioning. In my opinion they need to shut that store down it's a total lost and I will never shop there again.

This place is always filthy, messy and trashed. Employees are always friendly and efficient at checkout line, but the place is so unorganized and messy. Stuff all over the floor. Looks like it hasn't been moped in years.
