I just stopped in on a whim hoping to treat myself to a little special something.. Diana greeted me at the door and asked if she could help me find anything in particular. I told her kind of what I was hoping to find then asked if while I was browsing if I could have my jewelry I was wearing cleaned. She happily started the cleaning and introduced me to her co-worker Joshua . He was extremely helpful and patient with me and my trouble deciding.. He was knowledgeable , and eventually help me find the perfect bracelet for myself for an amazing price. The store is always well organized and the employees have always been very personable as well as very educated when it comes to their jewelry. I am returning in May to make another purchase, and most likely will not be my last!

I went in today with my boyfriend to get my watch resized and met Joshua who was patient, helpful and personable in every step of the way to both of us. My watch came out perfect and because of this wonderful customer service experience, we will return to buy other items we saw today and hope to make another purchase when Joshua is available.

I come here to shop because the lifelong warranty is fantastic. And the service is great. Joshua is the best and really did a great job on helping me find something I liked. And also with my repairs and thank goodness he checked the diamonds and two were loose and one cracked! Thank you, Josh! Keep him, he’s fantastic!!!

The ring my husband purchased for me is lovely but my experience has been mixed. I have had the ring for less than 1.5 years with 6 months of the ring being out for repair. The issues were lost stones and then it being returned with stones not matching in color. I did not receive updates unless I called and then I would receive exactly the same response regardless of the length of time passed. In the end, I called headquarters and spoke to customer service there. After another month the ring has now been repaired and returned. Regular updates as well as having the staff at the store where I purchased it advocate on my behalf would have changed my perspective on the experience. Likely, I will not purchase jewelry from Kay’s again.
