I’ve been in this location several times but the last two times I had the pleasure to be assisted by Ms. Kimberly. The first time she helped me with locating items in the store without hesitation & the second time she was at the register and was still such a pleasure. Oh and about the store, it’s always clean and stocked very well to include the seasonal isle.

My experience shopping was great. My fellow shoppers were so nice, an employee that helped us find something out of stock, also super helpful and friendly. Im giving 2 stars because of the awful, unfriendly, rude and disrespectful cashier that we unfortunately had to deal with. Some people aren't made to work in customer service and she is definitely one of them.

I loved shopping at Aldi but lately I've been finding that the milk and orange juice goes bad way before the expiration date. I had to throw away a gallon of milk and two gallons of orange juice over the weekend. This is unacceptable! Not to mention, your prices are increasing tremendously!

Good prices, attentive staff, except for new cashier named Kenya. Apparently, she hadn't been oriented on how to be an Aldi's customer friendly cashier. Scowling, rolling her eyes, on her phone, while working register, and acting like she really doesn't want to be there. Don't like it, find another job.***Edit**** After complaining to corporate, went into store yesterday 12/15/2023, had same cashier Kenya, marked improvement in customer service skills, and not texting while working. Thanks corporate***

I have never experienced such bare shelves in my life,from an Aldi's in any state that I have shoped. This store by 12noon m-f and 11am sat&sun is deserted of fresh meats. Please treat this (Black) community better.

Store manager Julian is a great example of what quick and great leadership should look like. Very polite and funny and fast and neat to ring items up. You won’t get a better experience than to come to this great establishment. Thank you Julian for a great customer service!!!

I will NEVER come to the Randallstown ALDIs ever again. The young cashier there is so disgustingly rude, nasty, and unprofessional. She rolls hers eyes the entire time she is ringing the customers up or if they aren’t moving fast enough for her liking. She texts on her phone the entire time she’s on the register as well. She does not need to be working in customer service at all. I will be contacting higher management to do something about her and the management inside the store. They clearly allow this behavior and disrespect toward the public. I am simply disgusted and will never step foot in this particular store again.

Great prices for quality store brand products. Love they carry vegan and vegetarian food. Hit or miss on products being in stock. Usually friendly cashiers and securityguards. Sometimes bare and/or messy shelves and aisles with spilled products.

Horrible! This place does not care about its customers. My friend, after being spoken to like a child was told to “ kill yourself” by some guy named Julian there. She made a complaint and they did nothing. I bet if she were a different race this guy wouldn’t have a job anymore but, sadly, it’s to be expected

The store is always clean and you could usually get in and out pretty fast. Just remember to bring your own reusable shopping bags and if you have to use a shopping cart walk with a extra quarter for the machine.

Thank God, I haven't seen the guys that used to be lined up outside asking for change, and I'm so grateful for that. Most of the time that could be much too much. Service was good, wasn't enough lines open but shortly after waiting they added another and we where out of there in no time. I found all I was looking to buy except Ash..brown. The price is still seemingly good.

I decided to stop here because I was in the area and was highly disappointed.Not like the Aldi in my area at all.The deep freezers buy the frozen fish etc was a mess along with rude shoppers & my cashier was irritated because I wasn’t finished putting my groceries on the belt fast enough so she could use my cart to start throwing my groceries in it!!How about get up and get another cart ,it’s your job!!!June 6,2023

Horrible, horrible customer service! Their are only two employees that have good customer service out of the many that work there. I witnessed a manger argue with a customer the other day. It got so bad I was about to call the police. Never, should an employee speak to a customer like this nor should a man argue with a woman like this male manager did. They say black women are the least protected and this was a representation of this. Telling her to “ kill yourself” at one point smh. Shame on this store and their treatment of customers.

Nice place to shop. Great prices on produce and good quality generally (except for the regular bananas which i find to be not in great shape). Milk prices a very reasonable and so are eggs. They have a nice variety of cheeses too. Note that you have to pay for plastic bags for the items you buy or bring your own and getting a shopping cart involves inserting a quarter which is returned once the cart is back in place.

Don't know why more people weren't in this store . There should be a line to get in and a challenge to meet demand. The prices are unmatched at Walmart and Food Lion and the quality is undeniable. I was a skeptic until I got tired of the other unaffordable prices and decided to try Aldi's. No regrets.

As always, ALDI has amazing prices, so any little downfall is well worth money saved. I always go on Friday evening. Usually more crowded so you expect to wait in line, however, cashiers are quick and efficient so you don't wait long. Better stocked this week. Selection was good.

Customer service experience was pretty bad. The cashier (name begins with a J per my receipt) never acknowledged me as a customer, however she did tell me the cost of my items. While packing my items into my bag, she just laid my receipt on top of my items inside of the cart. Satisfactory customer service is becoming a lost art. 9/26/21 @4:38pm

Great prices! I didn't realize I needed to betting my own bags the first time, or else you pay for them. It makes sense though, to keep the prices low. Also, bring a quarter to release a shopping cart from the carousel, you'll get THAT back when you return the cart. I found most of the items on my shopping list with the exception of those where I'm partial to a particular brand.

Very bad customer service. Cashiers would not Meet or Greet you. They would have an attitude. And would not even tell you how much you owe. I would literally have to look at the is a total on the cash register.. Then when you get your change, the Cashier would not even tell you "have a nice day." I would never go to that location again. Lots of lower middle class people bring the attitude to work.

While ALDI usually has everything I need and the service is great with speedy checkout, more and more I have struggled to complete a grocery shop here due to the lack of shopping carts.There simply is not enough carts and something needs to be done! It’s very disappointing and difficult to complete a grocery shop when you don’t have anywhere to put groceries.

ALDIS is wonderful. They care a wide variety of food at lower prices than regular food stores. They also have a section with household products. The staff is awesome and treats you with respect. It's just a great place to shop!

It is a busy site, but clean. They sell secondary brands; however, it all tastes good.They even have some name brand stuff like coca-cola and pop tarts. There is a basic selection of good fruits and vegetables.The prices went up a little recently, but you still pay less, even for the name brand stuff, than you would at a regular market.It's slightly annoying to have to bring your own bags and quarter for a cart; you do get the quarter back. Also, if you forget to bring bags, you have to pay for them.
