This place is disgusting!!It's the worst store I've been in yet.On my trip I stopped to find men's restroom is extremely unclean and a heavy stitch of urine. Had to pick chicken by the piece because they felt lunchtime was the best time to clean the fryers. Those pieces were soggy and old. 7 people in line nobody at register. The store overall is just nasty...for God's sake take a minute to clean this place. ROYAL FARMS DO BETTER!!! This is clearly a management issue if I've ever seen one

Great food and service. The staff was so friendly and the store manager went above any place I ever been to. She spent over 15 minutes in the rain helping my wife. She needed air in her tires but it was missing the piece so the store manager replace the part and told my wife she will take care of it for her and had her get in her car out of the rain. Awesome service

Excellent service and fresh hot food. There were only 2 employees (a sweet lady and patient gentleman) and they kept a tight ship. They were efficient and friendly even while busy. Will definitely stop by again coming through this way. Keep up the good work!

Everytime I fill up it could be gas or diesel never any receipts. You have to walk in after pumping gas to receive receipt. If there is a line you have to wait in line to get a receipt. That is not convince. There were other customers also nothing in hand to purchase . But wanting receipt for gas pump. Please fill and keep full your clients shouldn't have to waste another 2 to 5 min walking in .

Their bathroom is constantly NASTY. Getting ice from their soda fountain is 50/50. I go for the gas and snacks. Use the bathroom at your own risk! You’d think for their absolutely PRIME location, they’d be more on their game.

Bathrooms were dirty, trash all over the parking lot. Normally wouldn't leave a review but it was bad. Keep driving, there is a Wawa not much further down the road

Filthy restrooms. I have been to 3 Royal Farms in Maryland... and consistently their restrooms are filthy... I cant imagine ordering the chicken based on the filthy restrooms.

We used to stop her all the time because it was awesome. As the quality declined we started driving further up to the new Wawa. We decided to stop tonight as my husband was wanting some cheese fries. We left without purchasing anything. The store, inside and out was disgustingly dirty with the employees all standing around one register chatting. I do not suggest stopping here for any reason.

what i would assume to be the manager, has a horrible attitude. instead of getting sarcastic with the customers when they point out that 40% of your pumps are not working properly with the keypad and that both of your self service machines are down maybe you should try to fix the issues to make your convenient store convenient again.oh and the food is always cooked horribly & the fact you have to answer 4 questions to get gas on your machines at the pump is why wawa is better and faster

They do have public restrooms! On a road trip and very disappointed by other gas stations that have no restroom. This is a good one. Highly recommend.

Update years later: seems like everywhere you go these days if you don’t call in the order and it’s 1/2 hour before closing you ain’t getting it.Original post: Last night Feb 19 at approximately 9:25pm I ordered 10 thighs and 10 legs. Turned to go pay and the lady behind the chicken counter says, "Maam I can't give you that. This all we have. It will have to be mixed." I said, " Can you cook my order?" She gave me a dirty look and said irritatingly, "No! This is all we have. We can't make anymore." I just stared at her with a bewildered look for like a second before she says, " I'll go get someone that help you understand." She walks off. I left. Called Severna Park-Royal Farms because I was headed to Glen Burnie. They had no problem taking my order on the phone and it was ready when I got there. They provided excellent service. I'll rate them next. Just don't go to the Queenstown one they don't want to do their job or make their customers happy.

Card readers on pumps rarely work. All the rewards points that you may have earned on your ROFO rewards card can’t be used because they won’t work inside the store either. I’ve called corporate several times about this and they seem not to care that they could solve this problem by using a cleaning card on the pumps on a regular basis

Pumps (and payment options) are badly maintained. This is my nearest gas station but I'm trying to go elsewhere when I can. Just so many issues here.And if you need air that really is a lottery; it might be free but it needs to actually work.

Twice now in the past week I have ordered chicken, egg, and cheese on a bagel. Twice now they swapped out the bagel for something else without saying a word. Don't leave the store without checking your order for accuracy because accuracy means nothing to them.

Place is very messy, bathrooms are dirty like newer ever been cleaned since they been built, lots of flies. Kitchen staff is very grumpy. You need to place order trough the counter computer which is discussing dirty from other customers fingers and no one even willing to help with placing order if you’ve never been there before, no one even wants to listen what you are asking. Very disappointed.

Boast the worlds famous chicken on window signs and then they have no chicken prepared for purchase except huge pieces....The womens bathroom was not horrible but did need a cleaning. My 1st visit to any Royal Farms and I believe Royal Farms should do better if they claim to be Royal.

I would give 5 stars but their fountain drinks are too expensive in my opinion. $1.89 for extra large. I prefer stores that have one price for all sizes. And a fair price is 75 cents. The cost to the store for one fountain drink is about 2 cents plus the cost of the cup. Their product shelves are lighted...wow! Surcharge-free ATM. Dining tables. Lottery.

I Ordered chicken tenders and fries at 5pm on a Friday. My fries were clumped together and cold, my tenders were like bricks from a lunch service 2 days prior! If you work at an establishment like this you asked for it so take pride in it and serve food/treat folks like you would want to be treated and served. I will just go to Wawa from now on.

I live nine hours away from here but queenstown is where I am originally from, I'm home because my grandfather is ailing and I stopped in around 830-9 last night and the cashier was so kind to me and even went as far as to hug me and give me some encouraging words because I was crying. I didnt catch her name but she was amazing and I made sure to call her boss this morning and let her know. It was a wonderful experience for someone who is a total stranger to me and my situation to show so much genuine concern and compassion.

I like this new trend toward big clean stores combined with pumping. They keep this place clean with good snacks. It's kind of average, but that is what you want for pumping gas and coming in and out.

This was a brand new store about a year ago. There is usually a big crowd of men gathered around the tables for coffee first thing in the morning. The only reason this store loses a star is because of how difficult it can be to merge back out onto 301 South when leaving (and the weird U-turn you have to make if you happen to be returning to the Northbound side as your route.

Went to three locations. All had broken air hoses. Windshield washer squeegee buckets were empty. All had "hiring now" signs. Gas price is OK but cannot get other gas lane services such as air and a clean windshield.

I thought this was a great store. It seemed clean and the staff were friendly. I wish I learned Royal Farm had surcharge free ATMs earlier in my trip and I would have used them more often.

When I got in this store, I expected it to be not unlike many other convenience stores, (Dirty, overpriced, and understaffed) but Royal Farms, this store in particular, was not any of those things. Great chicken, and friendly staff.

Absolutely the worst chicken I've ever ate. There were approximately 20 people in line with one person at the register. That is beyond not acceptable.

Stop for gas grab something to eat the food was good hot and fresh the ladies at the register were very nice. I stopped in here once every couple days never had a problem.
