The staff is always nice and professional for their given circumstances. They always greet me, remember me, and exchange pleasantries. The store however needs better management it’s a filthy, rodent infested, disrepair we and unorganized mess. People shouldn’t have to work or shop in those conditions. Just because you plop your store on liberty rd doesn’t mean let it fall apart. You are part of the problem infecting this neighborhood of homeowners from having clean and decent shopping experiences. Bringing down our property values is highly suspect. Hire more staff, stock better florals, decor & essentials like the others and remodel that hell hole!

This store always seems to be understaffed. Longs lines are almost the norm. Could be organized a little better. They do get a star for putting down new tile.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but The manager at this store is very rude and nasty. She never helps you if you ask her for help. Other employees are very friendly but the older lady(manager) does not qualify to be in charge of this store.

This is worst junkie dirty store that I every been. Always close at random hours, which should be opened. Inventory is low or outdated. Too many boxes everywhere, which make it too hard to maneuver around the store; and not safe. Police aways there for an incident. The Manager is very rude to her employees and customers. I rather go to Target and grocery stores to shop. At least I will get better quality of products and service.

This was my first time at the dollar general and by far it’s going to be my last …I was in line waiting patiently because there was only one cashier at the time a gentleman come up and decide to help out because Female sales associate was blown up to birthday balloons as well he said next customer in line as he goes to ring me The credit card machine was not working and the line was long he asked me could I pay with cash but I didn’t I have cash on me he said he was not able to assist me so I have to go back and get in line…Meaning he wanted me to start from the back of the line but I wanted to make sure so I asked him and he said yes I really did not understand why should I have to start from the back of the line when he could have got the Other sale associate To assist me once she’s finished ring up the customer that she already had .. I was in line and was the next customer..My experience was beyond horrible I would never come here again so I left out without receiving any items that I wanted Because I really refuse to stand back in line behind 10 to 12 more people Awful customer service And if it was possible I would have gave this dollar general zero stars for wasting my time …This just was so rude I’m just in disbelief right now…

Went into the store and bought 4 items got to the counter and asked if I could have the bag doubled because I was walking and I didn't want my stuff to fall out of bag because it happened before. The young lady told me she is not allowed because of the manager and that I needed to have at least 5 items in order to give extra bag. Went and got another item and a male staff opened another cash register and called me next to come to him and I told him what had just happened. He doubled the bag and I said she could have charged me for the bag but he said they couldn't. Whatever it is just make it make sense, why should I have a 5 item limit in order to get a extra plastic bag. 👀And now I know if I ever patronize this store again to just bring a heavy bag with me.April 10th, 2023

Terrible terrible very u organized! Rude employees that claim to be the manager. Wrong prices on everything. Tried to purchase Aveeno face wash said one thing on the shelf price & $5 more when rang up would price adjust. Never returning

For the most part this store is ok, but I would like if they would make us customers aware that they aren’t open. It’s 9:02am in 12/16 and the store still isn’t open even though it says open at 8am. So many people waiting outside and not a sign in sight

This dollar general is always closed. So many people come to this dollar general and they are always closed. They lose lots of money. With the other management it was never closed, but now it’s closed at least 3-4 times a week. If this store go out of business it’s because of management not sales. Very unfortunate losing lots of money due to poor management.

This store is much needed in the neighborhood.I have been a customer for about 10 years.Its very accommodating for household items, cosmetics, quick personal items etc.with afforfable prices. The staff through out the years are sometimes great and sometimes maybe not. However one manager , Mr Meech is always helpful and professional. The store was very well equipped through the pandemic also.The store appearance is no messier than any other Dollar General or Family Dollar.I have seen the employees work very hard to stock the shelves with their shipments in a timely manner. During their closng i pray tnat they have satisfied the Heath Department's orders.They were really missed and i am Happy about tne reopening..

Store is cluttered, dirty and I walked out almost as soon as I walked in...so messy that’s its almost a fire hazard...i couldnt even walk down several aisle because of the boxes and crates everywhere. Unacceptable especially during a time where cleanliness is so important. Cant believe they actually sell grocery goods here.

This dollar general is average. Not terrible but nothing to write home about.What brings me to write a review isn’t the store itself, it’s the location. Parts of Randallstown are declining rapidly, and this location has been held up in the past. The parking lot is particularly sketchy.I grew up in this area, and I’ve seen the change over the years. I actually had a chance to meet with the management that opened this store years ago. This location isn’t what it once was. This isn’t somewhere I would stop unless I absolutely had to.

The young man who waited on me was great! But he had a line and this store is ALWAYS TRASHED. You can't find thing...prices are wrong and the shopping experience is a lousy one. I have worked in retail on management level and I am disappointed in the way this location is. I was so disgusted last week that I took pictures to send to corporate office. I will be sending soon. Rarely do I enter this store, maybe 1-2 times/yr.However, when I do there's always a foul odor greeting me at the door. The store is incredibly unorganized (junk piled high). Ive never purchased anything edible from here and considering the stench, I'd warn against it.

The customer service was very good. The cashier was very good at multitasking. As usual the store was a mess. So much clutter. What I wanted was not under the right skew. The cashier helped me out though.

I'm reviewing again because I was able to speak to the manager at the dollar general that I had the bad experience at and she was very kind and apologetic. She invited me to return to speak to her and the employee. The young lady was very apologetic and turned out to be very sweet! I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the treatment that I recieved as a consumer. They really took my feelings as a consumer into consideration and don't take things as such lightly. If i knew how to erase the negative review I would. At the end of the day, everyone is human and we have bad days and good. As long as we're able to start over and learn from our mistakes, it's allll good. Happy holidays!!!

Convenient & affordable. The store could benefit from organizing. There always tons of merchandise that needs to be placed on shelves. Some aisles aren't accessible because of boxes of products.

I am in this store so much that I know the employees by name. I come in the store and know immediately when there is a new face and greet the employees that have been there as family and that is how they treat me! I absolutely love the customer service and the staff and even go as far as telling others to go in to buy every day things that they need.

Stopped by today and saw a note on the door saying it was closed by the Baltimore County Health Dept due to a pest infestation. Gross. The store was always a mess but never saw roaches/rats.

The Dollar General in Randallstown was a mess first of all when I walked in it smelled like feet and mildew and they had boxes everywhere and all the stuff that was supposed to be on the shelves was in boxes. No sales circular in the store to specify what is on sale. The cashier was very friendly and professional. This only my opinion of this establishment

This place is so disgusting and messy. The shelves are empty and it looks like a hoarder is in charge. I'm not sure if they have enough staff but it seems like they don't even care.

Items and boxes in isles as trying to maneuver around in electric wheelchair. Had to skip some isles, have staff move big carts & boxes or get an item for me.
