I’ve been here a total of 3 times so far. It is the cleanest and most organized dollar store I have ever visited. I can also say that right now they seem to be well staffed.

Cashier seemed very irritated. The lines were long. She kept raising her voice unprofessionally. There was a chip error when I put my credit card in, and she raised her voice to say IT DECLINED. That's not what the monitor read. I put my card in again, and it went through. I'm sure she felt very stupid, and the other customers could feel her negative energy by the look on their faces. So very unprofessional.

Went to purchase a minimum of 13 beer glasses only to find just one😞However, went I walked in the Cashier greeted me with a warm welcome & asked if there was anything she can do to assist me. I purchased the one glass along with double sided tape as that was on my list to purchase.The store was clean and neatly organized.I will most certainly shop there again💚

First off just know these employees, if you can even call them that, are some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. The prices went up from $1 to $1.25, it may seem Iike a small increase but I just spent an extra $5 plus tax that I wouldn’t have previously. This dollar tree takes the cake when it comes to horrible “customer service”. So, they changed their hours( using Covid as an excuse like many other businesses) from 8pm to 6pm closing time on Sunday's. Yet I arrive at the store at 5:48pm and they have the doors locked??!!!!! Their was maybe 5 customers in the store and myself and another lady waited until let had to let another customer out to inquire why the closed 10 minutes early. We did not get a response from the employee and she opened the door on the lady’s foot who was waiting with me. She never apologized , she said nothing but “we’re closed” unlocked the door to let the customer out, quickly locked the door back and walked off with an attitude. The whole time we were asking why they were closing early. Only in this area will you find service like this, you won’t go to a predominately white area and ever receive service like this. For the first time I will be reaching out to their corporate office to make a formal complaint, hopefully something will change.

Is good to use when you don't want to go to Walmart. Things are now $1.25 but they have so good products. It's wheelchair accessible, also has wheelchair parking.

Goofy sales clerk didnt ring up my merchandise correctly and had to wait on her slow, cluless manager to help. Took almost 15 minutes to complete a 10 sec process. Perhaps paying more attention to detail or at least apologizing for ur error and wasting my time would have helped.

Very horrible staff from manager all the way to cashier. Saw how they treated a customer in front of me this morning and I was appalled. Everyone yelling at the poor customer. Very rude and disrespectful cashier. Very unprofessional. Then it was my turn and they treated me the same way. Will not be going there

Yes I am not a happy camper right now. I was in line and I need to get something else additional and when I decide to get it and was in line it's only three of us in line one cashier the young lady who called for all the cash you can come when he came and he opened up his line he said next in line it was a journeyman in front of me he didn't move so I went and the young lady who called for her coworker turn around told me no I have to wait because the other woman who was like two people behind me need to be waiting on and I'm like no that's not that's not right she said she was in front of you that was unprofessional because she was dead wrong I have to sick children that was waiting for me but I had to do additional time to do this because I didn't want to stoop to her like what I told her she was incorrect and then she said she apologized. The deed was done y'all need to teach your employees to pay attention if they don't know what they doing to be quiet. And also, the lady that got in front of me didn't speak English well, so she followed the lead of the cashier, which I don't blame her for.

To some this may not mean much, when u spend a $1 u want an unused product and not have to question mgmt. Today I witness "after the fact" employees taking out the coupon sections of the sunday papers sold on Saturday and sale them. I purchased 3 papers and there was 1 set of coupons in each paper, when there were suppose to be 3 sets. Regardless of the cost, its like buying a half eaten donut. This store needs better mgmt, the cashiers are not friendly "at all". U have to force a GM or GA. Ppl have other worries on the mind and to walk into a store where u r spending ur hard earned cash. A smile n welcome would be nice.

Wow! I'm not sure if they hired new staff or just additional staff. The store is clean and organized. There were 3 staff members stocking the shelves during my visit this morning and 2 on the registers. I wasn't able to find what I wanted until one of the employees pointed me in the right direction. Go job Dollar Tree. I'll be back.

Large selection of beauty products and tools. Employees are very welcome and helpful. They are will to help you find the right type of makeup and even allow you to try a tester. I love how bright the store is!

I guess this place just opens and closes when they feel like it and not by their actual posted hours. I went at 9:50pm and they were removing the cash drawer and the doors were locked. Go at your own risk, who knows if it will be open

I just witness the WORST display of customer service!!! Lady spends $50 in the store and was refused two balloons to be blown up not because the gas wasent working or the store was packed but because (and these are the cashiers words ) "I dont feel like it". What in the world ? I listened while this lady begged her just two balloons and that cashier was very unprofessional and rude for no reason at all. If management is reading this maybe there should be a customer service training for workers like Ms SADIE because this is HORRIBLE i wanted to cry with the customer...

Would give five stars for staff, but dollar trees r no longer cost effective as they have shrunk item so small, (to keep them a dollar,) that u get more bang for your buck by adding a few pennies more and getting same item fr WalMart, or your local grocer

This Dollar Tree had everything you expect; holiday decor, cards, household stuff, and toys. It is an older store, so it is a bit dirty. Needs a remodel.

The manager is a sweetheart she makes this Dollar tree shine brighter than any other in the area. It's one of my favorite in the areas
