Tried to shop last night. Website says it closed at 7. Was inside just before 7, knew exactly what I wanted but not the size. Asked to try them on & was told no because they were closing soon. I explained that we drove 30 min to get there & could I please let my son try them on. Would not budge. Said we can return them. Seriously pissed! Are they going to pay for my gas since I now have to return the pants??

Not very helpful and bad attitude! Tried to return items but didn’t have a receipt (sorry!). So was willing to except a loss on my purchase. After adding up the items they told me that I couldn’t return them. I then asked if I could exchange them for different sizes(their sizes are smaller and shorten than normal). They said no! Gave me a receipt from the retail equation .com and said call them. After 35 minutes on hold I went to the website for a return activity report which gave me NO REASON why, but a statement on my personal data. They basically do away with their problems by turning them over to a fake website! Not giving up! I’ll try a different store.

Had a really awesome experience today at Under Armour at Queenstown. It has a lot of selections of merchandise from shoes to shirts, coats, slippers, shorts etc. Some of the merchandise were marked down from 20%-70%. We bought a beautiful pair of shoes which was on special sale that day. Originally priced at $59, now on sale for $19.99. We asked for military discount which they offer to military, police officers,, first responders, doctors and nurses. They give 40% discount so we ended up paying only $12.71 each. We bought 3 pairs. 1 for me and 2 to give away. Thank you so much Under Armour.

Dressing Rooms are closed! Signage says due to COVID but was told it was actually a staffing issue. They do offer a 90 Day return policy, but when you are trying to determine sizing due to weight loss it makes it more challenging. Staff was a little rude when addressing the issue.

I pulled up at 6:53 and the door was locked even though closing time is ⁷:00. An employee came to the door and asked what I needed and when I told him I only needed 1 item he rushed me. Then when I was trying to pick out 1 pair of youth shorts that my child needs for an event 3 employees bombarded me to speed me up because they wanted me out of the store. I was at the rack and they said what are you looking for and I told her the shorts in my hand. I made my selection and was in and out of the store in about 4 minutes but they definitely made me feel that I was not at all welcomed in the store.

I'm greeted as I enter could not help but notice long line I commented. Associate having a 3 person personal conversation on floor said smartly by the time you finish shopping it will be gone. Maybe he should have helped them out!

The store was very clean and organized. The sales representative was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the apparel. He educated me about the different fits and about the difference between Heatgear and Coldgear. He was very informative. He also took the time and asked questions that helped me choose the right clothing for my workout. He then gave me the opportunity to browse without the pressure of a salesperson trying to sell me something and following me around. It was a great shopping experience.

If you like Under Armour its the place to go. I think its pricey and I didn't care for the shoes I bought there. I bought shoes to work out in, my knees bothered me so I bought a pair of Merrells and the pain in my knees went away.

There is a difference between customer service and annoying customer service, went today at this location in evening and soon i entered the door with my family , three associates within 1 minute asked me if i need any help with something. And then fourth one in next minute. I started feeling like they are profiling as i am an asian indian. Felt like they wanted me to leave as soon as possible. When you go to a place with overrated prices , you wanna take your time and shop. Not there .

Brandon, the manager at the Queenstown M.D. outlet location, was phenomenal. I went in with a size medium sweatshirt I had received as a gift, and wanted to exchange it for a large, however there were none at this site. Brandon called 3 different stores before finding the item in Omaha Nebraska. He then returned my item for a gift card, ordered the correct sweatshirt over the phone, and had it shipped directly to my home. I was able to make a even exchange quickly and easily. It was by far the best customer service I have received this holiday season.

I dealt with Donna Schrader yestersday afternoon for a very large purchase of clothing at the Queenstown store. She was incredible nice, patient and very helpful buying shirts, shorts and pants for both my sons and me. Donna is perfect example on how Under Armour takes care of their customers and provides awesome customer service!!! She is another reason why I do the majority of my shoping at Under Armour for sporting wear.

Meh... When I was there the prices were nothing special and it took the staff 20 minutes of fighting with their computers to determine that they did not have a style of shoe in the size I needed.
