Great outlet location for going to and form Ocean City, Rehoboth, Dewey and other points north along the coast. Very great selection of stores like Under Armour, Columbia, Nike and many others. Plenty of parking as well.

This “outlet” strip center has seen better days. From a broad view, it is in need of renovation and repair. During one visit, there were long lines to get into one of the few public restrooms. Most of the products are middle market, with a few higher end exceptions. Given the number of similar offerings in the region, I consider this one to avoid. The traffic flow is challenging here as well, although I haven’t had difficulty finding a parking place since I was not here during a peak shopping season.

Went into three different stores, was disappointed by the prices overall so didn't buy anything.Went to the Skechers store, things were higher priced than Target or Walmart, and the employee told me to try famous footwear.Famous footwear was cheaper than the Skechers store but still more expensive than your everyday store at your local mall.I can't recommend this as anything other than a novelty visit...

A lot of stores with a decent amount of parking. The traffic flow is a bit confusing, but ultimately logical. Many of the stores don't actually seem like outlets - just regular versions.

Best outlet retail prices in region. National Harbor, Frederick and Loudon County outlets are expensive in comparison. Plus pretty area to drive to.

Nice and manageable outlet mall. It's a little bit of a challenge navigating because there are no directories, at least none that I saw. But there is a good selection of leading brand outlet stores. I didn't see any eateries other than fast snack food.

Almost always a good sale especially on high quality brand name clothing & shoes. There is also a wide variety of other nice stores that sell home goods, furniture, gifts, candles, cosmetics and more. I hardly ever leave the outlets without finding a good buy. Happy shopping !

The only actual outlet store in this mall is Nike. The Pennsylvania outlets are better.

We stop in on our way to Ocean City so the girls can shop for a last-minute item. They enjoy the ride break and the little outlets. The shops are smaller but clean and inviting.

I love this place! Great deals and selections! My only issue is that there is no shade ANYWHERE and sitting somewhere is NOT an option!! The owners want you in a store and “force” you there. The food selection or refreshment stations are non-existent and not spaced out! There are parts of the outlet that I have not visited because of the poor layout!

Nice shopping outlets. Only issue I had was with my phone service down there. Apparently the more people in the area, the worse the service is. Especially for Verizon customers.🤦🏽‍♂️ But the store honored my coupon that I wasn't able to pull up on my phone.

This is a great place fior outlet/discount/bargain shopping with lots of stores to choose from. The buildings have a good layout for walking, making it a nice choice (depending on the weather). For a long day there are options available for restrooms, somewhere to grab a bite to eat, places to sit, and free parking. Some MD themed products if you're visiting the state and looking for souvenirs.

Easy on and off. Sadly many of the stores offered deep discounts, but it appeared they marked things up in advance of the sale.

Your typical large outlet center with oodles of the popular name brands consistent with these outlet chains. Some good bargains for sure. Lots of convenient parking by all stores. Just be alert when navigating the lots- small lanes, lots of people.
